Educational problems in the 3T area (Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost) areas, apart from teaching staff, such as shortage of teaching staff, low qualifications, low competence and mismatches between educational qualifications and fields being managed (mismatched) are also problems of inadequate telecommunications. network facilities, especially internet networks. Lentera (Source of Learning Materials for Remote Areas) is an innovative product in digital learning based on mobile learning applications that can be used without having to be connected to the internet (offline). The learning content is designed in the form of Whiteboard Animation-based learning multimedia or whiteboard animation. Learning content is uploaded to the mini server. The mini server called Lentera can be accessed by teachers and students using smartphones offline or does not require an internet network. The development of digital multimedia learning content with a mini server called Lentera aims to develop innovative digital learning media to support teachers and students who experience difficulties in internet networks to carry out digital learning in the 3T area. The method used in the construction of this mini server is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The lantern as a blackboard animation learning medium is very feasible (valid) to be used in learning with an average validation value of 94.87%.

This study aims to: (1) understand the steps of science comic development for grade V elementary school students, (2) understand the feasibility of comic science from learning aspect, materials aspect, and instructional media aspect, (3) understand the effectiveness of science comics to increase students understanding in elementary school. This is a research and development by using ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Product validation tests are carried out by material experts, learning experts, media experts, teacher response, and students respond. Product implementation is conducted on the grade V students of Muhammadiyah Ngijon 1 elementary school. Data collection is used questionnaire and test. The results showed that the assessment from media experts is 81.25 (high feasibility); from the science, material expert is 85.00 (high feasibility); from learning experts is 93.18 (high feasibility). Teachers and students in the small group obtained a value of 97.50 (high feasibility) and in large group trials obtained a value of 94.58 (high feasibility). The effectiveness of science comic is tested by  Wilcoxon signed test and the result of Z value at -3.903 on the asimp significance of 0.000 on two-tailed test. The tets result show that the significance value is smaller than alpha (0.05); then it can be concluded that "Ho is rejected and Ha accepted". It means that there are differences in students' understanding of pre-test and post-test in science learning, so it can be concluded that science comis is effective to improve the understanding

Balikpapan Botanical Garden School has a very supportive learning environment, especially in studying plant material, but there are still many students who show low interest in learning so that an application in the form of android application to foster student interest in learning related to plants. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the botanical application as the further development of a flash application with the same theme to enhance interest in learning plant material. This research is used Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE model which includes the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stage. The data were collected using a questionnaire to measure students’ learning referring to Mitchell's theory with 25 questions. The result showed that the botanical application is feasible to use with a score of 3,86 (feasible) and 4,16 (very feasible) according to media and material experts, and also a score of 4,47 (very feasible) according to the students. It also can enhance interest in learning plant material at the significance level of 0.002<0.05 with 46,6% of students reach the high criterion and the other 53,3% reach the moderate criterion of interest. This android-based of botanical application turns out to be able to enhance interest in learning about plant material due to learners' option to choose learning content depending on their interest.

Online learning during this pandemic has an impact on students' low mathematics learning outcomes caused by the difficulty of teachers in explaining the material and the lack of learning media. This development research aimed to develop a valid and practical educational game media Android-based on the integers topic for grade VI Elementary School. This research was carried out using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The educational game entitled “Ayo Selamatkan Bumi”. This game contained math subject on the topic of integers. The data collection method used a questionnaire involving experts, teachers, and students. The validity test of educational games was conducted by two material experts, two learning media experts, and two practitioners. A limited trial was conducted online at 9 grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Banjar Anyar to determine the practicality of the educational game. The results of the validity test and limited trial were analyzed using the mean formula to determine the average score. The results showed that the material expert score was 4.85 and media expert score was 4.88 which means superfine. As for practicality, the score was 4.5 with superfine criteria. It can be concluded that this educational game can be used as a mathematics learning media on the integers topic for grade VI students of Elementary School.

The technical characteristics of GeoGebra have been examined, its various views and tools have been described, with special emphasis on interactive tools. The use of GeoGebra in education has been depicted, mainly in mathematics. We emphasized the importance of sharing GeoGebra digital learning materials within the GeoGebra community, which is present and active in more than 190 countries now and is growing astonishingly fast. In this context, various forms of organizing GeoGebra digital learning materials are reviewed: GeoGebra Materials, GeoGebra Wiki, GeoGebra Tube, GeoGebra Books and GeoGebra Exercises. The author demonstrates the universal and effective application of the GeoGebra software in four dimensions. First, GeoGebra can be applied in a variety of disciplines, primarily in mathematics and computer science, and in subjects in the field of natural and technical sciences. Second, the use of GeoGebra also covers a wide range of applications, from primary education to higher education. Third, GeoGebra enables the creation of multilingual digital learning content. Finally, various variations of animations and simulations with different weights can be made in GeoGebra, which can enhance the individualization of teaching within multiple levels of education and enable conditions for programmed instruction. A detailed overview of three conducted researches and the obtained results are provided. The researches include filling in questionnaires by teachers and students, as well as performing teaching lessons in Mathematics and Physics in two secondary schools with students divided into experimental groups (where GeoGebra animations and simulations were applied) and control groups where the classes were held in classical, traditional way, without the use of educational software). According to our researches and observations, free and open-source software like GeoGebra is a great opportunity that should be used to the fullest extent in our education especially in the conditions of obvious need for educational software and digital educational materials, corresponding to our education curricula. In the concluding observations, we give concrete conclusions, suggestions and recommendations for implementing GeoGebra in the educational system.

The purpose of this research is to produce a video learning content on atomic theory. This research uses the design and development design that employs the ADDIE model. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a four-likert scale admistered on content experts, linguists, media experts, teachers and 10 students of MA AL-KHAIRAAT Tomini. The validity of the content, language and media aspects was said to be good with scores of 3.25; 3.33 and 3.28 respectively. Meanwhile, the scores obtained from teachers and students of class XI IPA were 3.87 and 3.51, both of which were in the "Strongly Agree" category. The results showed that the atomic theory learning video in the Tialo language was suitable for use in learning activities and could increase the concentration level of students. The theoretical implications of this research, namely the instructional video can increase learning motivation in students and the practical implication is that the instructional video is used as resources for teachers and prospective teachers to be used in the learning process.
