The change in teaching techniques which applies information technology brings about a paradigm shift in our country’s educational system. However, past researches have shown that the application of information technology in classrooms is still at an unsatisfactory level. This is caused by a group of teachers who haven’t been able to master the basic skills of information technology application even after attending the courses. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the level of skillfulness of primary school teachers - especially those in the interiors – on information technology, and thereafter develop a multimedia learning package (WEDPI Package for Learning) which will hopefully assist these weak teachers to increase their level of skillfulness in information technology. WEDPI refers to the productivity tools, which includes applications for word-processing (Microsoft Word), electronic spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database (Microsoft Access), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) and the Internet. This research adopted the quantitative approach and the ADDIE model was used in the development of this multimedia learning package. To obtain information on the level of skillfulness, the researcher carried out a hands-on test. The pre-experimental designs, which are the pre-test and post-test, were executed to determine if there were any difference in the level of skillfulness of the teachers after using the WEDPI Package for Learning. The research findings showed that teachers involved gave positive comments about the experience in using this stand alone learning material. The respondents also stated that the WEDPI Package for Learning is easy to use, flexible and is able to help them increase their level of skills in information technology. This is supported by the t-test results which show that there is a significant difference in the achievement of teachers’ scores

This study implemented multimedia learning material developed for the 5th grade science course topic "Food and Healthy Nutrition" and examined its effect on students' academic achievement and science attitudes. The study used a control group, a pre-test-post-test quasi experimental research design, and a convenience sample consisting of 62 5th grade students. The research instruments were an achievement test and a science attitude scale. During the implementation process the experiment group learned using multimedia learning material and the control group learned with traditional methods. Data were analyzed using an independent-samples t test, a paired-samples t-test, and ANCOVA statistics. According to the findings there is a statically significant difference between post-test achievement scores of the experimental and control groups, with the experimental group scoring higher. Also there is a statically significant difference between students' post-test scores in terms of gender, favoring females over males. In terms of science attitude there is also a significant difference between post-test scores of the experimental and control groups. In conclusion it may be said that multimedia learning promotes more effective learning in science education. This study aims to review  the effectiveness of using android-based multimedia learning  to improve achievement cognitive learning outcome of students. The research method is the analysis of field studies. The focus in this research is Multimedia which can influence cognitive learning outcomes of students. data obtained in this study from the literature and direct field observations. The research subjects were high school students in Yogyakarta. The result of analysis and discussion of research indicate that there is the influence of multimedia learning to increase student achievement, which is indicated by increasing post-test result  than before  not using multimedia learning. Posttest value is greater than pretest.

ABSTRACT This research produced a product of the development of Lenggok Mak Inang dance learning through interactive multimedia which included appreciation learning material (Basic Competence 3) and expression (Basic Competence 4) in class X of SMK / SMA. The appreciation material contains the definition of dance, accompaniment music, clothing, patterns, while the expression material contains terms, variety and arrangement of motion in the Lenggok Mak Inang dance. From the test media experts got a score of 4,42 (Very Good), media experts got a score of 4 (Good), user trials which included an initial field trial of 4,08 (Good), main field trial 4,22 ( Very Good) and an operational field trial of 4,53 (Very Good). The results obtained indicate that the development of interactive multimedia learning Lenggok Mak Inang dance is very feasible to use or be used as a learning media for dance.                                                                                    Keywords: Interactive Multimedia, E-Learning, Lenggok Mak Inang Dance.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menghasilkan produk pengembangan pembelajaran tari Lenggok Mak Inang melalui multimedia interaktif yang didalamnya terdapat materi pembelajaran apresiasi (Kompetensi Dasar 3) dan ekspresi (Kompetensi Dasar 4) kelas X SMK/SMA. Materi apresiasi berisikan definisi tari, musik pengiring, busana, pola/ garis, sedangkan materi ekspresi berisikan istilah, ragam dan susunan gerak pada tari Lenggok Mak Inang. Dari uji ahli media mendapatkan skor 4,42 (Sangat Baik), ahli media mendapatkan skor 4 (Baik), uji coba pengguna yang meliputi uji coba lapangan awal 4,08 (Baik), uji coba lapangan utama 4,22 (Sangat Baik) dan uji coba lapangan operasional 4,53 (Sangat Baik). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia interaktif pembelajaran tari Lenggok Mak Inang ini Sangat Layak digunakan atau dijadikan media pembelajaran tari. Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, E-Learning, Tari Lenggok Mak Inang.

Entering the XXI century and especially in the period of the industrial revolution has entered the era of IT with the knowledge economy in the trend of globalization. The 4.0 mankind development of ICT, especially the Internet has had a strong impact and make changes to all activities profound social life of every country in the world. Through surveys in six high School, interviewed 85 managers and teachers on the status of the management of information technology application in teaching, author of the article used the SWOT method to distribute surface strength, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges from which to export 7 management measures consistent with reality. 7 measures have been conducting trials and the results showed that 07 measures of necessary and feasible.

The aim of this research is to investigate whether there is a meaningful difference in the academic success, between the students who are applied the "formula t-shirt method" (experimental group) and the students who are not (in other classes of the school), in the education for the scientists wanted to be taught in the secondary school 5th, 6th and 7th grade science textbooks. Semi-experimental method was used as research method. In the 6th grade, 27 students participated in this study as experimental group (students wearing t-shirts) and 49 students in the other classes of the school that did not participate in the study. Academic achievement test including pre-test and post-test, informative observations, students’ and teacher’s interviews as well as 20 printed t-shirts were used to collect data. The pilot study of the developed achievement test was applied in another school and also the item analysis of it was performed. According to the research findings, when the experimental group’s success post-test results from the application performed, were examined in line with the interviews, significant differences were observed. It was seen that the subjects aimed to be gained with the formula t-shirt method, were adopted by the students and also increased their success. Looking at the results of the research, thanks to wearing the t-shirts prepared by using the human body on the background, and the reconciliation of the students wearing with the scientists on t-shirts, the desired learning was provided. This also contributed to such learning techniques as peer learning, active learning, social learning in terms of visuality and integrity. It is thought that these materials developed with the formula t-shirt method, will also inspire researchers for future studies in terms of their usability in other fields and subjects
