Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model on student learning outcomes on environmental change material for class X SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang. This type of research is quasi-experimental research (Quasy Experimental). The sample of this study were students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang who were selected by random sampling. In class X MIA 3 as an experimental class that is given treatment by learning using the PjBL learning model, while in class XI MIA II as a control class is taught using a direct learning model. The data collection technique used is in the form of multiple choice (multiple choice) as many as 25 items. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that students who were taught with the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model had an average score of 73.0 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes of students who were taught with the direct learning model had an average score of 71.29 in the good category and there was an influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on student learning outcomes on environmental change material at SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang.Keyword: learning models, Project Based Learning (PjBL), learning outcome

Abstract. This research is a classroom action research which aims to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Tunas Bangsa Makassar through the use of the Reading Guide Learning Strategy with Student Worksheet Media (LKS). The subjects of this study were the seventh-grade students of SMP Tunas Bangsa Makassar which consisted of 26 students. Data collection techniques include learning activity data obtained through observation sheets and student biology learning outcomes data obtained using student biology learning outcomes tests which are then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of observations of student learning activities show that in general there has been an increase from cycle I to cycle II in each observed student learning activity. The results of quantitative descriptive statistical analysis of students' biology learning outcomes showed that the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 75,19 and in the second cycle was 79,23 so that the percentage increase in student biology learning outcomes is obtained by 4,04. Keywords: Reading Guide, LKS and Learning Outcomes

Abstract. This development research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of Learning Resources Learning Cycle models through stages in the four D (4D) development research model proposed by Thiagrajan (1974). The type of research used is descriptive research. The research was carried out at junior high school level (SMP) precisely in Makassar VII grade VIII. The research instrument used was a learning cycle activity observation sheet and a student questionnaire response to Learning Resources. Based on the results of the effectiveness test with parametric statistical analysis between differences in class learning outcomes taught by Learning Sources the learning cycle model shows positive results compared to classes that are not taught using learning resources or conventionally, which is shown by the average corrected learning outcomes in the experimental class of 76 , 84 is higher than the class taught conventionally which is 69.82, and obtained a positive response of students by 95.83%. So from the results of the study concluded that the application of Learning Resources leaning cycle models of students provide a positive response to its application. Keywords: Learning resources, learning cycle.

Abstract. Identification of StudentsMisconception by Using Certainty of Response Index (CRI) to Ecosystem in Student Class XI MIA on Senior High School. This research aims to know the description of the misconception to grade XI MIA MAN 1 Jeneponto content ecosystem by using the method of Certainty of Responses Index (CRI). This research is descriptive Research. The subject is a student of Class XI and XI MIA3 MIA2 semester odd years lessons 2017/2018 with total students 56 people. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling technique. Instrument in this study using a diagnostic test multiple choice shaped reasoned that come with the value of the CRI. The results showed that the percentage of level/category/categories on students understanding i.e. understand concepts of 24.11%, understand the concept but less sure of 1.70%, misconception of 37.23% and don't understand the concept in hardness of 36.96%. Abstract. This research was aimed to produce BioMagz product as an alternative resource of independent learning which was valid and practical used in SMA Negeri 1 Mangkutana. This was a research and development using 4D model by Thiagarajan which consisted of 4 steps, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop and Disseminate. The research result developed BioMagz was valid and practical. The value of the validity was 4.17 which meant that BioMagz as an alternative resource of independent learning included in the valid criteria. The value of practicality was 4.6, which meant that BioMagz as an alternative resource of independent learning belonged to the practical criteria. While the student response presentation of 84,5% which means BioMagz got positive response from student. Keywords: BioMagz, Alternative, Resource of Independent Learning

Abstract. This research aimed to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model towards student’s problem solving ability in climate change lesson of grade X students Senior High School 3 Makassar. This was a quasi- experimental research with pre-test- post test control group design and consist of two groups which were experimental group and control group. The population of this study is grade X students of Senior High School 3 Makassar and the two groups were chosen by using random sampling technique. The groups chosen as the research sample is X MIA 1 as the experimental group and X MIA 5 as the control group. Type of research instrument that used were essay test and multiple choice. Data of problem- solving ability was collected by essay test that given before and after treatment and then analyzed by using descriptive statsistics and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistic used to describe student’s problem solving ability and inferential statistics used to hypothesis test by analysis of covariance. The results shows that the significant value between PBL and student’s problem solving ability was 0,000 (α < 0,05) and the significant value between PBL and learning outcomes was 0,000 (α < 0,05). Based on the result obtained, it can be coclude that the application of PBL on learning process affect problem solving ability and Climate Change lesson of grade X students Senior High School 3Makassar.Keywords: problem-based learning (PBL), problem solving ability

Abstract. This study aims to develop an authentic assessment instrument on ecosystem material for SMA using the 4D type development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) by Thiagarajan. The trial was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Bulukumba in class X MIA 1. The results of expert validation showed that the project appraisal instrument, performance and lesson plans had a strong relevance with the value of V = 88%, 100% and 100% respectively where all three were greater than 75% that it fulfilled the content validity coefficient. The reliability test was carried out at the trial stage by analyzing the results of the teacher's assessment of students using developed instruments. The result of the reliability test shows the value of r11 = 0.943 or greater than 0.70 so that it can be stated that the instrument developed is valid and reliable.Keywords: development, authentic assessment, validation

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to know determine the effect of using Ispring media on biology learning outcomes of class X SMA Negeri 9 Bone at Bone regency. The type of research is quasy experiment using Posttest Only-Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Subject of this research consisted of 2 group namely control class (powerpoint media) of 28 student and experimental class (Ispring media) of 30 student. The variabel examine in this study were Ispring media and powerpoint media. Technique of data collection was form test and analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The result showed that the average value of learning outcomes of biology using powerpoint media was 80,36 and the average value student using Ispring media was 84,17. Based on inferential analysis using the t test that the value Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,029 < 0,05, then H0 rejected and Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that there is an effect of using Ispring media on biology learning outcomes of class X SMA Negeri 9 Bone at Bone regency. Keywords: Ispring media, learning outcomes

Abstract. This study aimed to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of biology practicum in the senior high school in Kaimana Distcrit Kaimana Regency school year 2018/2019. This study was descriptive study. Sample in this study were the teachers in grade IX MIA SMA N 1 which is the class of experiment 1 and the teacher in grade IX MIA in SMA YPPK as the class of experiment 2. Data in this study was obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique was done by questionnaire. Data in this study was analysed by using descriptive stastistical. The result of the study showed that (1) The level of implementation of Biology practice in SMA N 1 Kaimana is 77,78% and SMA YPPK is 33,33 %. (2) The major suporting factor such as laboratory is not available. (3) The obstacle that causes low percentage of practicum is the absence of laboratory room in school, the unavailability of laboratory tools and materials needed in practicum unit, there was no funds provided for practicum. (4) The efforts undertaken by school and teachers in handling this obstacle that is planning the implementation of practicum activities provided by the teachers in the lesson plan (RPP) as a form of teacher’s readiness, practicum funds provided by the teachers to purchase the practicum tools needed by school, laboratory management together by the teachers, and the teachers explain the materials as an effort to give understanding to students who do not participate in practicum activities. Keyword: Analysis, Biology Practicum, High School in Kaimana District

Conventional learning model with lecture method that teacher- centered was still dominating and usually used by teacher in learning process at high school. Teacher needed learning model that can increase student cognitive retention. This research aims to determine whether there is influence of the cooperative learning Jigsaw-type model on retention of cognitive. The design is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 5 Wajo which consisted of 3 classes. The research sample was selected by random sampling technique, namely X MIPA 2 as an experimental group with 23 students and X MIPA 3 as a control group with 26 students. Data collected by using a multiple choice test totaling 20 numbers. The collected research were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was an effect of the application of the cooperative learning Jigsaw-type model on retention of cognitive of students in SMA Negeri 5 Wajo. Teacher can use this model in other lectures considered with the material characteristic. Keywords: Jigsaw-type, Retention of Cognitive, Biology Learning
