This article aims to describe the discourse of integrated quality management system of education in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The advancement of information, communication and technology is an opportunity and hope to implement qualified and competitive educational programs by utilizing automation technology and cyber technology. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through library research. The writing technique was carried out through several stages starting from data collection to data processing and analysis stage that were considered relevant and had relationship with the problem. The results of this study indicate that the integrated quality management system of education in the industrial revolution 4.0 era can realized through: 1) the planning of qualified educational program, 2) organizing integrated human resource, 3) flexible and transparent communication, 4) harmonious and comfortable coordination, and 5) tight and accountable supervision.

Peran pendidikan tidak dapat dianggap sebagai pelengkap dalam pembangunan sebuah negara. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya menciptakan kualitas manusia Indonesia agar mampu bersaing dengan negara-negara lain. Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sebuah organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penerapan ISO 9001:2008. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini berfokus penerapan sistem manajemen mutu, khususnya klausul kelima mengenai tanggung jawab manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya telah mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2008 dengan baik. Hal ini diketahui dari tahapan plan, do, check, dan action (PDCA) yang telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan melibatkan unit pelaku proses yang ada di dalamnya sehingga pengelolaan organisasi berjalan efektif dan efisien serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan.Kata kunci: mutu, pendidikan, PDCA, ISO   IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON ISO 9001: 2008 (STUDY FROM ECONOMIC FACULTY UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA)AbstractEducation has a very important role in the development of a country. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008. This research use qualitative method with descriptive approach. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya. This research focus on the application of quality management system, especially the fifth clause regarding management responsibility. The result showed that the Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Surabaya has implemented ISO 9001: 2008 well. This is known from the stages of plan, do, check, and action (PDCA) which has been done continuously involving the unit of actors in the process therein. Then, the management of the organization run effectively and efficiently and able to meet the needs and expectations of customers.Keywords: quality, education, PDCA, ISO

ISO management becomes an important issue in line with the increasing competition in the industrial world. The company strives to maintain its position and increase the trust of consumers. ISO is used as a tool to measure corporate credibility globally and improve the quality of company management. The research aims to find out how ISO 9001 Quality Management System is applied in a company, what profit will be achieved by the company when implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management System, identifying problems and solutions and what steps should be taken by the company to ensure that implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001 work properly. The approach used is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained in the form of division of authority and responsibility of each division is more clear and communication and response more quickly.

This paper attempts to address the problem of how to manage the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) based on ISO 9001: 2008. Problems become important because in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, quality human resources (HR) cannot be bargained again. The only way to improve the quality of human resources is through education, especially higher education institutions, including the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN). So that the quality of PTKIN is not less competitive with other universities in Indonesia, the management of PTKIN must be based on ISO 9001: 2008 as one of the principled quality management of TQM in detailed and systematic application. The ISO 9001: 2008 system is a means or tool of PTKIN to achieve the expected quality objectives and is able to answer the challenges of the current Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. In addition, there is a periodic internal quality audit requirement. At present ISO 9001: 2008 is the main choice for higher education institutions, PTKIN to implement a quality management system consistently and systematically to achieve effectiveness and efficiency. The application of ISO 9001: 2008 at PTKIN is very important as a step to realize and provide good governance, achieve excellent education practices, improve customer satisfaction and provide a better response to industry needs. PTKIN's main motive for implementing ISO 9001: 2008 is as a promotional step to provide an overview that PTKIN has high quality, high visibility and credibility, response to external factors and to develop an overall quality management system, so as to provide services and output the best that can guarantee the satisfaction of all customers and stakeholders.

Recently, the evolvement of globalization era has been the global challenges that cannot be avoided either by private or government sectors, and they are requested to be survived encountering such the condition. The implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in the operational company is the way how to guarantee the quality of products or services offered to the people. One of the purposes of QMS implementation is to provide a prime satisfaction to the customers. The impact of QMS implementation is expected to increase job performance of the employees. Besides the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), the impact of global challenges has been increasing the competitive efforts to execute more effective production process. However, it has required manpower protection accordingly. This research aims to find out whether the implementation of quality management system and safety and healthy at work management system have impacted on the job performance of employees. Objects of this research are the employees in the production department at PT Guna Senaputra Sejahtera Plant 1 Bogor. Data analysis technique of this research has applied software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). PLS has estimated a model of correlation among the latent variables and correlation between latent variables and its indicators. Result of data processing has indicated that the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and system of safety and healthy at work have positively and significantly impacted job performance of employees.Keywords : Quality Management System (QMS), Safety and Healthy at Work System ( SHWS / SMK3), and Job Performance of Employees
