Bhagandara is a single or multiple opening around guda Pradesh associated with different types of discharge along with pain. Acharya sushruta has described bhagandara on its consequences under astamahagada. The disorder has reached a height due to an unhealthy lifestyle. It can be correlated with fistula in ano. Fistula in ano is an abnormal hollow tract or cavity lined with granulation tissue. It is a nasty condition for the patient and often creates issue which leads to unease. It affects their daily lifestyle. For the treatment number of the surgical method are available. In Ayurveda, Acharya Sushruta has described various types of treatment like Chedana karma, Ksharasutra therapy. In modern science fistulectomy, fistulotomy, seton, and so on. But due to reoccurrence, damage of the anal ring, incontinence, and complication, Ksharasutra stands as a major para surgical procedure to cure bhaganadara. Ksharasutra is a unique medicated thread that helps in cutting as well as drainage of the fistulous tract. It works as cutting and healing of fistulous tract simultaneously. Hence the possibility of damage to the anorectal sphincter muscle is less and chances of incontinence are null. It is safe minimal, cheap, and easy to use. It works effectively on various stages.

Panchakarma is a fruitful measure and its extensive efficacies are classified in different dimensions to cure different types of complicated diseases. Vamana, Virechana, Niruha, Anuvasana and Nasya are the five procedures and subsequently even Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Rakta Mokshana are broadly termed as Panchakarma in day to day practices. The new diseases are evolving with intense gravity and therefore to combat those, Panchakarma is a very effective measure. In present era competition and advancement have led to hectic and stressful life, man has eventually forgotten the absolute enjoyment and solitary affection of nature and as a result is facing many health problems. Gridhrasi is no exception, it is correlated to sciatica in modern science where low back ache radiating to toes in the lateral aspect of the thigh associated with stiffness is the main complaint.

Background: Fistula in ano is a track that connects deeply the anal canal or rectum to the skin around the anus. Fistula in ano most commonly follows an anorectal sepsis1. The main principles of management of anal fistula are closure of internal opening of fistula tract, drainage of infection or necrotic tissue, and eradication of fistulous tract with preservation of sphincter function. The objectives were to compare the various aspects like per operative complications, post-operative complications, mean hospital stay in the treatment of fistula in ano using various modalities like fistulotomy, fistulectomy, setons and lift procedure. Methods: This is a randomised, comparative, prospective study of 80 cases of fistula in ano, presenting at surgical opd of K.R. Hospital, Mysore attached to Mysore Medical College and research Institute. Out of which, 20 cases are treated by fistulectomy, 20 by seton, 20 by fistulotomy and the rest 20 cases by LIFT procedure by random selection method, during period of NOVEMBER 1, 2016 to 31st October 2017.Results: Most common age of presentation is 31-40 years and more common in males then females (M:F= 2.3:1 ). Per operative complications include bleeding seen more in patients undergoing fistulectomy. Per operative course of LIFT procedure patients was complication free. Postoperative pain seen more in patients undergoing setons procedure. Conclusions: we conclude that LIFT procedure and Fistulotomy were acceptable procedures for simple, uncomplicated low lying and high lying fistula.

Human Computer Interaction is an emerging technology which refers to a vast number of algorithms and different types of techniques to enhance the interaction process. Eye gaze technology is one of the most significant techniques of modern science and can be used in many areas like security, typing, information tracking etc. The need of the system for physically disable people motivated many researchers to develop systems which can be used only using the eye gaze and blinking. In this paper, we are going to represent the development of a virtual keyboard which work by detecting eye gaze and eye blinking. It involves building a system that capture video directly from PC camera and detects human face, eyes. To detect face accurately we will follow a simple rule as the eyes and lips are always in the sample place as image, which will make the eye detection process much easier. To do this we are going to use an approach that involves the 68 points of face which is specific and must exist in every face as- the eye area, top of the chin, eyebrow, nose, outside edge of face etc. It also detect eye gaze as left, right to select keyboard portion and eye blinking to select the desired key from the virtual keyboard on the board. The goal of this system is to type without using finger or hands. Such types of application are really important and blessings for those people who completely lost the control of their limbs. The methodology is described including flow-charts for each stage of the system and then implementation results has described.

As we know Shukra dhatu is a most essential end product of the rest of all 6 dhatus of sharira. So, an analytical comparative research study has been made on infertility(bandhatva) patients. In this study, we explain tenets of shukra dhatu and different types of shukra doshas according to Acharya Charaka and Sushruta. According to doshas 8 types of Shukra doshas explaind by acharya and 9 types of semen abnormality by modern science. An attempt has been made to correlate these shukra doshas with an abnormality of semen according to modern medical science, on the basis of clinical features, physical appearance, and laboratory examination of semen. For the study 20 patient suffering from any kind of infertility has been selected from O.P.D. of Shalya Tantra department of Arogyashala rugnalaya, Nashik. On observation, the result showed out of 20 patients , 10 patients suffering from vatapittaj, 6 from shukra kshaya, 2 from vataj and 2 from pittaj shukra dosha according to ayurvedic point of view. Simultaneously we correlate it with different clinical conditions of semen and we found Out of 20 patients, 8 suffering from Oligoasthenospermia, 6 from Oligospermia, 2 from Asthenozoospermia, 2 from Tetratazospermia, 2 from Infective semen.

In modern science, the theory of probability is one of the basic tools. Scientists using probability often refer to its objective interpretation. They emphasize that their probabilistic hypotheses concern objective facts, not degrees of belief. Accordingly, the following questions arise: What is the meaning of this type of probabilistic hypothesis? Is the assumption of objectivity necessary? The paper addresses these questions by analyzing objective probability in the context of the scientific debate on determinism. Two types of arguments will be presented. On the one hand, there is the assertion that objective probability can exist only in an indeterministic world. Then, on the other hand — I analyze the assertions of those who believe in the co‑existence of objective probability and determinism. As a result I show that the acceptance of deterministic and indeterministic fields as possible areas where objective probability can occur is extremely problematic. Depending on the chosen area we encounter different types of problems. Therefore, I show that a significant number of these problems are associated with the acceptance of incorrect metaphysical assumptions. And finally, I postulate that the objectivity of probability (and assumptions pertaining to it) can be reduced (without any losses) to the epistemic variant.

Ayurvedic science believes that prevention is better than cure. Various theories are proposed in Ayurveda as well as modern science regarding diseases, their symptoms and management. Modernization came up with various technologies which provides rest to human body. This luxury caused a lot of problems to the human body. Hypertension is one of the major problems. According to Ayurvedic perspective, Hypertension is a symptom which is caused due to the prasaravastha followed by sthanasamshraya of vitiated tridosha (morbid factor) wherever modern science revealed Hypertension as "silent killer" which can be caused by various factors like stress, hereditary and sometimes it's cause is unknown. Elevation in blood pressure is also named as uchharaktachaap (tachycardia) in Ayurvedic Science. The path of Hypertension is pointed out by RAAS system, samprapti (manifestation) and samprapti ghatakas (components of manifestation procurement factor disease). To prevent this disturbance, some lifestyle changes are required in daily routine life. Different types of Ayurvedic and modern therapies are provided to cure the particular problem.

Background: Fistula-in-ano is a very common condition encountered in proctology OPD. The treatment of fistula-in-ano is difficult due to potential risk of recurrence and fecal incontinence. Ligation of Intersphincteric Fistulous Tract is new modality of treatment for the condition. LIFT is a sphincter preserving surgery, aim of our study to evaluate the effectiveness of LIFT surgery. Methods: We did LIFT surgery in 35 cases of intersphincteric and transsphincteric types of fistula-in-ano during the period of December 2019 to July 2020. Standard investigation protocol was followed in all cases. Evaluation of effectiveness of procedure done in terms of anal incontinence, wound healing time, recurrence rate and wound infection rate. Results: 35 patients (23 men, 12 women) were included with mean age of 40 SD 10.38 years. Most of study population have Inter sphincteric fistula (62.9%), and 37.1% participants have trans sphincteric fistula. Healing time was 10-15 days (42.9%) and mean healing time is 17 SD 4.25 days. We didn’t see a single case of anal incontinence with LIFT in our study. 6 cases of recurrence were seen. Conclusions: Result from our study showed that LIFT surgery is effective modality and fulfilling the outcome of sphincter preservation.

In modern high-technology conditions entire process of creating, circulation and distribution of the auditory information, accumulated in phonograms, inherits integration properties that stipulate internal unity of the structure and dynamics of the phonodocumental communication. The research, performed within the framework of Document studies, Archive studies and Musical Art, dedicated to the development of the sound recording classification problem in communication area from the position of archival phonograms selection on the musical radio as a special type of service auditory documents with specific features — types of sound carriers, specifics of the fixed sound content and specifics of the service functions. The publication develops the applying of the informational approach archival radio phonodocuments that currently stay on the periphery of the research interest even comparing to other types of the tecehnotronic documents — pictorial, audiovisual, electronic information sources, different types of the technical documentation.Phonodocumental communication has features of the complicated open area. According to the author’s idea disconnected elements from the radio sector, that were organically collected together and integrated to the balanced phonodocumental communication system. The essence and the purpose of such types of the phonoduments are clarified, also the main regularities of the formation and principles of the classification were formulated. Moreover, based on the fact that radioarchives and some other cultural institutions perform functional of the music information complex repository, this article tells about music sources preservation technologies not only in the radio copmanies archives but in libraries, museums, etc. The expansion of the research field at the expense of the advanced systematization of advantages and disadvantages of the archival radiophonogram consumer format revision was begun. The research approach that was the basis for publication helps to overcome some differences including modern science and educational literature.
