Financial performance can be used as a benchmark in assessing a company's financial success. Financial performance is a measure that describes the financial condition and ability of companies to make a profit. This study aims to reexamine the effect of environmental performance, corporate social responsibility, and good corporate governance on corporate financial performance. The sample in this study were 55 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2018. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that environmental performance had no effect on financial performance and corporate social responsibility had a negative effect on financial performance. However, good corporate governance has a positive effect on financial performance.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, good corporate governance, dan financial performance towards firm value. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and acquired 120 companies. Testing the hypothesis in this study is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtains results that corporate social responsibility disclosure, good corporate governance, and financial performance simultaneously has positive and significant effect on firm value. Good corporate governance proxied with managerial ownership partially has positive and significant effect on firm value, whereas Corporate social responsibility disclosure, Good corporate governance proxied with institutional ownership, proportion of independent board of commissioners, size of board of directors, size of committe, and Financial performance partially don’t have significant effect on firm value.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence environmental performance has on financial performance and the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on companies listed on IDX30 for the period February – April 2021. By using a descriptive approach and the SEM-PLS method. This research was conducted by taking secondary data. Sources of data were obtained from the annual report published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 on the website (www.idx.co.id) and the CPRP report issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in 2018-2019. The results showed that; (1) Environmental performance has an effect on financial performance, with P Values of 0.023 <0.05. (2) Good Corporate Governance does not moderate the relationship between environmental performance and financial performance, with P Values of 0.196 > 0.05. (3) Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderator of the relationship between environmental performance and financial performance, with P Values of 0.024 <0.05.

The bank’s transparency of their financial performance has been demanded by the public so that the banks have to demonstrate their products and activities. The banks’ health level assessment, currently being enacted by Bank Indonesia is a risk approach that includes Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital (RGEC). The more Good Corporate Governance (GCG) assessment is geared today for the banks to strengthen their competitive position and increase investor confidence. This study is directed to test the accounting conservatism towards GCG as well as the consequence of GCG on the financial performance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and information asymmetry. This study used financial data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2015 and 152 samples were taken from 19 banks data and tested using simple regression. The results show that Good Corporate Governance has an impact on financial performance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and information asymmetry. The better governance carried out by the banking system will have an impact on their competitiveness in an effort to increase public confidence to invest their funds.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is examine the influence<strong> </strong>of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Governance (CG) with proxy institusional ownership and audit quality. In this research leverage and sales growth used as variabele control. The population of this research is sub-sector trade, service and investastation firms that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. Sample selected by purposive sampling method with certain criteria and collected 172 data samples.  Testing the hypothesis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of these test indicate that: there is no significant influence of corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance, institusional ownesrship there is a positive significant on tax avoidance, audit quality there is no significant on tax avoidance.</em></p>

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and explain the relationship between variables of Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Performance, Sustainability Reports, value of the firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was a purposive random sampling of 20 companies from 60 conventional commercial bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. The analysis technique uses partial least square for inner models, outer models, and weight relations. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect on financial performance, Good Corporate Governance has no significant effect on Sustainability Reports, Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on financial performance, Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant effect on Sustainability Reports, financial performance has a significant effect on firm value, Sustainability Report has no significant effect on company value, Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect on company value, Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on company value, the effect of financial performance has no significant effect on the Sustainability Report. Financial performance and Sustainability Report become intervening variables to the value of the company. Firm value is an important performance indicator for publicly-listed companies. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and environmental performance on firm value. Companies in consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange are chosen as the focus of the study. Additionally, companies should participate in the Company Performance Assessment Program ranking. Sample is determined by a purposive sampling and data are analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study concludes that corporate social responsibility disclosure has positive effect on firm value, implying conformity with agency theory, legitimacy theory, and stakeholder theory. Environmental performance is found has no effect on firm value. Practically, this study recommends that intensity of disclosure should be considered as an important part of management strategy in increasing firm value. Abstract. This study aims to discuss the effect of corporate governance which consists of the size of the board of commissioners, audit boards, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, media exposure, environmental performance, financial ratios consisting of leverage, size, profitability to disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The population in this study are Mining Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2013-2017 period. Sampling used in this study using the census method using a total of 21 companies so that the number of studies in the study as many as 105 studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Statistics 22. The results show that media exposure and profitability are positively related to corporate social responsibility disclosure, while the size of the board of commissioners, audit committe, institutional, managerial ownership, environmental support, leverage and size, do not represent the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.Keywords: Corporate Governance; Media Exposure; Environmental Performance; Financial Ratios  Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance yang terdiri dari ukuran dewan komisaris, komite audit, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial,media exposure, kinerja lingkungan, rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari leverage, size, profitabilitas terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)  selama periode 2013–2017. Pegambilan sampel yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi sebanyak 21 perusahaan sehingga jumlah observasi dipenelitian ini sebanyak 105 pengamatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media exsposure dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, sedangkan  ukuran dewan komisaris, komite audit, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, kinerja lingkungan,leverage dan size,tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility. Kata Kunci: Corporate Governance; Media Exposure; Kinerja Lingkungan; Rasio Keuangan

This research aims to find out the role of good corporate governance in moderating the effects of profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility on firm value. The population in this study amounted to 58 companies. Sample selection setting by purposive sampling method and the specific criteria are as many as 9 companies with 45 total observations. Analytical technigues used multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis 1-3, and multiple linear regression analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test for hypothesis 4-6 by using SPSS 20. The results show that profitability has a positive effect on firm value, meanwhile leverage and corporate social responsibility has no effect on firm value. Good corporate governance does not strengthen or weaken the effect of profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility on firm value partially.

This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on a company’s financial performance with earning management as a moderating variable. The variables used in this study are corporate social responsibility, firm age, firm size, leverage, and earning management as moderation variables. This research uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The target population in this study are all non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018, which amounted to 875 observations. The results showed that corporate social responsibility variable has no significant influence on financial performance. The analysis with moderating variables show that earning management can strengthen the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance. The purpose of this study is to prove empirically the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first and third hypotheses in the study were rejected, namely managerial ownership and disclosure of CSR did not affect the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The second hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely institutional ownership has a positive effect on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.Keywords: Institutional ownership, managerial ownership, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, financial performance
