This research aims to obtain empirical evidence on the analysis of factors influencing The disclosure of Corporate social responsibility in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Factors used include Size, Profitability, Leverage, and age of the company. Measurement of the corporate social responsibility disclosure Using the Global REPORTING Initiative (GRI). There are 79 items to detect the level of disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The population of this research is all the financial data of manufacturing companies listed on IDX period 2014-2018. The sample determination method used in this study is the purposive sampling method. The samples used in this research are all manufacturing companies that publish annual and financial reports during the observation period. Total sample used in this study as much as 40 companies. The data used is secondary data from IDX. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses.The results of this study showed that the company size affects the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while profitability, leverage, and the company's age do not affect the disclosure ofcorporate social responsibility.

The purpose of th is study was to test empirically the influence of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Sociall Responsibility Disclosure to the performance of companies in Indonesia. Intellectual capital is measured using Pulic method (VAIC) and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure measured by using CSDI (CSR Index). Company performance is proxied with company profitability that is measured by Return on Assets. Data used in this study is secondary data, consist of annual reports, financial reports, and sustainability reports. The sample used in this study was chosen by using purposive sampling method with the aim to get the sample according to the criteria. The sample in this study amounted to 76, which consisted of 19 manufacturing companies of the basic and chemiccal industry sectors during the period 2013 to 2016. The results showed that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility disclosure positively affect the financial performance of the company

The implementation of social responsibility has been widely applied to various types of companies including profit-based manufacturing companies. This is because the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is able to influence the performance of the company. Through corporate social activities, making the name of the company can be great in the eyes of the wider community. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining results or output empirically to test the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on stock returns and the value of companies with good corporate governance as moderating. This research examines companies engaged in manufacturing that have been registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. A total of 539 manufacturing companies were used as populations with purposive judgment sampling as a sampling method. The indicator used to measure Corporate Social Responsibility variables is using the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines (SRG) method by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as its issuer. And for the proxy of the Good Corporate Governance variable, it uses managerial ownership. Managerial ownership is acting as a management who actively participates in decision making and also as a shareholder in the company, and the measurements made for company value variables are using the Tobin's Q index. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing using SPSS version 24. The method used in this research is the documentation method carried out by collecting secondary data published by the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of annual reports which include financial statements of manufacturing companies in 2015-2017. Secondary data collection is done by tracing data through literature and manuals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a quantitative study with a correlational analysis method to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

This study aims to examine empirically the effect of real earnings manipulation to CSR disclosure. A proxy for real earnings manipulation using models Roychowdhury (2006). CSR disclosure is measured using Corporate Social Disclosure Index (CSDI) based item reporting standard Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) are disclosed in the company's annual report. The study sample consisted of 261 manufacturing companies in 2012-2014. The results showed real earnings manipulation significant positive effect on CSR disclosure.Keywwords: Earnings Manipulation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Manufacturing Companies.

The company's activities which were initially only measured by prioritizing profits have now begun to shift to calculating social and environmental problems in their financial statements. The company is asked to be responsible for the environment and social through a non-financial report that is the report of Corporate social responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of CSR disclosure on company performance and management earnings on company performance. This research is quantitative with secondary data and uses eviews to test the influence between variables. The research sample is 34 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that present financial reports and sustainability reports. The results showed that CSR disclosure had no effect on company performance and earnings management had a positive effect on company performance. It can be concluded that CSR disclosed by the company has not been able to improve company performance. CSR disclosure disclosed by the company will not always benefit the company, the high cost of CSR will have an impact on increasing company spending. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure to firm value with media attention as mediating variable. In this research media attention is proxied with a website, while firm value is measured using the Tobin’s q ratio. The population in this research are manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. This research refers to Li et al. (2016) & Putra et al. (2017) research  which shows that the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility is positively related to firm value. The difference between this research and previous research is the use of 144 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016 as a research sample. Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure measured using performance indicators from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 4.1.Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method with criteria the companies that publish information related to Corporate Social Responsibility in the year of 2016 at annual report and at the company's official website. The sample of research that meets the criteria are 87 samples. Type of data used in this research is secondary data that obtained through official www.idx.co.ic. The data were analyzed by using path analysis with the SPSS 20 application. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure had an effect on the firm value. Meanwhile, media attention is not able to mediate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on firm value

Tax Aggressiveness is action taken to minimize the expenses of the taxpayer receives tax payable. The more efficient the tax expenses of State revenues from taxes will also decrease. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Profitability and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in manufacture firms that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2013 – 2015. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year of 2013 – 2015, with a total sample of 29 manufacture firms for a total observation in this study a total of 87 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of a financial report and annual reports that downloaded via the official Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website. Data were analyzed using pooled data regression that processed using Eviews version 8.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-statistic test. The results obtained are profitability variable which proxied by return on asset (ROA) had a significant impact on tax aggressiveness. While corporate social responsibility disclosure variable which proxied by corporate social responsibility index (CSRI) and leverage variable had no significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on corporate tax aggressiveness. The independent variable of this study is corporate social responsibility (CSR) using the dummy method and based on the standard GRI G-4 / GRI index and the dependent variable of this study is the tax aggressiveness required with an effective tax rate proxy (ETR). This study uses control variables including profitability, leverage, capital intensity, and inventory intensity. The study uses secondary data conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and the study sample was obtained by 11 companies. The research method used uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of this study prove that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility is not significant for tax aggressiveness
