Equitments of computer laboratory have a function as an important tools in supporting pratical lecturing. These facilitiesshould always be on a condition like ready are proper to use both computers and others. To avoid equipment detriment, it is necessary to do early identification in which prevent the worse condition of equitments. The method use in this study is roughset method wich consists several stages such as Decision System, Equivalence Class, Discernibility Matrix, DiscernibilityMatrix Modulo D, Reduction, and Generate Rules. From this study, it was found that 14 rules in making decisions for equipments treatment of computer laboratory such as use, repair and replace. Thus, this mrthod is very capable indetermining the detriment level of laboratory equipment

The computer laboratory is a place for practical learning for students, where computers have an important role in the smooth running of the practice. The use of computer labor at any time is very vulnerable to damage. If there is damage it will disrupt the teaching and learning process. Utilization of data mining in determining the level of damage is one of them. SMKN 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang has 3 laboratories, TKJ (Network Computer Engineering), RPL (Software Engineering) and Technician labor. Application of the Decision Tree method in identifying damage to computer laboratory equipment, especially TKJ (Computer Network Engineering) labor. The data obtained in this study are computer equipment sourced from the computer laboratory of SMKN 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Based on the analysis of the computer laboratory, there are 50 computer laboratory equipment. Furthermore, if the data is processed, several variables are needed to identify the level of damage to labor equipment including the name of the tool, number of tools, inspection, duration of use, and condition. The result of testing this method is to test whether the labor equipment can still be used or repaired. The purpose of this research is to help computer labor technicians to identify computer labor equipment that can still be used or repaired so that no damage occurs during practical learning hours. Furthermore, the best method in determining the level of damage to computer laboratory equipment is the Decision Tree Algorithm method. Decision Tree Algorithm is a predictive model using a decision tree structure and makes complex decisions simpler. The results of the research method show that the condition variable has the highest Gain value, namely 0.4734353, then the variable length of use is obtained with a Gain value of 0.896038. The factors that cause damage include the condition of the tool and the duration of use.

ABSTRACT<br />STMIK STIKOM Indonesia electronic assets was part off fixed asset that have a long life time. In this <br />case asset was a non saleable stuff for operational needs.  STTMIKSTIKOM Indonesia assets such as<br />laboratory equipment that contain computer laboratory, computer network laboratory, graphical design<br />and photography laboratory. STMIK STIKOM Indonesia assets is increasing Every year since 2008 .  It<br />needs a good administration rules for filing and counting depreciation of every assets. It is important to<br />have such a system starting from procurement, updating data and asset extermination. According to asset<br />management research by sudrajat, 2007, asset management profit have relation to accountability, service<br />management, risk management, and finance efficiency. (1) Improve management and accountability by<br />showing to owners, users and stakeholders that the result is an effective and efficient service. (2) Provide<br />a basis for evaluation and balancing of services, pricing and quality. (3) Increased accountability for<br />resource use by performance and financial accounting. (4) Improving communications and relationships<br />with users, improving understanding of service needs and options, formal consultation or agreement with<br />users about service levels, a comprehensive approach of asset management within organizations with<br />teams from multidisciplinary management. 5. Improve customer convenience and corporate image. Based<br />on the exposure of problems and expected goals, it conducted research on asset management information<br />system on STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. <br /><br />Keywords : asset management, information system. <br /> <br />ABSTRAK <br />STMIK STIKOM Indonesia memiliki aset barang elektronik yang merupakan bagian dari aktiva tetap<br />dengan jangka waktu penggunaan yang cukup lama. Aset dalam hal ini merupakan benda yang tidak<br />dijual kembali untuk kegiatan operasional. Aset pada STMIK STIKOM Indonesia seperti peralatan<br />laboratorium yang mencakup laboratorium komputer, laboratorium jaringan komputer, laboratorium<br />desain dan fotografi. Sejak berdiri tahun 2008 saat ini jumlah aset yang dimiliki STMIK STIKOM<br />Indonesia semakin meningkat. Diperlukan suatu tertib administrasi pencatatan dan penghitungan<br />penyusutan masing-masing aset. Hal ini diperlukan untuk membangun pengelolaan aset dimulai dari<br />pengadaan, perubahan data dan penghapusan aset. Menurut penelitian tentang manajemen aset (Sudrajat,<br />2007), keuntungan dari manajemen aset berhubungan dengan akuntabilitas, manajemen layanan,<br />manajemen resiko dan efisiensi keuangan. (1) Meningkatkan pengurusan dan akuntabilitas dengan <br />menunjukkan ke pemilik, pengguna dan pihak yang terkait bahwa layanan yang dihasilkan adalah layanan<br />yang efektif dan efisien. (2) Menyediakan dasar untuk evaluasi dan penyeimbangan layanan, harga dan<br />kualitas. (3) Peningkatan akuntabilitas untuk penggunaan sumber daya dengan penghitungan kinerja dan<br />keuangan. (4) Meningkatkan komunikasi dan hubungan dengan pengguna layanan dengan, meningkatkan<br />pengertian pada kebutuhan layanan dan pilihan-pilhannya, konsultasi formal atau persetujuan dengan<br />pengguna tentang level layanan, pendekatan yang menyeluruh dari manajemen aset di dalam organisasi<br />dengan team yang berasal dari multi disiplin manajemen. 5. Meningkatkan kenyamanan pelanggan dan<br />citra perusahaan. For improving the energy efficiency level in industrial systems, the service specialists should take appropriate measures to improve the efficiency in a timely manner. A necessity arises to provide adequate training for current and future specialists and practitioners. This training can be based on the digital technologies taking into account the information revolution we are witnessing and the future trends in this field. In this paper, a unified training methodology and laboratory equipment on energy efficiency investigation in induction motor drives is developed based on a developed automated computer system. The methodology is provided with created software products based on developed complex algorithms. The methodology procedure and the corresponding learning processes are organized into six main stages. In order to implement the method in the training of specialists, a computer laboratory bench is designed and implemented. The training is provided with three elaborated textbooks. The education conducted using the methodology improves the competence of the trained persons and gives them the opportunity to make justified and correct decisions and take relevant actions. The proposed development is used for educating number of students in some master programs in the University of Ruse. A major part of them already works in the field.

Computer Laboratory Equipment that runs on PPM Al Hasyimiyah Cilegon City uses manual starting from recording incoming goods and goods, recording outgoing goods inventory, checking goods, to producing inventory reports. To help with this problem, a computer laboratory equipment inventory information system is needed, the SWOT analysis method, sublime text software, uml using the visual paradigm, MySQL as a database which will make it easier for the admin to record goods data, incoming goods inventory, outgoing goods inventory, checking goods and make a report.

Abstract A basic set of experiments for the determination of mechanical properties of sands is described. This includes the determination of basic physical and mechanical properties, as conventionally applied in soil mechanics, as well as some additional experiments, which provide further information on mechanical properties of granular soils. These additional experiments allow for determination of steady state and instability lines, stress-strain relations for isotropic loading and pure shearing, and simple cyclic shearing tests. Unconventional oedometric experiments are also presented. Necessary laboratory equipment is described, which includes a triaxial apparatus equipped with local strain gauges, an oedometer capable of measuring lateral stresses and a simple cyclic shearing apparatus. The above experiments provide additional information on soil’s properties, which is useful in studying the following phenomena: pre-failure deformations of sand including cyclic loading compaction, pore-pressure generation and liquefaction, both static and caused by cyclic loadings, the effect of sand initial anisotropy and various instabilities. An important feature of the experiments described is that they make it possible to determine the initial state of sand, defined as either contractive or dilative. Experimental results for the “Gdynia” model sand are shown.

The system of indicators of quality of carbon-carbon composite material and technological operations of its production is proved in the work. As a result of the experimental studies, with respect to the existing laboratory equipment, the optimal number of cycles of saturation of the reinforcing frame with a carbon matrix is determined. It was found that to obtain a carbon-carbon composite material with a low cost and the required quality indicators, it is necessary to introduce additional parameters of the pitch melt at the impregnation stage.
