This study aims to: (1) analyze the cultural influence of employee organization, in the form of integrity, professional, innovation, responsibility, and conscientiousness 2) analyze the influence of employee's work leadership style, in the form of spiritual leadership, autocratic style, laissez-fair style, and transformational style (3) analyze the influence of employee work motivation, the need for flexibility, the need to excel, the need for affiliation, and reward (4) analyze the influence of employee development, namely: benchmarking, learning tasks, intelegent quotient, and emotional quotient (5) analyzing leadership style influence on human resource development (6) analyzing the influence of motivation (7) analyzing organizational culture through human resource development (8) analyzing leadership style through human resource development affect employee performance. (9) analyzing motivation through the development of human resources affects the performance of employees (10) analyzing the development of human resources affects the performance of employees The object of this research is employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sulawesi which is divided into 24 Offices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of The City Regency and 1 Regional Office. The sample of this study was 386 out of a population of 10,293 employees. The research sample was obtained by random sampling cluster technique after which the population was proportionate using proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed with the Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed: (1) Organizational Culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects employee performance (3) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (4) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (5) Leadership style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development (6) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development. (7) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Development (8) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development (9) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance through Human Resource Development. Research is motivated by the phenomenon of low employee performance, presumably due to suboptimal human resource development and a less conducive organizational culture. The study aims to identify and analyze: a. human resource development, organizational culture, employee performance; b) the magnitude of the influence of human resource development on employee performance; c) the importance of the impact of organizational culture on employee performance; and the extent of the effect of human resource development and organizational culture on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and through a statistical process. The results showed: a. From the results of descriptive analysis of human resource development, organizational culture and employee performance are in good condition, but there are weaknesses in certain aspects. The results of the verification analysis show; b) human resource development has a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of influence of 66.69%; c) organizational culture has a significant impact on employee performance with the importance of the result of 51.84%; and d) the development of human resources and organizational culture together have an effect on employee performance with the magnitude of the influence of 78.30%, the remaining 21.70% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model. In conclusion, both partially and simultaneously, human resources and organizational culture's development affects employee performance.

This study aims to test the influence of Skill and human resource development on the performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The data used questionnaires that were distributed to respondents. The data collected using the list of questions (indicators) submitted as a measuring instrument using modification of the likert scale. The sample of this study was a group of employees at the South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of 100 respondents. Where all employees have different charateristics from high school education level to magister (S2) and based on work experience. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively using multiple linear regression methods. This method is used when conducting analysis on the influence of Skill and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The result show that skill and development of human resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and, should routinely provide that Skill to its employees and has more attention to the performance of its employees. Employees who are considered to be under-performing, it is best to develop the employee.

This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

The object of this research is PT.Sega Mas Banjarmasin. This study uses a survey method with a cross section design. The sampling technique uses saturated side (census). Respondents in this study were 40 permanent employees at PT.Sega Mas-Banjarmasin. This research resulted in the findings that by developing education and training, work capacity, knowledge skills, skills abilities, attitudinal abilities of employees organizational goals were achieved. Human Resource Developmentis a way to achieve an organizational goal effectively and efficiently through the implementation of individual duties and obligations in the organization. The findings of this study seem to enrich understanding of how to improve organizational performance through the inculcation of an effective Organizational Culture. This study found that the Organizational Culture that is built by increasing the culture of innovation, employee-oriented organizational activities and also paying attention to existing problems have implications for employee serenity and performance

This study was conducted to analyze the test effect of competence to employee performance at BPJS Employment Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the effect of human resource development to employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the influence of organizational culture influence on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Office Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the more dominant variables affect the performance of employees at the Regional Office of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sulawesi, Maluku. This study uses data questionnaire, literature study and interviews with quality test data analysis techniques, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The study found that the results of the regression equation obtained results for the regression coefficient for the competence of 0.343 and has a value ρvalue of 0.002, so it can be concluded that the competency has a positive influence and significant impact on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, the results of the regression equation to variable human resource development at .290, and has a value ρvalue amounted to 0,018, so that it can be concluded that the development of human resources has a positive influence and significant impact on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, based on the results of data processed regression coefficient of the obtained regression coefficients for the variables Organizational culture of 0.724 and has value ρvalue = 0,000 so it can be concluded that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence terahdap employee performance on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi Maluku, from h Regression test regression then it can be concluded that the organizational culture variable is the dominant variable affecting the improvement of employee performance on BPJS.

Public organizations as a place for providing services to the community must be supported by quality human resources. This is inseparable from the human resource development system, in creating superior human resources and having good performance so that the services provided can increase public satisfaction. This research is a quantitative type of research, which is conducted at the Civil Service and Civil Service Agency, Population and Civil Registry Office and five District Offices in Central Mamuju Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 102 people. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, observations, interviews and supporting documents related to the research topic. The results showed that the development of human resources through employee performance had an influence on the quality of public services in Central Mamuju Regency with an F calculated value of 15.668. greater than the F table, which is 3.09. For the probability value, the value is 0,000, smaller than 0.05.

PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk (PTBA) is a state-owned companies in the field of the largest coal mine in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style to employee motivation human resource Human Resources Division, how much influence employee motivation to employee performance Human Resources Division Human Resources Division and how much influence the style of Leadership Human Resources Division directly or indirectly against employees HR Human Resources Division office Tanjung Enim mining center unit PTBA. The method in this study is associative with the design of the study through the survey method by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by simple random sampling and data processed with SPSS 17.0 software. From the results of research studies can be explained that the leadership style that has a positive and significant impact on employee motivation high and low HR Division PTBA directly with the influence of (0.349) 2 = 12.18%, as well as motivation to have a positive and significant  influence of high low level of employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division directly, further direct leadership style has positive and significant impact on employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division and influential leadership style indirectly through employee motivation to the Human Resources Division kenerja PTBA.

This research aimed to analyzis effect of: 1) human resource development, corporate culture, motivation toward employee performance, 2) corporate culture toward human resource dvelopment, 3) corporate culture toward motivation, 4) motivation toward human resource development and, 5) human resource development toward motivation in PT Pertamina (Persero) Processing Unit V East Kalimantan.Furthermore, object of this research was PT Pertamina (Persero) Processing Unit V East Kalimantan. This study using survei method with cross section analyzis. Sample using purposive sampling method. Respondance of this research was 16332 fixed, 1599 unfixed employee of PT Pertamina (Persero) Processing Unit V East Kalimantan. Each of population take as respondance 95 employee, total respondance 190. Sum of, 174 respondace take a questioner bac (almost 92%) model testing using structural equation modelling.In addition, this research found that corporate cuturw was build with increased inovation culture, organization activity base on employee orientation, and take attention to any problem cause be employee bring implication and better relation was a side effect of corporate culture and give space for employee to inovation and it can accomodate existing problem.This research also proofing that developing education and training, working capacity, knowladge ability, skill ability and on the job training, it can reach corporate objective. This research show that motivation had negative influence toward human resource development.This result also give information, that corporate culture had not directed effect on wok performance. On the other hand, other variable was give splilover effect. It was work motivation. This variable can be organization effort within increasing employee performance and organization.

The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

This purpose of this study was to contribution of human resource development, leadership style, commitment, and motivation on good governance and the performance of members of the Indonesian National Police and the effect of good governance on the performance of members of the Indonesian National Police in the South Sulawesi Regional Police. The study was using 230 police as a sample of a population of 5,069 police in 2019. Data were analyzed using by structural equation modeling with the AMOS assistance version 21.  The results showed that (1) human resource development and motivation have a positive and significant effect on good governance and the police officer performance; (2) Leadership style has a negative and significant effect on good governance; (3) Commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on good governance; (4) Leadership style and commitment have a positive and significant effect on the police officer performance; and (6) Good governance has a positive and significant effect on the police officer performance.
