PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk (PTBA) is a state-owned companies in the field of the largest coal mine in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style to employee motivation human resource Human Resources Division, how much influence employee motivation to employee performance Human Resources Division Human Resources Division and how much influence the style of Leadership Human Resources Division directly or indirectly against employees HR Human Resources Division office Tanjung Enim mining center unit PTBA. The method in this study is associative with the design of the study through the survey method by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by simple random sampling and data processed with SPSS 17.0 software. From the results of research studies can be explained that the leadership style that has a positive and significant impact on employee motivation high and low HR Division PTBA directly with the influence of (0.349) 2 = 12.18%, as well as motivation to have a positive and significant  influence of high low level of employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division directly, further direct leadership style has positive and significant impact on employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division and influential leadership style indirectly through employee motivation to the Human Resources Division kenerja PTBA.

This study aims to: (1) analyze the cultural influence of employee organization, in the form of integrity, professional, innovation, responsibility, and conscientiousness 2) analyze the influence of employee's work leadership style, in the form of spiritual leadership, autocratic style, laissez-fair style, and transformational style (3) analyze the influence of employee work motivation, the need for flexibility, the need to excel, the need for affiliation, and reward (4) analyze the influence of employee development, namely: benchmarking, learning tasks, intelegent quotient, and emotional quotient (5) analyzing leadership style influence on human resource development (6) analyzing the influence of motivation (7) analyzing organizational culture through human resource development (8) analyzing leadership style through human resource development affect employee performance. (9) analyzing motivation through the development of human resources affects the performance of employees (10) analyzing the development of human resources affects the performance of employees The object of this research is employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sulawesi which is divided into 24 Offices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of The City Regency and 1 Regional Office. The sample of this study was 386 out of a population of 10,293 employees. The research sample was obtained by random sampling cluster technique after which the population was proportionate using proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed with the Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed: (1) Organizational Culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects employee performance (3) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (4) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (5) Leadership style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development (6) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development. (7) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Development (8) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development (9) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance through Human Resource Development. Abstract To produce good performance, UMKM entrepreneurs must know how to manage their business finances. UMKM with good performance will have high competitiveness. To realize this, quality human resources are needed. In addition, in order to be able to develop SMEs, they are required to be creative and innovative in developing effective marketing strategies in order to produce good business performance. A UMKM will be difficult to develop if its business actors do not know how to market an effective product. This research aims to explore the effects of financial management, human resource competencies and marketing strategies on UMKM performance. This research uses 99 samples, namely the trade sector UMKMs that are included in the Denpasar Cooperative SMEs. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to the survey method. To answer the research hypothesis using analytical tools, namely multiple linear regression. The results showed that financial management, human resource competencies and marketing strategies had a positive effect on MSME performance. UMKM dengan kinerja yang baik akan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Selain itu, agar mampu berkembang pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk kreatif dan inovatif dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang efektif agar menghasilkan kinerja usaha yang bagus. Sebuah UMKM akan sulit berkembang jika pelaku usahanya tidak mengetahui bagaimana cara memasarkan suatu produk yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan strategi pemasaran pada kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan 99 sampel yaitu UMKM sektor perdagangan yang termasuk dalam UMKM binaan Koperasi Kota Denpasar. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode survei. Untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian menggunakan alat analisis yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif pada kinerja UMKM. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on compensation; the influence of leadership style on employee performance; the effect of compensation on employee performance and the influence of leadership on performance through compensation in the Sub-Department of Highways Administration of South Jakarta Municipality. The population in this study amounted to 260 employees, using Simple Random Sampling. The sample collected are 72 respondents. The analysis method used in this research are descriptive method and Path Analysis. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on compensation; The leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on performance; compensation has a positive and significant effect  on performance, and leadership style has a positive and significant influence on performance through compensation.

This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.

PurposeThis study aims to examine, analyze and explain the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline to employee performance simultaneously and partially at PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia. Design/methodology/approachThe primary data used in this study come from questionnaire on respondents’ motivation, discipline, leadership style and employee performance. From 451 people as the population, 82 respondents who met the criteria as a sample were chosen by using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22. FindingsThe results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between leadership style, employee motivation and discipline on employee performance. The results also show that there is a positive and significant influence partially between leadership style, employee motivation and discipline on employee performance. Discipline is the variable of the most powerful influence on employee performance, so it needs special attention. Originality/valueThe respondents of this research work for a company which generates products through the work of hands (manual work) and aims to promote the products in the international market.

The problem in this study, first is whether there is an influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on morale. Second, whether there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and work spirit together or partially on employee performance. This study aims to find answers to the problem formulation. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative. This study will explain the relationship of influencing and influenced by the variables to be examined, namely the influence of leadership style and compensation to work morale and its impact on employee performance and does not violate the law, morals, and ethics. The population was 130 respondents, which were sampled in this study were 99 respondents to represent the population of OKU District Panwaslu staff. The sampling technique used in this study is the simple random sampling technique, which is the research sample taken using simple random methods. Analyzing the data in this study used path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study concluded the first positive and significant influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on work morale. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, compensation and working spirit together or partially on the performance of employees in the Oversight Panwaslu Office in OKU Regency. Researchers still suggest that the Panwaslu leadership should pay attention to compensation, encouragement and motivation so that employee performance increases

Research is motivated by the phenomenon of low employee performance, presumably due to suboptimal human resource development and a less conducive organizational culture. The study aims to identify and analyze: a. human resource development, organizational culture, employee performance; b) the magnitude of the influence of human resource development on employee performance; c) the importance of the impact of organizational culture on employee performance; and the extent of the effect of human resource development and organizational culture on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and through a statistical process. The results showed: a. From the results of descriptive analysis of human resource development, organizational culture and employee performance are in good condition, but there are weaknesses in certain aspects. The results of the verification analysis show; b) human resource development has a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of influence of 66.69%; c) organizational culture has a significant impact on employee performance with the importance of the result of 51.84%; and d) the development of human resources and organizational culture together have an effect on employee performance with the magnitude of the influence of 78.30%, the remaining 21.70% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model. In conclusion, both partially and simultaneously, human resources and organizational culture's development affects employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of competence and motivation to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung. The research method was used by Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using Slovin formula which further in sampling with simple random sampling method. This can be done because the characteristics of respondents in this research was homogeneous, that is the employees of PT. Mutiara Agung. Based on the results of this research, there is a significant influence between competence and motivation variables to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung, with using F test, where F count is bigger than F table (38,365> 3,214). Conclusion: There is significant influence which is explained by result from R square is 0,641 which mean that competence and motivation variable give contribution equal to 64,1% to employee performance variable, while the rest equal to 35,9% was donated by other variable which not examined. Suggestions that the authors convey to the company is the competence contained in the company should still be improved and the leader provides motivation to employees such as with rewards on employees' achievment.


ملـخص: هدفت الدارسة إلى التعرف على أثر الولاء التنظيمي كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية و أداء العاملين في مستشفى بيت حانون، وقد أجريت الدارسة على جميع الموظفين العاملين في المستشفى والبالغ عددهم (200) موظفاً وموظفة، و تم توزيع استبانة أعدت خصيصاً لهذا الغرض باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، ولقد تم استرداد (106) استبانة, واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثراً دال معنوياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥ α) لاستراتيجيات الموارد البشرية والولاء التنظيمي على أداء العاملين, كما أظهرت أثراً دال معنوياً لاستراتيجيات الموارد البشرية على أداء العاملين من خلال الولاء التنظيمي(متغير وسيط) ,حيث إن الولاء التنظيمي قد نقل جزءاً من أثر استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية على أداء العاملين. الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية، الولاء التنظيمي، الأداء الوظيفي، قطاع غزة، فلسطين. Abstract This study aimed to investigate the effect of loyalty as a mediating variable in the relationship between human resources strategies and employee performance in Beith Hanoun Hospital. The population of the study consisted of (200) employees. A uestionnaire was designed for this purpose and was distributed using the stratified random sampling technique. The descriptive analytical method and the appropriate statistical tests were applied using SPSS. The study concluded that human resource strategies and loyalty significantly affected employee performance. In addition, loyalty partially mediated the relationship between human resource strategies and employee performance.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and compensation to employees performance of PT. Sumber Inti Pangan, Tangerang. Data taken in this research is 99 people taken by random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and then the data obtained are analyzed. From the results of hypothesis testing and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, it is evident that the leadership, motivation and compensation significant influence on employee performance. The variables that have the greatest influence on employee performance is leadership. With the results of this analysis, the company needs to further encourage and apply the appropriate leadership style because it proved instrumental in improving the performance of employees in addition to the need for the leadership of the company continue to pay attention to employee motivation as this will encourage a sense of pride and a sense of belonging and loyalty is high. The same was done to efforts to improve the provision of compensation, either directly or indirectly to improve employee performance.
