29 Million elderly had accidents during 2014, and caused 29 thousand of death in 2016.  Once of the biggest potential risk for elderly is a kitchen. It caused nursing home, needs to be more consent in designing kitchen for elderly. The purpose of this research was to design comfort kitchen for elderly by using design thinking approach. Design thinking utilized voice of customer to made a decision. It has an excessed as prototype redundant test to gain the voice of customers. Based on the customer needs, this research designed a kitchen with some racks near the dishwasher, applied some handrails in several places, sitting place to wash the dish and to cook, applied a food storage. This Final Project is one of the graduation requirements for Industrial Engineering students at the Islamic University of Bandung. Currently.  The final project consultation process is conducted manually using physical documents owned by each student as proof of consultation in the form of a consultation card. The problem faced was the difficulty in monitoring consultations and recording consultation discussions which were not well organized. The purpose of this study is to design a consulting information system using the prototyping method. The prototyping method is a system development method used to describe the system. The stages in this method consist of: (1) The planning stage is the identification of system requests. (2) the analysis phase analyzes the existing business processes in the final project section and identifies functional and non-functional requirements, (3) the design phase includes the interaction design of systems, processes, data and logical systems and physical interfaces. (4) Implementation phase of database and website development using PHP language and MySQL database. The results obtained from this study are business process consulting for the Final Project after the implementation of the proposed information system; final project consulting information system design which is expected to facilitate the consultation process in terms of time and consultation file documentation

Person with disabilities who are referred to as disabled people, are often regarded as unproductive citizens, unable to carry out their duties and responsibilities so that their rights are ignored. About 15 percent of the world's population are people with disabilities - more than one billion people. They are considered the largest minority group in the world. Persons with disabilities are often excluded from education, vocational training and employment opportunities. In reality, there are not many public facilities or special services provided to persons with disabilities. One of them is in the aspect of education. In public facilities, namely education, there are not many education buildings or educational providers that have facilities and infrastructure that can support people with disabilities. As for mobility equipment that can help people with disabilities on both legs, namely crutches, walking sticks, walkers, and wheelchairs that aim to help and facilitate their mobility. But the wheelchair that is available in the market today only has a limited function of moving left, right, and spinning, the function can not be maximized to help the movement of persons with disabilities there are some activities that cannot be done such as reaching higher objects, moving the body from a wheelchair to another seat, through the stairs / steps. Therefore we need a product design that starts from the preparation of product concepts from old products that will be modified into a new product to meet the needs of the market / people with disabilities.

An ordinal regression used with employing the SPSS 16 software and p=0.05. Results suggest that the most significant factors affecting the students purchasing intention on sustainable products was whether their consider sustainable material as priority when purchasing textile products or not.

Determining the optimal number of employees in a company is a basic condition that must be concern into account when drafting a work plan. The work design process ultimately aims for balance the physical and mental aspects of humans in completing certain tasks so that. Determination of the number of employees whit the existing workload will support employees performance in perform their duties optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal number of salesman based on the workload calculated using the Full Time Equivlent method. Based on the results of research at PT. Xyz used the method FTE is know that the workload of the 4 salesman is classified as overloaded. Where is sales I has a workload of 1.48, sales II has a workload of 1.70, sales III has a workload of 1.66, sales IV get a workload of 1.42. Based on the table of labor requirements to the FTE value, the number of initial salesman was 4 sales and the addition of the number of salesman is as many as 10 salesmen. The purpose of this paper is to determine the causes of the dominant risk and design response measures in the Kelompok Usaha Bersama Industri Kecil Mataram  Macoa. The basic method of writing is descriptive method and is implemented by using a case study method through a quantitative approach. The selection of respondents was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection by observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results of this paper indicate that in the activity plan there are 2 risks, in source activity there are 5 risks, in make activities there are 5 risks, in delievery activities there are 3 risks, and in return activities there is 1 risk.
