The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

This study aims to: (1) analyze the cultural influence of employee organization, in the form of integrity, professional, innovation, responsibility, and conscientiousness 2) analyze the influence of employee's work leadership style, in the form of spiritual leadership, autocratic style, laissez-fair style, and transformational style (3) analyze the influence of employee work motivation, the need for flexibility, the need to excel, the need for affiliation, and reward (4) analyze the influence of employee development, namely: benchmarking, learning tasks, intelegent quotient, and emotional quotient (5) analyzing leadership style influence on human resource development (6) analyzing the influence of motivation (7) analyzing organizational culture through human resource development (8) analyzing leadership style through human resource development affect employee performance. (9) analyzing motivation through the development of human resources affects the performance of employees (10) analyzing the development of human resources affects the performance of employees The object of this research is employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sulawesi which is divided into 24 Offices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of The City Regency and 1 Regional Office. The sample of this study was 386 out of a population of 10,293 employees. The research sample was obtained by random sampling cluster technique after which the population was proportionate using proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed with the Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed: (1) Organizational Culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects employee performance (3) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (4) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (5) Leadership style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development (6) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development. (7) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Development (8) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development (9) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance through Human Resource Development. Human resources is one important factor for the progress of a company, one of the aspects that affect the achievement of human resources that have high performance is the motivation of work. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. The author uses the method of observation, questionnaires, study documentation. The author distributed questionnaires to 56 respondents by using Likert scale. Data analysis technique using correlation coefficient, determination, regression equation, then writer process the data by using SPSS version 22. Based on calculation of correlation coefficient obtained equal to 0,750 which mean, there is strong relation between work motivation to employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. From result of calculation of coefficient of determination obtained result of equal to 0,563 or 56% and the rest 44% influenced by other factors like compensation, promotion, training, and seen from regression equation formed Y = 14,774 + 0,650X this indicate that without work motivation employee performance of 14,774 units and if the motivation to work increased 1 unit it will increase the employee performance of 0.650 units.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the Human Resources Development Agency. This type of research is quantitative, with a total population of 468 employees, the determination of the number of samples do use the Slovin formula with the results of the sample calculation of 99.78 or 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style dimension does not significantly influence Employee Performance, Organizational Culture, and Motivation has a positive and significant influence. The Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Motivation simultaneously have positive and significant impacts on Employee Performance. Based on these results, it can suggest that the organization can recommend and compile transformational leadership training modules both at the official and staff level. Besides, it is necessary to increase the capacity of employees in each Work Unit in the form of FGDs related to transformational leadership. This study is limited to one Human Resources Development Agency. For further studies, it would be better if this research conduct for several Organizational Units in a Ministry / Institution.

A government agency is an organization that is a group of people specially selected to carry out state duties as a form of service to the masses. This research aims to determine how much influence organizational culture, work motivation, and leadership style have on employee performance as a dependent variable of the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Sumatera Utara Province. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to all employees at BPSDM Sumatera Utara Province, amounting to 85 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. Based on the calculation results obtained, the organizational culture, motivation, and leadership style partially and simultaneously influence employee performance. Organizational culture variables, work motivation and leadership style together contribute to employee performance 42%, and 58% other factors that contribute to employee performance. The leadership style variable is the variable with the strongest influence on performance with a coefficient value of 0.255. Remuneration policy for employees of the Directorate General of Taxation is based on the idea of the need for organizations to pay attention to the interests of its employees who have a wide range of needs. Changes made to the Directorate General of Taxation has given satisfactory results of the shareholders. However, the bureaucratic reform journey tarnished the behavior of some unscrupulous employees DGT suspected of committing criminal offenses still be receiving gratification and misuse of authority. It shows that the remuneration policy has not been able to change the nature of the tax officials and necessary need to be assessed on matters that may significantly affect the performance of employees. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of compensation and organizational culture, and its impact toward work motivation and employee’s performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pontianak. Compensation and organizational culture are independent variables, performance of employee as dependent variable, with motivation as an intervening variable. The sample for this research is all employees at this organization (102 persons). The software that used to analyze the data is statistical software SPSS 17. The researcher has used normality test, linearity test, heteroskedasticity test, and path analysis. As the results, the coefficient rate of direct influence of organizational culture toward employee performance is bigger than indirect influence of organizational culture toward employee performance through work motivation. So as to improve employee performance is more effectively through increasing the organizational culture.

This study aims to determine: the direct influence of work discipline organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Branch Pangkalan Brandan, totaling 76 employees. The data collection techniques of this study were questionnaires and observations. While the data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression F test t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of testing the coefficient of determination or R2 obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.445, meaning that the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Work Motivation are able to explain how the Employee Performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Branch Pangkalan Brandan amounted to 44.5%. While the remaining 55.5% by other factors not examined in this study such as leadership style, job satisfaction, work environment, personal abilities, work climate and other socio-economic factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

Supervisor: Try Suris Lestari, S.Kom.,MM.        The problem in this research is placement data and promotion position at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang is not in accordance with the standards set by Nasional Gramedia in KPI rules (key performance indicator), KPI/STD/GAM/02/2011 for 2012-2016. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang in 2012-2016? Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneouslly on the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang.        The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained by way of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. Data were analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression technique which was processed with SPSS program version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows the influence of job placement and promotion on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination ( ) equal to 86,1% and the rest 13,9% influenced by other factors like work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee and other employee loyalty.        Based on the results of data analysis suggested to the management of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang for the placement process is expected to pay attention to the elements of education level, working knowledge, work skilss, and work experience, as well as in the promotion phase of office to pay attention to the rules for its assesment given objectively and effectively through carring, credible, competen, competetive and customer delight. So it will be very useful to improve employee work performance. Furthermore, to other researchers are expected to conduct further research to determine the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang such as work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee work loyalty that can support the results of this study.
