Calibration for torque measurement devices has become a great demand in many industrial areas. The most important in a calibration process is decreasing its uncertainty. This paper presents in building formula to evaluate the measurement uncertainty for torque standard machine using air rotary bearing which is experimented at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The uncertainty of the device is composed of the uncertainty of the component elements such as arm length, load, friction torque, axial tilt, vibration load...etc. Based on them the formula is built to estimate the measurement uncertainty of torque standard machine, find out factors that affect most to the measurement uncertainty value, therefore it can benefit the further researches to improve the accuracy of the torque standard machine.

We have studied and analyzed status and metrological supervision of blood glucose monitors, individual devices for a person’s blood glucose level measurement. It has been indicated that nowadays blood glucose monitors like other individual devices for medical measurement are not allowed to be involved in telemedicine public service. This accounts for absence of metrological supervision with these measurement devices in telemedicine. In addition, the key problem is absence of safe methods and means of remote verificaition, calibration and transmission of measurement data to health care centers. The article offers a remote test method for blood glucose monitors using a number of resistors with values correlating with measured blood glucose level. The available method has been successfully trialed in real practice.

The article presents the results of studies to improve the National primary standard machine for hardness of metals on the shore D scale GET 161-2001, which were performed in FSUE “VNIIFTRI” from 2016 to 2018 in accordance with the technical task of Rosstandart. The improvement was carried out in order to ensure the uniformity of hardness measurements on the Leeb scales. The created new parts of the primary standard machine, which are settings for reproducing hardness numbers on the Leeb scales, are considered. Metrological characteristics of the upgraded and adopted National primary standard machine (GET 161-2019) were investigated, the budget of measurement uncertainty was calculated for reproducing hardness numbers on the Leeb scales.

The quantification of material appearance is important in product design. In particular, the sparkle impression of metallic paint used mainly for automobiles varies with the observation angle. Although several evaluation methods and multi-angle measurement devices have been proposed for the impression, it is necessary to add more light sources or cameras to the devices to increase the number of evaluation angles. The present study constructed a device that evaluates the multi-angle sparkle impression in one shot and developed a method for quantifying the impression. The device comprises a line spectral camera, light source, and motorized rotation stage. The quantification method is based on spatial frequency characteristics. It was confirmed that the evaluation value obtained from the image recorded by the constructed device correlates closely with a subjective score. Furthermore, the evaluation value is significantly correlated with that obtained using a commercially available evaluation device.

Currently, medical technologies based on natural factors are widely used in practical health care, including the effect of the medicinal properties of the mineral silvinite (natural potassium salts of the Verkhnekamsk Deposit) on the patient’s body. However, there is no regulatory framework for sanitary control of such devices. The aim of the study was to develop methodological approaches to the hygienic assessment of silvinite complexes. The analysis of the current regulations used in carrying out hygienic supervision and preventive measures in the salt structures that are part of the silvinite complexes is carried out. Based on long-term hygienic studies of silvinite structures by the salt treatment Center of Perm medical University. academician E. A. Wagner together with LLC NPK «Medical climate» (Tchaikovsky) developed and implemented sanitary and hygienic requirements for the created salt complexes. It is a complex of structural divisions, including the place of stay and treatment of patients, as well as the salt device. All units must meet the requirements of current sanitary rules and regulations. It is necessary to conduct a thorough survey of the location of the future salt complex. Optimal conditions of the internal environment in silvinite structures are determined by a special air preparation system consisting of air conditioning and cleaning of the external air using a filter-saturator. The special hygienic requirements of the sylvinite furniture in the room, the decoration of walls, ceilings and floors. The room must be equipped with radio equipment and a video camera for monitoring patients. Full expanded hygienic control of the parameters of the medical environment of silvinite premises should be carried out at least once a year according to the following indicators: microclimate parameters, content of multicomponent fine salt aerosol, aeroionic composition of the air environment, radiation background, microbial contamination of the internal environment, noise and light levels. Thus, increasing the use of salt therapy requires further research to improve the sanitary and hygienic control of silvinite complexes.
