Banker's algorithm is an algorithm that models a bank in a small town dealing with a set of customers. This banker algorithm is used to deal with queuing problems in banking. In this case, one of them is how to simulate queues in banking. In this study, the design and manufacture of simulation software is used to help simulate whether a system is in a safe state or an unsafe state, in a safe condition the process is continued but if the process is unsafe the process is delayed until the system is in a safe state. The result of this research is a banker algorithm simulation software that models a banker who is dealing with a group of customers in a bank.

This paper is mainly about the process of design and realization of electrical training software based on the virtual reality technology. Some modern computer technique are used in this paper, such as, interface design technology, animation design and manufacture technology, 3D modeling and rendering technology, virtual reality technology, network technology, database technology and the Man-machine interface sensor and communication technology. The electrical technique skill education in occupation post analysis, training project and key information extraction, the analysis of the teaching object have been realized. The overall structure of the system design, media design, copy and script writing have been accomplished. The virtual reality simulation software for technique training introduced in this paper has the characteristics of strong professionalism, situations, procedural, interactivity and intelligence. It is more realistic, more manufacturability and more interactivity than the traditional simulation teaching software. Therefore, it can achieve better teaching training effects. Furthermore it has common hardware training equipment incomparable advantages.

Protection relays design and manufacture have arrived to a new level of advancement; hence, numerical relays have appeared recently. They combine all the functions of monitoring, control, and protection in one device. Also these relays have the ability to communicate with each other to share statuses and orders using GOOSE (generic object‐oriented substation events) messages based on communication protocols such as IEC61850. In this paper, a proposed method for overcurrent (OC) relay coordination has been introduced based on numerical relay features of several setting groups and communication capability. This work supposes that the coordination between feeder, bus section, and incomer protection relays, in a substation of single busbar configuration with bus sectionalizer (i.e., bus section), depends on the status of the bus section circuit breaker (CB) as a criterion for determining active relay setting group, to achieve a faster tripping action. ETAP has been used as a simulation software environment. And the simulation results show the advantages of the proposed method in reducing the time needed by the relay to clear the electrical fault. Siemens SIPROTEC series have been used as an example of numerical relays, specifically 7SJ64 as OC relay, which exists in the ETAP library.

Key parts of pump produces belong to the thin-walled parts.And cutting parameters have a direct influence on the processing accuracy of impeller. To solve this problem, it is necessary to found the simulation model of tool and workpiece based on advanced metal cutting simulation software named Advant Edge FEM. And stress load should be loaded, using single factor analysis method to study the law of influence and its causes of the milling cutting parameters on pump thin-walled parts cutting force. And the gotten results can provide reference for the design and manufacture of pump thin-walled parts.

Pattern cutting, sizing and fit are major issues for the clothing brands. All fashion companies are interested on how the product will fit their target customers and this involves making samples that eventually will not look or fit as per the desired design. 3D technology solutions are truly the best to deal with the existing needs of clothing manufacturers in order to diminish the costs and time of the sampling process, to improve the quality and reduce the rejects. In this study, the authors used automation techniques like computer pattern design, computer aided fabric production and 3D Simulation software. Two different fabrics (woven and knitted) were designed and produced. Then their material properties which have to be known by the 3D simulation were determined by official and in-house standards. Finally, 3D visualizations of dresses were created by using pattern and material data of the fabrics. By this study we were able to explain the product development route, from fabric design to garment prototype by using computers, for the companies willing to benefit from the advantages of computer aided design and manufacture.

Agricultural tractors are one of the key means r to implement the agricultural mechanization process in Vietnam. Choosing the right type of tractor and the range of traction to ensure suitability for the tractor working on Vietnamese fields are very important. Base on using Unigraphics NXCAD and SIM CENTER simulation software provided by Siemens AG, we analyzed and selected the configuration of the power transmission system (PTS) of the Thaco tractor including gearbox assemblies, drive axle, other clusters, and then calculated the appropriate gear ratios of the PTS. Besides, we have also designed, calculated, and simulated to optimize the specifications and structures of the PTS of the tractor in order to find out a set of specifications that is suitable for the working ability of the Thaco tractor on specific fields of Vietnam. The results show the selection of the PTS for the Thaco tractor is suitable for the working conditions in the Vietnam’s fields. The designing PTS has the structure that is consistent with domestic manufacturing technology. This PTS is going to be deployed into production under the project of science and technology "Research, Design and Manufacture 4-Wheel Tractor with Vietnamese Brand" of Truong Hai Auto Corporation.
