Learning is a systematic system consisting of various interconnected components. These components are: objectives, materials, methods and evaluation. These four components must be considered in determining learning models that will be used in learning activities. Learning models are arranged based on educational principles, psychological theories, sociology, systems analysis and other theories. Learning models can be selected, meaning that teachers can determine the learning model that will be applied in the learning process in accordance with the situation and conditions of the school environment to achieve learning objectives. Teachers are currently required to develop according to their function, fostering guiding and producing students to achieve educational goals. Curriculum development, administration and equipment facilities must be balanced with the quality of teachers in carrying out the educational process. Because in the whole process of teacher education is a major factor. So it is necessary to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers in carrying out the learning process, especially learning Islamic Religious Education where it can be through mastery of learning models, so that the learning process can develop and not be monotonous.

Abstrack- Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Professional teaching is a profession that is very important in the life of a nation, this is not because the educational position is very important in the context of national life. Educators are the dominant element in an educational process, so that the quality of education is largely determined by the quality of educators in carrying out their roles and duties in societ. Therefore the development of the teaching profession will have a major impact on improving the quality of education that is still lagging behind, as well as giving the right direction for students to play a role in the community to participate with the community in building the nation.

Educational institutions in which there is an educational process, have a function not only in the aspect of developing science, but also have a mission to improve the quality of personality through good character. In this position, the teacher has a role in instilling inclusive values (tasamuh) in the learning process that can be applied in everyday life as well as the process in developing the potential of their students. Each educational institution or each teacher will have different tasamuh values in each habituation or teaching. Get used to communicating with others using the language of unity, namely Indonesian, helping each other, not blaming others, especially fellow Muslims, especially other religions, and respecting different principles and respecting others. This study focuses on the views of Islamic Education teachers about the concept of tasamuh and the actualization of the tasamuh attitude of Islamic Education teachers in the learning process at SMK NU Lamongan, MTs Putra Putri Lamongan, SD NU Banat-Banin Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This study shows that teachers play a role in developing tolerant attitudes to students in the school environment, social groups and even the community, through habituation and learning Islamic Education. The teacher's perspective on inclusive attitudes also plays a role in shaping the personality of students to be more open and respect all differences.

In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. Education is a maturing process of learning a very complex learners systematically through a curriculum that is applied in the educational unit that is useful to explore the potential of students from various facets of the life of society, nation and state. To realize these goals much needed discipline and sense of responsibility in the learning process. Consistency discipline and sense of responsibility in the learning process, then the required method or preventive measures, one such method is the provision of a penalty or punishment in educational units aimed accompany the learning process in order to achieve educational goals that had been expected. We need to know the substance rather than reward and punishment will not be separated in the educational process as well as the essence of good and bad are both always go hand in hand at the wheel of life. Therefore, punishment in the educational process must be in accordance with Islamic education that directs learners to always berakhlaqul karimah able to distinguish between good and bad behavior in daily life both in the school environment and society in general.
