Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini, dapat memberikan alternatif perangkat lunak yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma C5.0.Kata kunci: perangkat lunak, klasifikasi, algoritma c5.0, usability AbstractSoftware is a tool that makes it easy for users to process data quickly and precisely. Decision makers need an alternative software that can be used at any time with the C5.0 algorithm data classification technique according to the desired criteria. However, the existing software generally consists of a number of techniques and cannot be used online. As one of the popular classification algorithms in data mining science, C5.0 can provide better results. This study aims to build software that can classify data using the web-based C5.0 algorithm. Software can be used by anyone, especially decision makers. This research is also complemented by testing Usability software before used. The test results showed that the software built can be accepted with a Usability value of 76.892% and is in the Good predicate. It is hoped that through this research, it can provide alternative software that is able to solve classification problems using the C5.0 algorithm. Keywords: software, classification, c5.0 algorithm, usability

BackgroundVaccine uptake data is automatically extracted from all GP practices in England via the web-based reporting system, ImmForm, on behalf of Public Health England. In 2016/17, an Uptake Summary Tool was introduced on ImmForm for practice managers, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and screening and immunisation teams (SCRIMMS) to help facilitate local and regional management of the influenza programme. The tool allows practices to view and evaluate influenza uptake rates by target cohorts, comparing them against the previous season and CCG average/overall national uptake each week.AimTo assess how many practices use the Uptake Summary Tool and whether there is a difference in vaccine uptake among practices that use the tool compared with those that don’t during the 2016/17 and 2017/18 influenza seasons.MethodPractice level use of the Uptake Summary Tool was examined for the 2016/17 influenza season and vaccine uptake compared between practices that used the tool and those that did not.ResultsAn average of 1272 practices used the tool each week during the 2016/17. Vaccine uptake was on average 2.9% greater for targeted cohorts in practices that used the tool than practices that did not during the 2016/17 season.ConclusionWhen used on a regular basis the Uptake Summary Tool can help GP practices, CCGs and SCRIMMS monitor vaccine and may be associated with increased vaccine uptake. Uptake for the 2017/18 season will be monitored and assessed throughout the current season. We aim to expand the tool to other vaccine collections in the near future.

Quality function deployment (QFD) is an essential tool in implementing total quality management (TQM). This study applies a Web-QFD approach using group decision-making analysis in the Web environment to reduce the complicated data collection, aggregation and analysis processes. A Web-based questionnaire is designed by using an active service pages (ASP) involving the Internet relay chat (IRC) technique and the Delphi method with Internet (E-Delphi) to determine the importance degree of the customers' requirements. However, the traditional Delphi method is time-consuming mission. This study applies the proposed Web-QFD approach to efficiently gather the individual opinions of each team member, the requirements that are critical for customers, and then enables decision makers to accurately assess the priorities of these requirements. An empirical example of an education system in Taiwan is employed to demonstrate the practicability of the proposed Web-QFD model. This real world example involves team members communicating easily and quickly with other experts in the team through the Internet to accelerate the reaching of a consensus among multiple decision makers regardless of where their location. Customers' requirements can be rapidly prioritized based on the assessment results.

Lightning is a natural phenomenon and presents severe risks to people and animals, as well as affects several segments of the productive sector. A web-based lightning monitoring system has been developed to integrate different lightning detection systems, as well as to generate spatial and tabular data and products, capable of assisting specialists and decision makers. The system also allows combining lightning data with satellite images, increasing the capacity of analysis in near real time. This tool proved to be stable and efficient, with an intuitive interface that facilitates interaction with users.
