The Effect of Perceived Value on Customer Retention with Trust as Mediation Variable in Company X

This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived value on trust, the purposes are to know the effect of perceived value on customer retention, to know the effect of trust on customer retention, to know the role of trust as mediator in the relationship between perceived value on customer retention in Company X family business which moved as distributor basic needs. Research data collection was distributed to 68 respondents of Company X B2B customer who regularly purchase on 2020. Analysis method for this research used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) with smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of the analysis in this study are perceived value have a positive relationship and significant effect on trust; perceived value doesn’t have significant effect on customer retention in Company X; trust has a positive and significant effect on customer retention in Company X; Trust fully mediates perceived value to customer retention in Company X. Managerial implications based on the results are creating more services and educate customer about service offer compared with competitors, improving service with implementing computerize system to decrease error, employee training, and proposing program such as cash discount or bonus product to maintain customer retention.

Diagnosis Specialist System for managing Palm Oil Plantation Problems

The project that was developed is a computerize system that will be ableto diagnose problems happened to palm oil tree. Generally, there is twomain problem that always happened to palm oil tree; disease and pest.This system developed to store the knowledge in the related field into aknowledge base to help the newcomer in this field to make a decision tosettle the problem faced. To solve this problem, data driven searchtechnique applied to search for the symptom stored in the knowledgebase. The system developed using expert system concept. Based on thisconcept, a knowledge base was built to store all the knowledge compiled.Inference engine used to search the knowledge in the knowledge base.The knowledge based was stored in MySQL database and the inferenceengine was developed using PHP language.

Aplikasi Mobile Driver Online Berbasis Android Untuk Perusahaan Rental Kendaraan

PT.XYZ is one of many companies which engaged in rental cars and driver services provider. They are still using un computerize system when doing the business, so this system makes some problems, such as low processing of data that has not been controlled due to the frequent occurrence of recording errors, errors in the calculation of transaction and the slowness in making the report. The purpose of this research is to know the running system in the company, designing, and implementing the new development system of online driver mobile applications based on android in PT.XYZ. The purpose of this research intends to add insight and knowledge as well as implementing the theory into the company. The development of this system is expected could helping the administrator staff to do the tasks and making the report easier than before. Index Terms— Android, Driver Online, Rental Kendaraan.

An established company usually uses Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method to provide an effective management system of material requirement to minimize inventory cost.</em><em> </em><em>This research found out that, PT Unison Jaya needs to use Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method to minimize the inventory cost.
