In this study, an attempt has been made to evaluate the theoretical performance and evaluation of a hybrid PV/thermal (PV/T) collector based on dual heat extraction operation a function of climatic and design parameters. On the first hand, the different configurations of hybrid collectors are considered for the present study which are defined as unglazed PV/T air heaters, with and without tedlar, PVT hybrid water collector, in the second hand two configurations with dual extraction operation (water and air as heat removal fluid) are presented which are defined as dual PV/T model with tedlar, dual hybrid PV/T without tedlar. Analytical expressions for the temperatures of solar cells, back surface of the module, outlet air, and outlet water of those configurations have been derived. Numerical computations have been carried out for composite climate and the results for different configurations have been compared. Our results clearly show the direct impact of various parameters, in particular the solar radiation, ambient temperature, mass flow rate on the variation of outlet and solar cell of the collector.

Relevance. Inflammation of the socket of the removed tooth is one of the most frequent complications (from 3 to 40%) of the tooth extraction operation. The lack of consensus on the causes of alveolitis and the lack of an established key role of one of the many diverse factors in the pathogenesis of its development make it difficult to carry out effective preventive measures to prevent its development. Objective: To use the literature data to summarize and systematize a variety of views on the etiology, pathogenesis, methods of prevention, and treatment of alveolitis. Materials and methods. The available literary scientific sources are analyzed where modern views on the problems of treating alveolitis are examined. Modern approaches to understanding the etiology, pathogenesis, prevention, and treatment of alveolitis are generalized and systematized. Results.  Most authors, analyzing the main causes and accompanying factors of alveolitis, suggest for its prevention: reduce the traumatic nature of the operation, observe aseptic and correct appointments in the postoperative period, and optimize the healing processes of the well using locally diverse medications. Conclusion. The prevention of inflammatory complications after the tooth extraction operation is mainly based on the desire to ensure the formation in the tooth socket of a stable blood clot, which should ensure normal regeneration of damaged tissues.

A new method is proposed to realize the blind separation of speech signals under underdetermined conditions. Before estimating the mixed parameters, the single-source interval pre-extraction operation first "filters" out a part which is obviously not a single source. The time-frequency interval of the source analysis domain category. The simulation results show the good performance of the algorithm.

Reducing the trauma of the operation of dental extraction and preservation of the intact bone tissue of the alveolar process of the jaw after surgery to allow subsequent dental implantation. Dental extraction operations were carried out in 60 patients for two months in the surgical department of the dental medical center of Bogomolets national medical university. 25 of patients have their teeth removed using traditional instruments – elevators and forceps, 35 patients have tooth extraction using only the «Directa» Luxator or in combination with traditional instruments. Local complications during the dental extraction by an elevator: a fracture of the tooth crown, rupture of the mucous membrane of the alveolar process, a fracture of the wall of the hole occurred in 30% of cases. The results of study indicate that by using luxator to remove teeth, the listed local complications were not observed. In cases of fracture of the crown of the root of the tooth, using luxator, it was possible to avoid traumatic atypical extraction of the fractured root. Reducing the time of surgical intervention using «Directa» Luxator compared to the use of an elevator and forceps allowed us to minimize postoperative inflammatory complications. The advantages of using luxator are: shorter time of a dental extraction operation, less traumatic damage to the periodontal and tooth cavity walls, no complications during the operation and after its completion, creating favorable conditions for carrying out a single-stage implant after dental extraction.

Blockchain technology is increasingly used worldwide to enhance the performance and profit of any environment through its defining characteristics, such as security, auditability, immutability, and inconspicuousness. Owing to these characteristics, the blockchain can be used in various non-financial operations of some domains, such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and distributed computing. However, implementing blockchain technology in IoT is not always a feasible solution because blockchain deployment is costly, it has limited extensibility and provides irregular bandwidth and latency. In this regard, a simple size extensible (SSE) blockchain has been proposed to provide an optimal solution for IoT environments by satisfying the needs of the IoT environment as well as ensuring end-to-end security. The implementation of the proposed blockchain develops an overlay network to obtain a distributed environment where the blockchain is handled by the resources present therein. Two novel algorithms were introduced into the proposed system to minimize the irregularity and latency on one hand, and to maximize the throughput of the system on the other. The shared-time depending agreement algorithm (STD) minimizes the irregularity in the extraction operation and latency. The other, the shared throughput administration algorithm (STA) justifies the overall collection of the transmission load in the network and maintains the performance of the blockchain. The proposed system was applied to smart home IoT appliances to test the performance of the proposed system. The experimental results show that the proposed blockchain system minimizes nearly 70% of the data irregularity, latency, and furthermore, 30% of the blockchain extensibility is maximized as compared to the existing systems.

Numerous diseases can be diagnosed based on the number of cells for each class of White Blood cells (WBCs) in the blood, therefore extracting information about that is considered very important for hematologists. the types of WBCs are Neutrophil, Eosinophil, Basophil, Monocyte and Lymphocyte; Each one of these classes is different from the other in the size and the shape of nucleus. This paper aimed to present automatic medical diagnostic system has the ability to segment the WBC from other components in microscopic blood images (95.65% accuracy rate of segmentation process) and then identify each type of WBCs using Principle Component Analyses (PCA) which is used for feature extraction operation then these extracted features are applied to the Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) to classify the extracted features to the five classes of WBCs (94% accuracy rate of identification process). This system is implemented under the MATLAB® (version R2012b) platform.
