Various processes are carried out in the Soil and Fertilizer Department of the Ministry of Agriculture at Granma's province in Cuba, including information management for investment approval. It becomes difficult due to the fact that it is carried out manually and through printed models, leading to insufficiencies in the personnel in charge of recording the information, difficulty in preserving relevant information and delay in the response process. In response to these needs, in this investigation, an informatics system is developed that will enrich the management of the information for the approval of investments of Soils and Fertilizers in Granma. For the development of the system was utilized as methodology of development of software Extreme Programming (XP). PHP 7.3.3 and SQL as server-side, client-side programming languages HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and JQuery 1.2.2. APACHE 2.4.38 web application server, MySQL 5.0.12 as Database manager, CodeIgniter 3.1.10 as Framework and DBDesigner 4 as an aid to database modeling. As a result of investigation, a system validated by means of proofs of software was obtained, which vouch for his correct functioning.

Sistem informasi Organisasi Mahasiswa (Ormawa) Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas Surabaya yang menggunakan google drive sudah tidak efektif dan tidak efisien dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Kondisi pandemi juga tidak memungkinkan Ormawa untuk menggunakan sistem berbasis cloud sehingga diperlukan sistem yang bersifat online dan terintegrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi Ormawa berbasis web dengan jaringan online dengan nama Ormawasite. Fokus pengembangannya adalah pada pengelolaan sejumlah dokumen aktivitas dan keuangan ormawa. Metode pengembangan Ormawasite menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Tahapan-tahapan pada model waterfall meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui kelompok diskusi fokus, rancangan sistem, coding,  implementasi  sekaligus uji coba sistem dengan metode black box dan evaluasi penggunaan Ormawasite menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML 5, PHP 7.0.18, dan terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Mahasiswa (Simas) serta bagian kemahasiswaan. Ormawasite telah membantu pelaksanaan program kerja Ormawa dan pengelolaan keuangan. Pengelolaan aktivitas dan keuangan yang sebelumnya selama tujuh hari menjadi satu hari dan aksesnya lebih fleksibel, dengan demikian penggunaan Ormawasite menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien

Nowadays, the internet is becoming more user-centric, allowing for two-way information exchange. The term of Web 2.0 means internet applications which allow sharing and collaboration opportunities to people and help them to express themselves online. e-Learning is a term used in education to describe web 2.0 technologies and applications into educational and institutional activity. In the meantime, providing complete strategy to provide an effective learning environment that includes various courses, software, and infrastructures. Meanwhile, e-Learning is a popular method of imparting training in today's world. However, a large percentage of e-learning content fails to fulfil successful teaching and learning standards, emphasizing the need for guidelines on how to structure online resources for effective learning. Therefore, this paper has reviewed tools such a Gamification, Learning Management System (LMS), HTML-5 package (H5P) that will support e-learning to develop effective learning.

Game is an application that infers human behavior into software, and players who play the game feel they are entering the game world. Games can be used as a medium for information and education. The current rise of Covid-19 requires every individual to implement health protocols in their daily life. This term is called new normal. New normal is a change in behavior to continue carrying out normal activities but with the addition of implementing health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission. Unfortunately, in everyday life, the application of the new normal is less effective so that in one area, new cases have emerged and the PSBB must be re-applied. The new normal themed educational game can be a fun information medium for the community, with the New Normal After Pandemic educational game, it is hoped that it can educate the public in implementing health protocol rules. This game was created using Construct 2 software because it is based on HTML 5 which is specifically for 2D platforms. 2D designs are created using Corel Draw X7, Easy Paint Tools SAI and Adobe Photoshop. The final result of this study is a game application that applies the FSM (Finite State Machine) control system design method in each level rule and uses the Agile Scrum system development method with a process of 2x sprint iterations

A utilização das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação - TICs em cursos nas modalidades presencial e a distância é recorrente. Com estes recursos, é possível a elaboração de um material didático mais atrativo; com um design instrucional/educacional bem estruturado, faz com que o conteúdo proposto tenha um melhor aproveitamento na aprendizagem. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar o H5P (HTML 5 Package), um plugin que pode ser utilizado no Moodle, Word Press e Drupal, sendo ele totalmente gratuito. Com essa ferramenta, você pode criar materiais com conteúdos mais elaborados, interativos e gamificar suas atividades. O texto tem por base a literatura que aborda questões de gamificação, apresentada por Mattar; Design instrucional, abordada por Filatro e a aprendizagem significativa de Ausubel. Num primeiro momento, é apresentado o H5P; na sequência, as possibilidades de apresentação de conteúdo e atividades a partir deste recurso com os métodos mais adequados segundo o Design instrucional; e por fim, aponta as aplicações desta ferramenta para o ensino de História. O material elaborado e as atividades foram inseridos em um curso de Licenciatura em História de uma Universidade pública. Os resultados são parciais, entretanto obtivemos o feedback positivo dos acadêmicos num primeiro semestre de aplicação, onde os relatos apontam um melhor aprendizado da aplicação de atividades em diferentes formatos.Palavras-chave: REAS. VISIC Surabaya merupakan klinik fisioterapis yang berfokus menangani pasien cedera pasca olahraga. Di era persaingan bisnis yang mengandalkan perkembangan teknologi, saat ini VISIC memiliki kendala dalam menyediakan pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat, dimana pelayanan masih menggunakan sistem manual yakni dengan dicatat dalam buku tulis. Oleh karena itu untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi untuk membantu baik pendaftaran, pencatatan hingga pelaporan seluruh transaksi yang ada di VISIC Surabaya. Aplikasi klinik VISIC Surabaya merupakan suatu aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan framework Codeigniter yang ditujukan untuk membantu pasien sehingga dapat melakukan pendaftaran secara online, melihat history pemeriksaan, dan mengubah jadwal kedatangan. Untuk fisioterapis, aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan jadwal praktek ke pasien, pencatatan rekam medis, dan kemudahan dalam pencatatan pemeriksaan pasien dengan gambar menggunakan HTML 5 Canvas. Sedangkan untuk petugas, aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pencatatan barang, melihat kedatangan pasien, melakukan check in kedatangan, mencetak invoice hingga pelaporan. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat berjalan dengan baik pada browser umum seperti Chrome, Mozilla, dan lain lain. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian melalui kuesioner didapatkan hasil 80% aplikasi VISIC mampu menangani masalah dan memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dengan memberikan fitur reservasi online serta 73,3% menghasilkan informasi yang akurat dalam hal titik terapi yang dilakukan oleh fisioterapis.

Las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) son las que desarrollan tecnología e innovación según el Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI). Es el caso de la Universidad tecnológica del Valle del Mezquital que el desarrollo de software se realiza cada cuatro meses, empleándolo para la mejora de procesos, mercados, servicios y en de las organizaciones, el siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar la herramienta tecnológica web que se desarrolló para agilizar la creación software, en las instituciones de educación superior, el desarrollo incluye metodologías existentes en el mercado como: SCRUM. CMMI, PMBOK, MOPROSOFT, las cuales se enfocan al desarrollo de software para la industria, pero no consideran el desarrollo de software en la instituciones de educación, El muestreo fue de 103 estudiantes de la carrera de Tecnologías de Información de la universidad tecnológica del valle del mezquital entre las edades de 18 a 20 años que desarrollan software, para analizar las necesidades del desarrolladores de software, teniendo el siguientes resultados importante el 90% de los alumnos encuestados consideran necesario contar con una herramienta tecnológica web que facilite el desarrollo de software. El trabajo se concluye con la creación de una plataforma web desarrollada con HTML 5 PHP en el hosting eshost que aloja 10 GB de espacio y 100 GB de transferencia mensual y un manejador de base de datos en MySQL para uso de los docentes y alumnos, contiene las fases de desarrollo de software, incluye plantillas diseñadas de metodología de desarrollo de proyectos de software de la Universidad Tecnológica del Valle del Mezquital. The Higher Education Institutions (HEI) are developing technology and innovation as the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) is the case of the Technological University of Valle del Mezquital that develops software every four months to process improvement, markets, services and organizations, the following work aims to show the web technological tool that was developed to speed the creation software, including methodologies such as SCRUM. Interactive digital book was produced on the topics importance of statistics and presentation of information, for the statistical subjects taught at the Faculty of Higher Studies Cuautitlán, the book was made with an interactive approach, that is, in most chapters there are HTML5 objects that students can access by connecting to the Internet from any mobile device or PC. The themes of this interactive book were statistics, variables and measurement levels, pie graph, bar graph, histogram, dot graph, stem and leaf graph, line graph and form. The interactive digital book contemplates that each chapter indicates prerequisites, learning objectives, written development of the topic in the form of questions and answers, videos with explanation, interactive exercises, widget (html 5, interactive galleries, interactive images, etc.) review questions, internet activities and resources.The interactive digital book will offer students a full-screen experience with galleries, videos, interactive diagrams, mathematical expressions and more, these books bring content to life in ways that a printed page cannot. Students will no longer be limited to static images illustrating traditional texts, but can now immerse themselves in an image with interactive captions, bringing an answer to life in a chapter review.They can flip through a book by simply sliding a finger on the screen. They can also highlight text, take notes, search for content, and find definitions in a glossary very easily. Plus, they can take them wherever they go, allowing students to learn not only within the classroom walls, but also in the virtual space that these books make up.
