The Schoolwide Enrichment Model is widely implemented as a both an enrichment program used with academically gifted and talented students and as a magnet theme/enrichment approach for all students. The theme of the SEM is to develop the strengths and talents of all students. The SEM provides enriched learning experiences and higher learning standards for all children through three goals: developing talents in all children, providing a broad range of advanced-level enrichment experiences for all students, and providing advanced follow-up opportunities for young people based on their strengths and interests. The SEM focuses on enrichment for all students through high levels of engagement and the use of enjoyable and challenging learning experiences that are constructed around students' interests, and preferred modes of expression.

Educators are the major players in the teaching process to enhance the accomplishment of student learning results. Biology subject, mainly the concept of Human Reproductive System, necessitates media relevant to learning objectives, student conditions, and technology development. Hopefully, learning media can assist the learning process by being packaged attractively to reach learning standards. In this case, the selected form of learning media is E-Booklet. This study aims to describe the feasibility of E-Booklet Learning Media in Concept Human Reproductive Systems. The research technique involves the step-by-step study and development utilizing a 4D model: 1) define, 2) design, 3) develop, and 4) disseminate. The feasibility of the E-Booklet has indicated the results of testing by 3 (three) experts using a feasibility instrument. The Human Reproductive System E-Booklet test shows that the results are very feasible (4.49) utilized as a biology learning medium. The dissemination of E-booklets is done online through posters that contain links and barcodes of E-booklets that can be accessed via the internet.

Abstract Some meaningful changes in science learning standards are listed in A Framework for K-12 Science Education and Next Generation Science Standards: For States, By States under a three-dimensional learning framework. Learning modules must be developed with the framework as the most advanced science learning standards. The research focus was to determine student needs for developing light waves module based on a three-dimensional learning framework. This study involved 147 respondents consisting of 22 teachers with different backgrounds and 125 high school students in the Purwakarta Regency. The instrument used was a 3DLQP questionnaire which included initial knowledge of the three-dimensional learning framework, learning modules in the school, criticism, and suggestions. Data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, national curriculum documents, NGSS complementary documents and then analyzed using triangulation of data sources. Based on the results, the teacher and student responses explain the need for the development of learning modules. This learning module is expected to facilitate the development of coherent and interconnected student knowledge, so that it can be used in various situations of everyday life.

Elementary education can equip future consumers and leaders with the systems thinking skills, real-world experiences, and knowledge to make decisions and lead progress toward sustainability transitions. The implementation of learning standards that focus on sustainability is one approach for integrating sustainability and food systems content into elementary education. The purpose of this study was to administer a survey with elementary-level educators to: (1) identify practices and perceptions of integrating sustainability and food systems concepts into the classroom; and (2) determine if practices and perceptions vary based on the presence of state learning standards focused on sustainability. A total of 171 educators completed the majority of the survey from two northwestern states in the United States: Washington (which has state learning standards focused on sustainability) and Montana (which does not have sustainability learning standards). Findings that 30% or less of the surveyed educators integrate sustainability and food systems content in their classroom highlights the urgent need for reforming elementary school curriculum to integrate sustainability as a central unifying framework to support societal and planetary health. Given the similarities in survey responses between educators in Washington and Montana, findings emphasize that state learning standards focused on sustainability are not adequate on their own to foster teacher adoption of sustainability content. There is thus a need for larger curriculum reformation to integrate sustainability as a framework, development of place-based teacher resources, and open access professional development to ensure that elementary-school students cultivate the systems thinking skills, real world experience, and knowledge that will allow them to develop the competencies to ultimately guide society toward meeting the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

Nowadays, the internet is becoming more user-centric, allowing for two-way information exchange. The term of Web 2.0 means internet applications which allow sharing and collaboration opportunities to people and help them to express themselves online. e-Learning is a term used in education to describe web 2.0 technologies and applications into educational and institutional activity. In the meantime, providing complete strategy to provide an effective learning environment that includes various courses, software, and infrastructures. Meanwhile, e-Learning is a popular method of imparting training in today's world. However, a large percentage of e-learning content fails to fulfil successful teaching and learning standards, emphasizing the need for guidelines on how to structure online resources for effective learning. Therefore, this paper has reviewed tools such a Gamification, Learning Management System (LMS), HTML-5 package (H5P) that will support e-learning to develop effective learning.
