In recent years, with the rise of virtual and sports, people are often injured due to irregular movements during exercise. Based on this, this article takes the basic concept of computer virtual reality as the starting point and analyzes the adoption of computer virtual reality in sports correction. The choice of corrective exercises depends on the daily wrong exercises. If there is an error in any operation, please select the corresponding operation mode for the error operation for corrective training. If there are multiple errors at the same time, we compare and select the error operation that needs to be resolved first and the error operation that needs to be resolved later. In our daily life, the squat action pattern of Tai Chi Half-squat stance ball is closely related to us, and its action pattern can fully reflect the core stability of the subject. In this study, 42 students were selected as the students of a college sports college in Dalian. There are 7 people in each group, divided into 6 groups. The first three groups used exercise correction to assist the traditional teaching method (experimental group). It was found that the performance error rate of the first three groups reached 65%, and the last three groups used the assisted virtual reality teaching method, and the error rate was only 4%. Therefore, we adopted the teaching of virtual reality can reduce the error rate of the movement posture. We trained them for half a year and assessed and scored them once a month. We collect this data and analyze it to reach a conclusion. The experimental results prove that the experimental group has a significant difference before and after the squat test ( P < 0.05 ), and postexperiment there is a remarkable disparity among the experimental group and the comparison group ( P < 0.05 ). Therefore, squatting correction training is effective in improving the wrong squat. It is very effective for problems such as posture movement mode and joint limitation. Therefore, it is a very meaningful thing to explore the exercise correction training based on the virtual reality of computer vision.

The purpose of this research to describe the detective formulas in Japanese anime produced in the period 2014-2016, including Meitantei Konan I Jigen no, Ryuugajou Nanana No Maizoukin, Sniper Psycho-Pass : The Movie ( Gekijou-ban Psycho-Pass ), Ghost In The Shell, Meitantei Konan Junkoku no Naitomea, and Bungou Stray Dogs Season 1. The method used was descriptive qualitative with literary formula approach based on Cawelti. The data analysis technique uses were observing recording and classifying data. The results of this study show that there were 132 data with detective action pattern conventions consisting of six phases and four roles. That are 1) introduction of detectives, 2) crime and guidance, 3) investigation, 4) announcement of solution, 5) solution explanation, 6) end of story. In addition, these four roles are those who are exposed to the threat of 1) victims, 2) criminals, 3) detectives, and 4) crimes, but cannot resolve them. Then, it was found that the ending of the story was an archetypal invention in the anime Ryuugajou Nanana No Maizoukin, while the other five anime had archetypal conventions according to Cawelti's theory.  In addition, in this study, it was found that there is a formula invention that occurs in every detective anime. The form of invention in detective anime is to add a supernatural formula to the storyline. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusion is that the six animes contain the rules and inventions of the formula detective genre. Formula conventions and inventions occur as the audience becomes more interested in the genre. The more popular a particular genre, the more conventions and inventions as a development of formulas and archetypes.

Hands are important parts of a human body. It is not only the main tool for people to engage in productive labor, but also an important communication tool. When the hand moves, the human body produces a kind of signal named surface electromyography (sEMG), which is a kind of electrophysiological signal that accompanies muscle activity. It contains a lot of information about human movement consciousness. The bionic limb is driven by multi-degree-freedom control, which is got by converting the recognition result and this can meet the urgent need of people with disabilities for autonomous operation. A profound study of hand action pattern technology based on sEMG signals can achieve the ability of the bionic limb to distinguish the hand action fast and accurately. From the perspective of the pattern recognition of the bionic limb, this paper discussed the human hand action pattern recognition technology of sEMG. By analyzing and summarizing the current development of human hand movement recognition, the author proposed a bionic limb schema based on artificial neural network and the improved DT-SVM hand action recognition system. According to the research results, it is necessary to expand the type and total amount of hand movements and gesture recognition, in order to adapt to the objective requirements of the diversity of hand action patterns in the application of the bionic limb.

Recently, a novel CS/DS 4-O-endosulfatase was identified from a marine bacterium and its catalytic mechanism was investigated further (Wang, W., et.al (2015) J. Biol. Chem. 290, 7823-7832; Wang, S., et.al (2019) Front. Microbiol. 10:1309). In the study herein, we provide new insight about the structural characteristics of substrate which determine the activity of this enzyme. The substrate specificities of the 4-O-endosulfatase were probed by using libraries of structure-defined CS/DS oligosacccharides issued from synthetic and enzymatic sources. We found that this 4-O-endosulfatase effectively remove the 4-O-sulfate of disaccharide sequences GlcUAβ1-3GalNAc(4S) or GlcUAβ1-3GalNAc(4S,6S) in all tested hexasaccharides. The sulfated GalNac residue is resistant to the enzyme when adjacent uronic residues are sulfated as shown by the lack of enzymatic desulfation of GlcUAβ1-3GalNAc(4S) connected to a disaccharide GlcUA(2S)β1-3GalNAc(6S) in an octasaccharide. The 3-O-sulfation of GlcUA was also shown to hinder the action of this enzyme. The 4-O-endosulfatase exhibited an oriented action from the reducing to the non-reducing whatever the saturation or not of the non-reducing end. Finally, the activity of the 4-O-endosulfatase decreases with the increase of substrate size. With the deeper understanding of this novel 4-O-endosulfatase, such chondroitin sulfate (CS)/dermatan sulfate (DS) sulfatase is a useful tool for exploring the structure-function relationship of CS/DS.

Pemaknaan ruang menjadi salah satu aspek keberhasilan ruang publik yang ditandai dengan terciptanya interaksi sosial antar pengguna ruang. Kepastian interaksi sosial pada kawasan permukiman sebagai ruang tempat tinggal dengan kedekatan dan kepadatan yang relatif tinggi dapat mendukung vitalitas area perkotaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan antara pembentukan ruang publik dan aktivitas masyarakat atau komunitas, khususnya pada permukiman tepi sungai. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran nyata keadaan di dalam ruang publik berdasarkan interpretasi observasi langsung. Pengamatan peneliti didasarkan pada kajian pustaka yang dilakukan terhadap pustaka tentang ruang terbuka dan perilaku masyarakat dalam ruang publik yang relevan.  Sebagai bagian dari proses pemahaman fakta di lapangan, teknik survei terbuka dilakukan pada tiga ruang terbuka di kawasan permukiman Manggar untuk mengetahui pola aktivitas pengguna ruang dalam hal penetration, action pattern, behavior mechanisms, dan welfare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ruang terbuka publik terbentuk melalui aktivitas rutin masyarakat secara alami, melalui proses pemilihan tempat yang berdekatan dengan akses pekerjaan.

Background and Study Aim: Talent identification/development programs are utilized by sports federations to select or train elite athletes. In addition to the established tests that assess perceptive and motor skills, it was deemed significant that cognitive skills should be evaluated as well. The present study was undertaken to assess the utility of Instruction-Based Selective Action Pattern (IBSAP), a novel method that we developed, in estimating perceptive, motor as well as cognitive skills of athletes in order for talent identification. We also investigated the relationship between IBSAP and auditory reaction times (ARTs). Material and Methods: Forty-three students (average age: 12.6 years) participated in the study. Random/fixed-interval ARTs were recorded. IBSAP was applied using a table tennis robot that was set up to throw 30 balls in three different colors to different spots on the table with a frequency of 1 ball/s. The subjects were instructed to ignore the white balls, to touch the yellow balls, and to catch the pink balls before the first trial and their scores were calculated in two consecutive trials according to a scoring system. Results: Our results showed that motor learning, adaptation and reinforcement of the participants were significantly greater in second trial compared with the first trial and that IBSAP values were correlated with ARTs. Conclusions: We conclude that the IBSAP method reliably provides quantitative data on perception, motor as well as cognitive skills and it can be considered as a useful tool for talent identification.

Purpose This paper aims to develop a signal acquisition system of surface electromyography (sEMG) and use the characteristics of (sEMG) signal to interference action pattern. Design/methodology/approach This paper proposes a fusion method based on combining the coefficient of AR model and wavelet coefficient. It improves the recognition rate of the target action. To overcome the slow convergence speed and local optimum in standard BP network, the study presents a BP algorithm which combine with LM algorithm and PSO algorithm, and it improves the convergence speed and the recognition rate of the target action. Findings Experiments verify the effectiveness of the system from two aspects the target motion recognition rate and the corresponding reaction speed of the robotic system. Originality/value The study developed a signal acquisition system of sEMG and used the characteristics of (sEMG) signal to interference action pattern. The myoelectricity integral values are presented to determine the starting point and end point of target movement, which is more effective than using single sample point amplitude method.
