Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a digital information technology used to transmit information involving architecture, engineering, and construction as a set of interactions in the construction industry. When BIM technology is used as a management system in communication, the delivery of information is more accurate, clear, and detailed. However, problems occur when the construction industry lacks cost in the acquisition of such technology, in addition lack of knowledge and skills to use BIM technology process in project management. Therefore, this study identifies the factors use of BIM technology, the level of absorption, and the measures to increase the users of BIM technology in construction design phase. The method used in the data collection process is the questionnaire method. The population involved in this study includes architects and engineers, with a total of 80 distinguished populations. However, only 55 sets of questionnaire forms were recovered. The respondents involved in this study were architects and engineers. The result of the data analysis obtained shows that knowledge and skills need to be improved in the process of operating BIM technology. However, small-scale organisations cannot afford to own this technology because of the high cost and the need to undergo training in managing the technology. In an effort to coordinate the policy on the use of BIM technology, CIDB provides a centre as a reference for all parties involved in the industry to know the true concept of BIM technology and to undergo courses offered related to the use of BIM technology. These findings benefit those involved in achieving a more systematic use of BIM technology in organisational management involving the construction design phase.

AbstractThis study examines the association between digital information technology (DIT) use and the utilization of transnational healthcare (THC) in older migrants, and investigates how this relationship depends on social integration or perceived discrimination in health services in the destination country. The data from a population-based study conducted in Finland in 2019, which targeted Russian-speaking residents aged 50 and above (n = 1082) nationwide, are analyzed. The analysis demonstrates that those who had a high level of DIT use were significantly more likely to use THC than those who had a low level of use. However, the findings do not show that the relationship depends on social integration or perceived discrimination. Older migrants can actively use transnational networks to address their health and well-being issues by using DIT and seeking healthcare abroad. Their health service use can be illustrated as an active process involving various geographical domains.

Along with the rapid development of digital information technology, e-government is of great potential because it is a new form of conducting public administration and a way of demonstrating governmental innovation. The literature suggests that foreign direct investment (FDI) is increasingly associated with the continuing development of e-government in China. Using the Annual Census of Industrial Enterprises and e-government scores of government portals, this study examines the effects of e-government on FDI and how government subsidies mediate relationships between e-government and FDI. Our results show that e-government positively affects FDI, and government subsidies have a positive effect on foreign enterprises' investment efficiency by playing a mediating role between e-government efficiency and FDI. The findings make both theoretical and practical implications related to the role, provision and acquisition of government subsidies; e-government systems and FDI; e-government scores and government efficiency; and firms maintaining focus on areas that are government priorities.

Objectives: With the advent of the digital era, digital information technology has been widely used in various fields of society, and digital museums have also been born one after another. Methods: Its birth has brought unprecedented impact and challenges to traditional museums. Results: In order to adapt traditional museums to the development of the times, this study integrates digital methods with the planning of the Chinese National Musical Instrument Museum, and proposes three ways to improve the interaction between the museum and visitors, the information of the museum, and the entertainment and gamification of the museum. The museum has been planned and verified by examples. Conclusion: It is hoped that through this study, we can make a certain reference to the planning of our national musical instrument museum.
