This article analyzes the current state and future prospects of integra- tion associations and formats of multilateral economic cooperation from the point of view of the implementation of the Comprehensive Eurasian Partnership initiative. The author analyzes the role of this initiative as an instrument of Russian politics and assesses its potential for strengthening international cooperation in Eurasia. In partic- ular, it analyzes the possibilities of harmonizing key projects and initiatives within the EAEU. The work examines the potential of the largest multilateral formats in Eurasia as in the economic sphere – the Comprehensive Regional Economic Partner- ship, the Belt and Road Initiative, the Eurasian Economic Union, etc. to multilateral economic projects in Eurasia as a locomotive for promoting strategic interests, as well as realizing the potential of the EAEU. It is concluded that institutional overload is observed in the economic sphere of Greater Eurasia, caused by the existence of a number of parallel developments of in- tegration initiatives and mechanisms of economic cooperation. Based on the forego- ing, the strengthening of the EAEU as the institutional core of Greater Eurasia can become the basis for the formation of a regulatory mega-space. However, the aggre- gate economic potential of the EAEU member states does not allow the Union to be the largest economic pole and a leading center for the development of multilateral in- stitutions in Greater Eurasia. It is assumed that the solution to this problem could be the development of the Comprehensive Eurasian Partnership towards the conjugation of the EAEU and RCEP – the largest format for developing rules for international economic interaction in Asia and formulating specific proposals for building a system of mutually beneficial relations between the largest players of Eurasia, in which all interested states will be involved on mutually beneficial terms to strengthen interna- tional cooperation.

This experimental study was undertaken to investigate the effects of using local materials (cement, fly ash, super-plasticizer, coarse aggre-gate, and sand) on the mechanical properties of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC). For this purpose, a total of 31 mixtures of SCC were prepared by the neural network design methods. Furthermore, based on the experimental results, the neural network model-based clear for-mulations were developed to predict the mechanical properties of SCC. The test results have shown that mineral admixtures were very effective on hardened properties of SCC. In addition, it was found that the developed model by using neural network appeared to have a high predictive capacity of hardened properties of SCC with respect to regression and experimental.

Aim: The aim of the present study was to clinically and radiographically evaluate Mineral Trioxide Aggre-gate (MTA) as an agent for pulpotomy in primary teeth and to compare it with that of Formocresol (FC) pulpotomy. Method: Seventy first and second primary mandibular molars of children were chosen on patients who required minimum two pulpotomies in either arch or same arch. After the standardized technique of Pulpotomy with MTA and Formocresol, all molars were treated with a thick mix of Zinc oxide Eugenol cement into the coronal pulp chamber followed by preformed stainless steel crown. The children were followed up for clinical and radio graphical examination after 6,12 and 24 month for Pain, Swelling, Sinus/ fistula, Periapical changes, Furcation radiolucency and internal resorption. Results: MTA represents 97% clinical success rate in comparison to Formocresol with 85% success. Radiographically also MTA showed more promising results with 88.6% success in comparison to Formocresol with 54.3%. Conclusions: Thus, MTA pulpotomy has emerged as an easier line of treatment to save the premature loss of primary teeth due to caries or trauma.

We report on a 24-year-old thrombocytopenic woman with a history of recurrent infections, skin and mucosal bleeding, and a member of a family with the Wiskott—Aldrich syndrome. Hemorrhagic complications occurred at age 20, when mild peripheral thrombocyto penia (38-52 g/L) was confirmed. Four male family mem bers died of infectious complications at ages ranging from 6 months to 3 years. At the time of the study, she was free of infection. Physical examination exhibited ecchymoses of skin of the legs only, and her laboratory investigations demonstrated a lack of secondary waves of platelet ag gregation with adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and prolon gation of the lag phase after collagen stimulation. Inten sities of aggregation induced by ADP, collagen, and thrombin were decreased. Patient's plasma aggregating activity was diminished. Abnormal intraplatelet malo nylodialdehyde formation was also found. Assessment of the platelet volume distribution demonstrated the pres ence of normal-size population. Examination of isolated platelets by electron microscope showed a reduced num ber of dense bodies. The content of mepacrine-labeled platelet bodies in the fluorescent microscopy study was also diminished. Immunological investigations revealed a slight decrease in immunoglobulin G (IgG) serum concen tration and a low isohemagglutinin titer. Additionally, di minished percentages of T activated and total B cells were detected. Moreover, a slight increase of natural killer cells was revealed. Lymphocyte surface sialophorin (CD43) expression was normal. Polymorphonuclear cell (PMN) phagocytosis, chemotaxis, spontaneous migra tion, intravascular polymorphonuclear granulocyte aggre gate number, and Fc IgG receptor expression study all showed no abnormalities. However, a reduced bacteri cidal capacity of the PMN, reduced adhesion to albumin- covered plastic surfaces, and diminished resting super oxide/hydrogen peroxide production were found. Key Words: Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome carrier—Thrombo cytopenia—Immunodeficiency.

The twenty-third annual report of the Bank for International Settlements was made public in June 1953. In reviewing economic developments during the period of April 1, 1952, to March 31, 1953, the report noted that, despite the initial dislocations resulting from the Korean conflict, there had been real progress since 1952 towards economic and financial balance and a normal course of domestic and international economic development. More specifically, the report noted that: 1) the upward trend in world-market prices had been reversed, and the course of domestic inflation halted in most countries; 2) during 1952 and the early months of 1953 there was an improvement in the balance of payments position of the non-dollar world; 3) monetary reserves had recovered in a number of countries during the same period; 4) the aggre-gate amount of net deficits (and net surpluses) in the settlements of the European Payments Union had contracted from an average of $207 million per month in 1951 to $102 million by the last quarter of 1952 and the first quarter of 1953; and 5) there had been many signs of increased confidence in various currencies, notably an increased firmness of their free market quotations.
