Abstract Chronic low back pain is the leading cause of disability and health care usage and is also a common condition requiring Physio therapeutic intervention. The most common symptom in musculoskeletal condition is pain. Pain which lasts for less than a 3 months is called as acute pain which last more is defined as chronic pain. Pain is a complex phenomenon involving both emotional and physical component. Current intervention and approaches are more physical component based which leads to treatment of just physical component. the emotional component usually leads to avoidance the avoidance can be because of fear of pain which is termed as algophobia Pain Neuroscience education is useful approaching treatment of emotional component of pain. pne approach includes explanation of pain using photos images videos or even verbally In this report a 65year-old female came with complaints of chronic low back pain for 6 months the p ain was present on the left side. Intervention used is pain neuroscience education to chronic low back pain. The report represents the effectiveness of PNE with the conventional mode of treatment is useful in the treatment of chronic low back pain. The results demonstrated improvement in quality of life and reduced fear and catastrophization.

Abstract Background The need to improve the care of people with complex care requirements has been driving the reforms integrating care processes. This study examines the effect of the integration of health services on health care usage and the processes and outcomes of care among type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Data include all type 2 diabetes patients who lived in North Karelia, Finland, between 2014 and 2018. Health care contacts and glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) measurements were obtained from the electronic health records. Logistic, Poisson and linear models with generalised estimating equations and the Friedman test were used to study the differences between years. Results The health care usage was highest in 2017, the first year of a new organisation, and smallest in the following year. Before the new organisation, the health care usage was lowest in 2014, being slightly higher compared with 2018. Between the last two years, the mean number of contacts per person declined from 3.25 to 2.88 (-0.37, p < 0.001). The decreasing pattern seen in total health care usage was most obvious among contacts with primary health care nurses. The number of contacts increased only among specialised care nurses between the last two years. The number of HbA1c measurements was also in its lowest in 2018 but in its highest in 2015. Between the years 2014 and 2018, the difference in the mean number of contacts was − 0.05 (p = 0.011) for those not measured, -0.02 (p = 0.225) for those measured and within the target level of HbA1c, and 0.12 (p = 0.001) for those measured and not at the target level of HbA1c. Conclusions Health care integration first increased the health care usage but then brought it to a slightly lower level than before. The changes were most obvious in primary health care nurses’ appointments, and no decline was observed in secondary-level care. Even though the numbers of HbA1c measurements and the proportion measured declined, measurements increased among those with poor glycaemic control. The observed changes might reflect the better targeting and more concordant services in different service units.

Abstract Background Health care systems and care professionals often face the challenge of providing adequate health care for migrant groups. The objective of this study is to answer the question of whether and how meeting the special health system requirements regarding refugees (R), asylum seekers (AS) and migrants (M) (RASM) is checked and evaluated. Methods A scoping review was used as a methodology of the research, with four electronic databases, websites of relevant organizations and European projects searched, using a strictly defined search strategy. Finally, 66 studies were included in the analysis. Results The included studies presented assessment of different types, aspects and facilities of health care, as well as various methods of analysis. In the vast majority of the studies (n = 52, 78%) interviews or questionnaires were used to collect data. The studies were mostly declared to be qualitative. The main issues assessed in the studies can be categorized into three groups: (i) legal aspects, (ii) before receiving health care and (iii) during health care usage. Conclusions RASM inflow is a big challenge for health care system in many countries. The first step to guarantee adequate health care for RASM is assessing how the system is functioning. This makes it possible to find gaps, indicate the directions of activities needed and monitor progress. Further work on the development of a comprehensive tool, checked in terms of validity and reliability assessment, and enabling examination of many aspects of health care for RASM should be carried out.

Nowadays, healthcare organizations such as clinics and hospitals have increasingly embarked on Social Media strategies, which involve establishing an organizational presence on the major social media platforms. SM is accepted as a means to evoke patients’ knowledge on their health concerns which in turn trigger initiatives to search for healthcare products. This study is an exploration on the usage pattern of Social Media platforms for Healthcare Services by the patients or bystanders of at a tertiary level corporate health and wellness centre in Abudabi. Youth are actively searching for heath contents in social media and the information influence the significant aspects of consumer behavior. Search is more on specialty and medical terms so the content develops need to pay attention to these key aspects. Rather than health, the aspects related to wellness are getting more attention on social media plat forms. Conscious attempts while developing the content, encouraging review writing and commenting by professionals and consumers can be used to overcome the barriers regarding authenticity and quality of information.
