В работе описывается модель распределенной системы. На базе этой модели анализируется одна из задач, в основе, которой лежит проблема синхронизации процессов, а именно, задача обеспечения сериализуемости параллельных транзакций в распределенных системах. Приводится пример обеспечения сериализуемости распределенного плана. The paper describes a model of a distributed system. On the basis of this model, one of the problems is analyzed, which is based on the problem of process synchronization, namely, the problem of ensuring serializability of parallel transactions in distributed systems. An example of ensuring the serializability of a distributed plan is given.

A gear shifting mechanism is modeled in GT-Suite software. The mechanism has three main bodies: sleeve, ring, and gear. Results obtained from the simulation show that GT-Suite model can predict gear shifting process. Synchronization processes for three conditions of nominal, road grade, and vibrational motion of the master are studied in six cases by considering the sleeve and the gear as a master alternatively. The optimization based on the GT-Suite model is performed for each case to find the minimum gear shifting time based on variations of 17 structural design parameters. Minimum synchronization time is found almost same in all cases. It is concluded from closeness of the optimization results that average of the parameter values can be considered as optimized values for all cases. At the end, robustness of the optimized structural design parameters are analyzed with respect to the road grade, amplitude, and frequency of oscillatory excitation of rotational motion of the master.

Hinsichtlich der Optimierung der werkzeugbauseitigen Wertschöpfung birgt besonders der Serienanlauf der Werkzeuge aufgrund hoher Zeit- und Kostenanteile umfangreiches Potenzial. Die digitale Prozessunterstützung stellt in diesem Zusammenhang einen maßgeblichen Optimierungsansatz dar. Neben einer verbesserten Prozesssynchronisation lassen sich Lerneffekte standort- und projektübergreifend nutzen.   Tool making plays a decisive role in the realization of time and cost advantages of new products. With regard to the optimization of the tool shop’s added value, the qualification and ramp-up of tools holds extensive potential due to high time and cost shares. In this context, digital process support represents a decisive optimization approach. In addition to improved process synchronization, learning effects can be used across different sites and projects.

The paper presents the novel project that has been proposed and realized together with the implementation of the process of heating thermosetting components based on advanced industrial equipment and software tools. In the fundamental task of optimization, the phenomenon of process synchronization based on a centralized algorithm adapted to the specific requirements of production was taken into account. The proposed research station was optimized and located in the laboratory of the Interdisciplinary Computer Modelling of the University of Rzeszow, that specializes in raising the efficiency of industrial processes
