Due to the conflict between traditional channels and electronic channels in the e-commerce dual-channel supply chain, retailers are threatened and need to be compensated in some way. Based on this, an e-commerce dual-channel supply chain coordination compensation model based on optimized genetic algorithm is designed. Based on the problem description and basic assumptions, analyze the manufacturer’s profit and the retailer’s maximum profit in the case of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making. The genetic algorithm is optimized by introducing a collaborative genetic operator, and the optimized genetic algorithm is used to obtain dual e-commerce channels. The maximum profit of the supply chain, so far, the model design is completed. Through comparative experiments, the optimized genetic algorithm used in the model is compared with two traditional algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm takes shorter iteration time to solve the problem, its convergence is better, and it can effectively obtain a global optimal solution instead of a local optimal solution.

Water resources in China’s river basins are scarce, and the pollution that shrouds them is serious. Constant disputes have emerged between the upstream and downstream sectors due to the contamination of river basins. Moreover, China’s research on ecological compensation mechanisms and compensation standards is still immature at present. Thus, this study establishes a compensation model and introduces the compensation coefficient K, including the compensation coefficient K1 between the upstream and downstream governments and the compensation coefficient K2 between the upstream government and the central government. This paper adopts the Bargain Game Model and obtains the value of K2 through the decision-making process between the central government and the upstream local government. In addition, amendment to the final offer arbitration law is used to acquire the value of K1 by proving the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium. Then, this paper takes the Taohe River Basin as an example and combines the compensation model to analyze, using the simplified compensation function to determine the amount of emission pollution from upstream to downstream and the compensation that upstream should receive.

As to the nonlinear and time-varying problems of the energy consumption model, this paper proposes an adaptive hybrid modeling method. Firstly, the recursive least squares algorithm with adaptive forgetting factor based on fuzzy algorithm and recursive least squares algorithm is used to identify the simplified mechanism energy consumption model, which solves the data saturation phenomenon and the weights of the “old and new” data during the online identification process and guarantees the adaptability of the mechanism model. Secondly, because there is a deviation between the identified model and the simplified mechanism energy consumption model, the deviation compensation model of mechanism model is established through kernel partial least squares algorithm and the model updating strategy with sliding window, which is used to update the deviation compensation model, and then the adaptive hybrid model is established by combining with the mechanism model identified online and updated deviation compensation model. Finally, the effectiveness, generalization and adaptability of the model are verified by the actual operating data of a single working condition and variable working conditions. And comparing with the mechanism model and the data model, The comparison results show that the adaptive hybrid model has higher calculation accuracy with adaptation.
