Due to the conflict between traditional channels and electronic channels in the e-commerce dual-channel supply chain, retailers are threatened and need to be compensated in some way. Based on this, an e-commerce dual-channel supply chain coordination compensation model based on optimized genetic algorithm is designed. Based on the problem description and basic assumptions, analyze the manufacturer’s profit and the retailer’s maximum profit in the case of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making. The genetic algorithm is optimized by introducing a collaborative genetic operator, and the optimized genetic algorithm is used to obtain dual e-commerce channels. The maximum profit of the supply chain, so far, the model design is completed. Through comparative experiments, the optimized genetic algorithm used in the model is compared with two traditional algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm takes shorter iteration time to solve the problem, its convergence is better, and it can effectively obtain a global optimal solution instead of a local optimal solution.

Estimation of the number of demands for a product must be done correctly, so that the company can get maximum profit. Therefore, this study discusses how to estimate the amount of sales demand in a company correctly. The model that will be used to estimate sales demand is the Multivariate Markov Chain Model. This model can estimate the future state by observing the present state. The model requires parameter estimation values first, namely the transition probability matrix and the weighted Markov chain, where in previous studies an estimation of the transition probability matrix has been carried out, so that in this study we will continue to estimate the weighted Markov chain parameters. This model is compatible with 5 data sequences (product types) defined as product 1, product 2, product 3, product 4, and product 5, with 6 conditions (no sales volume, very slow-moving, slow-moving, standard, fast moving, and very fast moving). As the result, the state probability for product 1, product 2 and product 3 in company 1 are stationary at state 6 (very fast moving), product 4 and product 5 are stationary at state 2 (very slow moving).

This is a study of the coordination model of consumer information sharing in the tourism supply chain with e-commerce platforms as the core. On the basis of considering the risks, a game theory is used to explore the information sharing effort level and the output profit of the tourism supply chain under both, centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making. Finally, numerical simulation is used to verify the model and put forward a method of coordination for all parties in the tourism supply chain to achieve maximum profit.

In order to design sustainable urban transport systems, the inclusion of the behaviors of different stakeholders is imperative. In this study, we formulated the interactions of behaviors between transport operator, landowner, workplace, residence, route and mode choices, and location of firms and businesses through a combined unified model of land-use and transport system. The commuters have two mode choices for traveling: private car and public bus. They are inclined to choose a transit mode with minimum traveling costs. We combined two models, maximization of operator profit constrained by bus frequency, while maintaining the formulation of other stakeholders through an assignment sub-model. The resulting formulation is bi-level, which is optimally solved for a small-sized instance containing two zones. The findings suggest that if the bus fare is reduced, the demand of public bus is increased. However, the operators’ profit is optimized within a certain range of fares and is lowered when the fare is too low or too high. It is determined that maximum bus frequency does not guarantee maximum profit to the service operator. The impacts of traveling costs on residence choice behavior suggest that if link fares are more, many of people opt not to travel between different zones. The analysis results presented in this paper are calculated for two types of link fares: a fixed fare (30 currency), and a range of link fare (5 to 100 currency). Different variants of the same formulation can be applied for real settings to better comprehend the nature of the model and its applications.

This study aims to optimize processed fishery products in Teluk Santoni Village with a constraint factor: Fish Resources (SDI) availability. The analytical tool used in this research is linear programming, maximizing the profit of processed fishery products with limitations on the availability of human resources, production capacity, and total production costs. Based on the results of data analysis with the help of the Linear Program Solver (LiPS) software, it was found that to obtain maximum profit, the strategy that needs to be done is to produce crabs 10/3 times the average amount, 2.5 times salty, empek-empek and shrimp paste, produced two times the usual production amount and did not produce shredded fish and fish crackers. The total profit obtained from the optimization is Rp. 18.85 million per month. KEYWORDS: optimization, processed fishery products, linear programming

Financial statements have a major influence in assessing, developing marketing strategies and evaluating a business. Kwarigan Hamlet is one of the villages that has several MSME actors, but none of the MSMEs has implemented financial reports properly so that there is no clear evaluation and it is difficult to develop into a larger MSME and it is difficult to determine the business strategy to be run. This article aims to improve the optimization of the economic sector by compiling financial reports for MSMEs in Kwarigan Hamlet and applying them to their business fields and determining the right strategy for the advancement of MSMEs in Kwariganq Hamlet. The results obtained are from the balance sheet financial statements it can be known the amount of assets and laundry business capital for sure. From the Profit and Loss report, it can be used as a benchmark that there is a main production cost, namely clean water which can be kept to a minimum in order to achieve maximum profit because it uses water sourced from wells. From the emphasis on water costs, it can be used for transportation costs for picking up dirty laundry and delivering clean clothes to customers as a marketing solution in order to increase sales turnover. With this strategy, customers will be interested and feel that they are given maximum service from the Laundry business but will still be able to increase profits.

The purpose of the article is to conduct research on the value of different segments of residential real estate in the city economy, rental rates. Based on this, determine the rate of return on the location of each investigated segment of real estate. The researches of the residential real estate market of the city of Kharkiv on the certain areas are carried out. The market value of one-room, two-room, and three-room apartments is calculated. The cost of rent for one-room, two-room, and three-room apartments is determined. Studies have been conducted and the rate of return calculated in relation to the location of each of the segments of residential real estate. Conclusions are made about the prospects for the development of the residential real estate market in the city economy, options for investing in real estate in the city and the best return on real estate. Today, the problem of profitability research when investing in different segments of real estate and real estate that differ in location is very relevant. Determining the rate of return or rate of return is possible using the approaches used in valuation and using valuation techniques and procedures. The problem of investing is important for business development. Current issues are - in what area to invest and how to get the maximum profit. It is very important for business owners and ordinary citizens to know the amount of profit that can be obtained. Real estate investing is an important and profitable project to save and increase your own resources. Today, there are several methods for assessing the effectiveness of investment. One of them is to determine the rate of return on each of the investment options. The problem posed in the work is the search for locations for investment within the city of Kharkiv with the maximum profit. As a result of research it was established: the average cost of 1 - bedroom apartments = $ 32,564; the average cost of 2 - bedroom apartments = 48385 $; the average cost of 3 - bedroom apartments = $ 65,849; average rent = $ 7; average selling price of 1 sq. km. m = $ 849; average rate of return = 10%. The minimum rental price per 1 sq. кm. m. in the areas of HTZ, Rogan, the village of East - $ 5, and the maximum cost in the areas of Center, Nagorny, Derzhprom - $ 10. Thus we see that those areas of the city in which the rate of return exceeds the average in Kharkov. Thus, the most favorable areas for investment are the areas of the beginning of Gagarin Avenue - 11.29%; Central Market, South Station - 12.36%; Zhukovsky, Shishkovka - 11.34%; Novozhanovo, Moskalivka - 11.76% and Saltivka - 11.17%.

Sedangkan transaksi forward dan transaksi swap hukumnya haram, karena transaksi tersebut di dalamnya mengandung unsur riba.ABSTRACTThe recent events that hit the Indonesian people regarding the economic crisis have made many people's lives miserable, especially in the food sector. Apart from being hit by the COVID-19 outbreak, this crisis was also caused by one of which was the existence of foreign exchange buying and selling transactions on the forex market that were misused by speculators. They only aim to seek the maximum profit (making money and as a medium of exchange into a commodity) without looking at the life of the Indonesian people in the future. Of course, various problems arise, including: 1) How to carry out transactions of buying and selling foreign exchange rates, and 2) What are the reasons for the determination of buying and selling foreign exchange according to Islamic law. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the implementation of the transaction of buying and selling foreign exchange rates, and 2) to find out the reasons for the determination of buying and selling foreign exchange according to Islamic law. Based on the results of studies and research on the literature relevant to the problem, it was found that in Islam there are various buying and selling transactions, both prohibited and permitted. There are three parts to foreign exchange transactions, namely: spot transactions, forward transactions, and swap transactions. Of the three transactions, based on a review of the literature, what is permitted under Islamic law is a spot transaction or in terms of Islamic law yadan biyadin (cash). Meanwhile, forward transactions and swap transactions are illegitimate, because these transactions contain elements of usury.
