This article is devoted to the actual problem of modern education – distance learning. Today, the only way to develop the country is to introduce new innovations using information technologies. In this article, the most important components of the Medical University are considered, including the work of teachers and students in the electronic community. In addition, the advantages and features of distance learning technologies and topical issues of distance learning development in Kazakhstan were identified. Distance learning contributes to the creation of a new model of Education. The main task of the article is to justify and prove distance learning as a new type of learning. The article analyzes the forms of training, shows the main directions of development of distance learning and the differences between distance learning and traditional training. The problems that students and teachers solve in distance learning are identified. The effectiveness of distance learning is determined by the use of pedagogical technologies that form the basis for the design and implementation of training courses.

But that requires providing the necessary information technology to promote the principles of electronic community participation, And raising the level of intellectual and scientific production to form a tributary that balances the consumption of natural resources, and stimulate the private sector to invest in education to achieve sustainable economic growth
