This paper tries to overcome the shortcomings of the recent technology that fails to enhance the communication between physically disabled people by designing an assistive device. This device uses a GSM modem with a SIM card and no smartphones are needed which makes the device affordable. Here, the sender sends the message to the phone number of the disabled person and he/she receives the SMS that gets converted to text and voice message and vibrations to Braille pad using a microcontroller which is easily readable by the disabled person.

One way to market and promote sales products can be through online media such as websites, marketplaces, Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook and the currently famous TikTok. Google my business is a medium that can help marketing to promote products. Tunas Mandiri youth organizations are located in Sukaharja village, Ciomas, Bogor. Many of the youth organizations have businesses or production and the Tunas Mandiri youth organizations also open up business fields for the community to improve their economy. However, the current marketing and promotions are still less effective, so we need a medium like Google My Business, but there are still many of them who don't understand about Google My Business, such as: (1) Members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization do not understand the use of web browser applications or the Google browser. (2). Most members of the Tunas Mandiri youth group are not familiar with Google My Business. (3) Some members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization who are familiar with Google My Business, still don't understand how to manage a business that will be displayed on Google searches, maps, edit business information (for example, address, phone number, and opening hours). Therefore, the Google My Business training is held in the hope that it can make marketing and promotion easier and can reduce operational costs.

The current study primarily aims to develop a dictionary system for tracing mobile phone numbers for call centers of mobile communication companies. This system tries to save the numbers using a digital search tree in order to make the processes of searching and retrieving customers’ information easier and faster. Several shrubs that represent digits of the total phone numbers will be built through following the phone number digits to be added to the dictionary, with the owner name being at the last node in the tree. Thus, by such searching process, every phone number can be tracked digit-by-digit according to a required path inside its tree, until reaching the leaf. Then, the value stored in the node, that represents the name of phone number’s owner, is returned. Consequently, the amount of memory required to store data will be reduced and data retrieval will be faster.

Short messages in the form of advertisements are increasingly being accepted by the public through their cell phones. The public never specifically gave the phone number to the party sending the advertising message. This is considered to be even more annoying because the short message advertisement violates the principles of consumer protection. This study aims to determine and analyze the extent of privacy violations against the spread of spam information via short messages. This study uses the empirical normative method, namely research conducted with the approach of legal norms or substances, legal principles, legal postulates, and legal comparisons, using a conceptual approach. The results show that short messages in the form of offers that are not directly related to the services used by cellular subscribers must be a concern for customer convenience.

SMS is a form of communication in the form of messages sent using mobile phones between the designated numbers. SMS is now rarely used because many of the features that have changed are used by chat applications. However, the SMS feature was not removed for one thing, official messages from various applications for leveraging or other official information still use SMS as a sign that the phone number used is there. However, since 2011 there have been so many misuses of this function, so it is suspected that many frauds use SMS as a tool to influence victims. This sms category goes to SMS spam. Therefore, SMS needs to be classified so that users can find out that the SMS is included in the category of Spam or ham (the opposite of spam). Using 400 datasets taken from the UCI repository which is divided into two classes, namely spam and ham, we compare two classification methods, namely Naive Bayes and Support vector Machine in order to get SMS filtering correctly. And after the calculations are done, the accuracy is obtained in Naive Bayes, which is 90.00% Support Vector Machine 81.00%.

E-Commerce has become more and more popular because of rich products, fast transactions, and free from time, locations, stores, and so on. However, the disclosure of personal data such as their IDs, addresses, and phone numbers has become a major concern for online activities. The current e-commerce model is at the crossroads of ownership and privacy. To address this, this article creates an enterprise protocol that uses smart personal contracts to protect privacy during the negotiation phase. This protocol allows contracting parties to conduct business without disclosing personal information such as identity, address, and phone number. Furthermore, we employ the zero-knowledge proof to ensure ownership.

Infant Monitoring System for Deaf Parents that aims to convert Baby crying sounds which are not distinguishable by deaf people into recognizable alerts. The project proposes an intelligent system which is capable of identifying the cry of baby using mic and send the alerting messages directly to the concern person’s mobile phone number using GSM Modem. This project makes use of a mic, GSM Modem, and Raspberry Pi processor. Raspberry Pi processor automatically reads the crying sound of the baby using mic, which is interfaced to the USB driver of the Raspberry Pi, after audio file is recorded it is processed with ANN, filtered with MFCC then the processor will detect sound consist of baby cry. If baby cry detected then predefined alert message will be sent to the predefined phone number that is stored in SIM card via GSM modem.
