Abstract Complexity of waste management makes this problem can not resolved in short-term. Therefore, to resolved this problem in the long-term, needs community participation. Based on that, this article aims to indentified factors that influence the level of individual participation regarding waste disposal. Results survey of Indonesian Family Life Survei was used as data source. 25,000 respondents were used as samples. The waste score is significant related with individual participation score. The years of schooling have positive impact to the repondent waste. Individual enthusiasm and participation on social activities held on their environment will also raise their waste score, such as local meetings, village rehabilitation, youth group activities, religious activities, and family prosperity training. One way to market and promote sales products can be through online media such as websites, marketplaces, Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook and the currently famous TikTok. Google my business is a medium that can help marketing to promote products. Tunas Mandiri youth organizations are located in Sukaharja village, Ciomas, Bogor. Many of the youth organizations have businesses or production and the Tunas Mandiri youth organizations also open up business fields for the community to improve their economy. However, the current marketing and promotions are still less effective, so we need a medium like Google My Business, but there are still many of them who don't understand about Google My Business, such as: (1) Members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization do not understand the use of web browser applications or the Google browser. (2). Most members of the Tunas Mandiri youth group are not familiar with Google My Business. (3) Some members of the Tunas Mandiri youth organization who are familiar with Google My Business, still don't understand how to manage a business that will be displayed on Google searches, maps, edit business information (for example, address, phone number, and opening hours). Therefore, the Google My Business training is held in the hope that it can make marketing and promotion easier and can reduce operational costs.

Endurance profile assessment is of major interest to evaluate the cyclist’s performance potential. In this regard, maximal oxygen uptake and functional threshold power are useful functional parameters to determine metabolic training zones (ventilatory threshold). The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the physiological profile of different road cyclist age categories (Youth, Junior, and Under-23) to obtain the performance requirements. Sixty-one competitive road cyclists (15–22 years) performed a maximal incremental test on a bike in order to determine functional parameters (maximal fat oxidation zone, ventilatory thresholds, maximal oxygen uptake, and functional threshold power) and metabolic training zones. The results suggest major differences, with the Youth group showing clear changes in all metabolic zones except in fat oxidation. The main differences between Under-23 vs. Junior groups were observed in maximal relative power output (Under-23: 6.70 W·Kg−1; Junior: 6.17 W·Kg−1) and relative functional threshold power (Under-23: 4.91 W·Kg−1; Junior: 4.48 W·Kg−1). The Youth group physiological profile is clearly different to the other age categories. Some parameters normalized to body weight (maximal oxygen consumption, load and functional threshold power) could be interesting to predict a sporting career during the Junior and Under-23 stages.

Sidomulyo Village is one of the villages in Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. To alleviate poverty in Sidomulyo Village, many millennial farmers have emerged, one of which is the Independent Farmer Youth Group with rice as a potential commodity. One of the agricultural products from this group is rice with several varieties including Mikongga and Mayas Rapak with each harvest reaching 3-4 tons/ha. The rice produced is very abundant but does not yet have a brand and label on the packaging. Based on this condition, the solution that can be offered to the Mandiri Tani Pemuda Group is training in making labels on plastic packaging for rice using manual screen-printing techniques. The method used is the lecture method and training in manual screen printing for plastic packaging for rice. The result of this training is that all participants can make rice packaging labels by manual screen printing.

This article focuses on dimensions of national ethos among educated youths in Malaysia by developing a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) model. The main objective is to evaluate national ethos dimensions and develop a CFA model of the national ethos formation. These objectives are achieved by applying four main dimensions to confirm the formation of national ethos: values, feelings and spirit, beliefs and identity dimensions. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach through survey techniques involving 431 students of Universiti Putra Malaysia, comprising 241 Malay and 190 Chinese youth groups. The data analysis used the SEM-AMOS approach to develop a CFA model of the national ethos. The results confirm national ethos of educated youth is formed through the four main dimensions measured. The CFA model has achieved a good level of compatibility based on the set indicators (CMIN = 600.947, DF = 115, CMIN / DF = 5.226, p = 0.000, SRMR = 0.0937, RMSEA = 0.099, CFI = 0.927 and PNFI = 0.771). This study implies a CFA model as a new approach in national ethos formation among educated youths in Malaysia. A future evaluation of a non-educated youth group should also be implemented to assure that this model becomes a holistic model.
