Ground control station (GCS) is a system for controlling and monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). In current GCS, the device used are considered as complex environment. This paper proposes a video streaming and speech command control for supporting mixed reality based UAV GCS using Microsoft HoloLens. Video streaming will inform the UAV view and transmit the raw video to the HoloLens, while the HoloLens steers the UAV based on the displayed UAV field of view (FoV). Using the HoloLens Mixed Reality Tool-Kit (MRTK) speech input, UAV speech control from the HoloLens was successfully implemented. Finally, experimental results based on video streaming and speech command calculation of the throughput, round-time trip, latency and speech accuracy tests are discussed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed scheme.

The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the voice work during the role of the actor by studying the main aspects of the speech act implementation, the work of the registers and the speech apparatus; to carry out a comparative analysis of different types of the actor’s existence in the role and reading of the literary text. The research methodology is based on the main principles of the actor’s speech tools, the definition and comparison of different methods of voice, support, breathing, and the use of basic actor’s techniques in the process of reading a literary text by separating and embodying them during the actor’s speech act. The scientific novelty of the research is to study the main aspects of existence during artistic reading and the use of non-standard for acting voice techniques, interpreting them for use during the role. Identification of new approaches to the implementation of speech, the creative act and the latest ways to express the psycho-emotional state of the character through the use of unusual principles of the speech apparatus in ordinary life situations. Conclusions. The results of studies identify the basic principles of the human speech apparatus and the problems of voice control during the arousal of the psycho-emotional condition of the actor in the role, problems and errors in various methods and scientific works of masters in the field of stage language. Through experiments and interpretations of various approaches to working with voice, new, universal methods of speech control have been borrowed, borrowed by studying the process of reading a literary text by actors and applying these principles to the role.

As an example, phraseological units are discussed that are used in professional communication in the field of economics and business. The article contains such linguistic characteristics of phraseological units in the economic discourse as semantics, stylistic properties, etymology, communicative value. Teaching professional communication with the use of phraseology assumes acquaintance of foreign students with the main linguistic characteristics of phraseological units, i.e. with their grammatical properties, lexical and syntactic compatibility, features of functioning in speech. Control tests are aimed at mastering the semantics of phraseological units, at developing the skills and abilities of using phraseological units in professional speech. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the use of phraseological expressions in teaching professional communication allows to consider phraseology as one of the linguistic resources that contributes to the formation of communicative competence in the professional sphere among foreign students.

Abstract Developmental stuttering is a neurodevelopmental disorder that severely affects speech fluency. Multiple lines of evidence point to a role of sensory feedback in the disorder; this has led to a number of theories proposing different disruptions to the use of sensory feedback during speech motor control in people who stutter. The purpose of this review was to bring together evidence from studies using altered auditory feedback paradigms with people who stutter, in order to evaluate the predictions of these different theories. This review highlights converging evidence for particular patterns of differences in the responses of people who stutter to feedback perturbations. The implications for hypotheses on the nature of the disruption to sensorimotor control of speech in the disorder are discussed, with reference to neurocomputational models of speech control (predominantly, the DIVA model; Guenther et al., 2006; Tourville et al., 2008). While some consistent patterns are emerging from this evidence, it is clear that more work in this area is needed with developmental samples in particular, in order to tease apart differences related to symptom onset from those related to compensatory strategies that develop with experience of stuttering.

Speech acts happen within the communication between teachers and students in online learning interactions. This study aims to describe the forms of illocutionary acts and representations of an Indonesian teacher's power strategies in online learning interactions through WhatsApp and Google Classroom. A descriptive qualitative was used to garner written conversations between the teacher and the students. This study involves an Indonesian language teacher and students, totaling 36 students. The data was gathered from written conversational speeches conveyed by the teacher and students through WhatsApp and Google Classroom during online learning. The data was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model, including data collection, data reduction (data presentation), drawing temporary conclusion and verification, and conclusion and recommendation. The study reveals several types of illocutionary acts, such as assertive, directive, expressive and commissive – while no types of illocutionary acts are found. The teacher's representation of the power strategy in online learning interactions includes speech control, threatening, and being angry with insinuation.
