Methodological Approach to the Assessment of Neo-Industrial Export Specialization

The relevance of the article is due to the importance of the development of export of high-processing industries. Objective: to develop methodological support for assessing the neo-industrial export specialization of regions and its determining factors. The research methods included identifying potential assessment parameters and testing their applicability based on the analysis of economic development statistics of the region selected as an example. The proposed methodological support for the assessment of neo-industrial export specialization includes its integral assessment, assessment of goods and services, assessment of the contribution of the high-tech component to the change in exports, ranking of regions by absolute values of high-tech exports. The method of assessing the factors of neo-industrial export specialization involves the assessment of indicators that identify these factors of exo-and endogenous order – the development of manufacturing production, innovation potential, transport potential, the development of the export support system, and the international demand for the region's products. The practical significance of the proposed methodological support lies in the fact that it makes it possible to analyze the neo-industrial export specialization of Russian regions and the factors of its development, and to identify and analyze possible directions of development in this area.

STATE POLICY OF INDUSTRIAL EXPORT SUPPORT IN THE CONTEXT OF NATIONAL PROJECTS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ROSTOV REGION)

The article is devoted to the state support for Russian industrial exports, the development and expansion of which is a lever for the stability of the national economy and the country's competitiveness on the international market. The authors consider the main forms and tools of the state policy to support exports in the Rostov region in the context of implementation of priority national projects. The analysis of the structure of the state system for export support in Russia in general and in the Rostov region in particular.

Screening of the Proteolytic Bacteria Symbiont with Algae Gracillaria sp.

Marine algae are abundant natural resources in Indonesia but have not been optimally utilized. Utilization of seaweed is still limited as food ingredients such as Gracillaria sp. cultivated as an industrial export material. Algae Gracillaria sp. his life is symbiotic with a variety of types of bacteria. The aim of the study was to isolate and screening the protease activity of the symbionic bacteria of Gracillaria sp. This study succeeded in isolating 4 different bacteria based on morphological characteristics. The four isolates were S.G.,1, S.G.2, S.G.3 and S.G.,4. Isolate S.G. 1 had the ability to produce ptotease with a proteolytic index of 1.5.Keywords : Gracilaria sp., Protease, Symbiont Bacteria ABSTRAKAlga laut merupakan sumberdaya alam yang melimpah di Indonesia tetapi belum optimal dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Pemanfaatan rumput laut masih terbatas sebagai bahan makanan seperti Gracillaria sp. dibudidayakan sebagai bahan ekspor industri karajinan. Alga Gracillaria sp. hidupnya bersimbion dengan beraneka ragam jenis bakteri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengisolasi dan menguji aktivitas protease bakteri simbion alga Gracillaria sp. Penelitian ini berhasil mengisolasi 4 bakteri yang berbeda berdasarkan karakteristik morfologi. Keempat bekteri tersebut adalah S.G., 1 S.G., 2 S.G., 3 dan S.G., 4 Isolat bakteri S.G., 1 memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan ptotease dengan Indeks proteolitik sebesar 1,5.Kata Kunci : Bakteri simbion, Gracillaria sp. protease
