The appreciation system of art works is a system that combines art with computer. It can realize the appreciation and appreciation of art works through computer, so that more people can come into contact with art works and improve people’s appreciation ability and spiritual and cultural life level of art works. The system is an application system based on Web application program and running under Windows system. The whole project development framework is a popular web framework. It is an application-oriented system constructed by using java development language, Oracle database as data storage support in persistence layer, Tomcat as application server and JSP technology. The function of the system is mainly divided into two parts. The administrator part only realizes the operation of adding, modifying and deleting the relevant information of the art works, including the detailed information of the works, the relevant information of the painter, the background art management and comment management of the art works, and the user information management; In the user part, it mainly realizes the functions of browsing, understanding and learning art works, and increases the functions of attention and comment on works. After development and debugging, the system runs normally, all functions of the administrator side are basically realized, and relevant operations can be carried out; The functions of the client are basically all realized. Users can choose some functions of the system according to their preferences.

Abstract In order to solve the practicality of the infant mental health tracking system, the system is simulated based on mathematical differential equations. The SSH framework technology of the mode-view-controller (MVC) design model analyses and designs the model of the prevention and control system of children's mental health. In this design pattern, the Struts framework is used to realise the separation of the view layer, the business layer and the control layer, and the Hibernate framework is used to realise the data persistence layer, thereby obtaining a system solution with strong scalability, low coupling and easy maintenance.

With the development of agricultural information technology, the intelligent monitoring system applied in pigsty can alert people when domestic pigs and wild boars jump into each other's pigsty, and bring convenience to breeding staff. The system uses convolution neural network as the core algorithm to realize the function of real-time monitoring and reminding users. Using Spring MVC framework technology, a pig intelligent classification monitoring system based on C/S architecture is developed. Three layer architecture model of presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer is used. Neural network algorithm is embedded in the image processing module, and Netty framework is used to maintain the connection between each module. Field experiments show that the recognition accuracy of the system can reach 97.08%. This system can be used as a reference for the design of pig intelligent classification monitoring system, and provide a reference for the design of related systems.

There are various methods for creating web applications. Each of these methods has different levels of performance. This factor is measurable at every level of the application. The performance of the frontend layer depends on the response time from individual endpoint of the used API (Application Programming Interface). The way the data access will be programmed at a specific endpoint, therefore, determines the performance of the entire application. There are many programming methods that are often time-consuming to implement. This article presents a comparison of the available methods of handling the persistence layer in relation to the efficiency of their implementation.

Microbial biofilms are heterogeneous, moving and constantly changing communities of microorganisms, often of various taxons. Approaches to study and assessment anti-biofilm drugs widely available today do not adequately assess their effects, while the results of studying the interaction of drugs with components of the film composition can provide them the right choice. The aim of investigation was to test a new method of morphological evaluation of biofilms. To form biofilms, we used an approach when the slide was placed at an angle of 30o-45o relatively to the Petri dish, and a suspension of test strains S. epidermidis in peptone broth was poured into the space between the Petri dish and the slide. A sterile cotton swab moistened with distilled water was placed next to the glass slide to create optimal humidity. The system was placed in a thermostat for 24 hours. The formed films were examined under a microscope using the DCM 310 video eyepiece and the Scope photo x86,3.1.312 program that allowed to conduct a complete morphometric study of the film: select layers, channels, cavities and make measurements, and then save the results on electronic media in jpg file format. Microscopy of the stained slides revealed that the biofilm has a layered structure. In each image obtained using a video eyepiece, it was possible to differentiate 4 layers. From the border of the two media to the inside: the fragmentation layer, the dense layer, the matrix substance layer, and the last one - the persistence layer. Channels of different diameters (from 10 to 24 microns) are observed across the entire thickness of the biofilm. Thus, used approach allows us to visualize and evaluate the structure of microbial biofilm, measure the thickness of layers and channel diameters. In addition, this method can be used to study the effect of antimicrobial drugs on bacterial films.

They are bridged to the present models of SaaS and serverless computing, through the introduction of two new stateful beans, StreamBean and EventBean, for functional, reactive and Cloud based automated persistence with the ability to implement any design pattern template with the Bean.This paper is on the transition from imperative programming in SQL to a NoSQL based serverless design with automation of the persistence layer in the cloud.

Considering the evolution of the semantic wiki engine on-based platforms, two main approaches could be distinguished: Ontologies for Wikis (OfW) and Wikis for Ontologies (WfO). OfW vision requires the existing ontologies to be imported. Most of them use the Resource Description Framework (RDF-based) systems in conjunction with the standard Structured Query Language (SQL) database to manage and query semantic data. But, relational database is not an ideal type of storage for semantic data. A more natural data model for Semantic MediaWiki (SMW) is RDF, a data format that organizes information in graphs rather than in fixed database tables. This paper presents an ontology on-based architecture, which aims to implement this idea. The Architecture mainly includes three-layered functional architecture: Web User Interface Layer, Semantic Layer, and Persistence Layer.

Semantic technologies have been studied and used in different areas of computer science. E-learning has been one of this, but the most frequent use of semantic technologies in this discipline has been in the extraction and indexing of contents, like forums, blogs, learning objects etc. The research presented in this paper aims at taking advantage of semantic technologies in a different way respect to the mainstream use that has been done in the past. This new approach refers to the use of semantic technologies in the management of the persistence layer of Learning Management Systems (LMS), i.e., where all the contents are stored. Our research follows the idea of using semantics technologies as a support, if not an entire replacement, of the backend and persistence mechanisms of LMSs. As a testbed, we will present the design and early results of the application of this approach to the persistence layer of a Virtual Communities System, where these technologies will enriched the platform to address two fundamental issues: a) entities disambiguation and identification inside the persisted objects b) adding new features to the platform without refactoring it.

The existing web frameworks focused on the encapsulation of bottom technical, could not commendably support large granularity and lack corresponding mechanism in terms of reusability and maneuverability.In the current study, a new web application framework NSSH was developed from by SSH frameworks.The new framework with characteristic of large granularity and high level reusability separated and encapsulated the presentation layer,business layer and data persistence layer,simplified the development of Web application,improved the usability, reliability and extendibility.Based on the design of NSSH,the application development platform was put forward which make the web application developer free from heavy low level code programming works and be able to pay more attention to the description of business logic and definition of user interface.The practice had proved that NSSH was applicable for developing large-scale web application by enhancing the efficiency of those complex systems.
