The appreciation system of art works is a system that combines art with computer. It can realize the appreciation and appreciation of art works through computer, so that more people can come into contact with art works and improve people’s appreciation ability and spiritual and cultural life level of art works. The system is an application system based on Web application program and running under Windows system. The whole project development framework is a popular web framework. It is an application-oriented system constructed by using java development language, Oracle database as data storage support in persistence layer, Tomcat as application server and JSP technology. The function of the system is mainly divided into two parts. The administrator part only realizes the operation of adding, modifying and deleting the relevant information of the art works, including the detailed information of the works, the relevant information of the painter, the background art management and comment management of the art works, and the user information management; In the user part, it mainly realizes the functions of browsing, understanding and learning art works, and increases the functions of attention and comment on works. After development and debugging, the system runs normally, all functions of the administrator side are basically realized, and relevant operations can be carried out; The functions of the client are basically all realized. Users can choose some functions of the system according to their preferences.

When identifying the enterprise database data information, the enterprise database operational dimension measurement platform based on the bilinear method will produce ringing or overshoot effect, the database data monitoring effect is poor as well as the accuracy of operation measurement. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method to build an enterprise level database operation and maintenance measurement platform based on bidirectional coupling algorithm. Build enterprise database operation measurement platform. The enterprise database monitoring platform is connected with the monitoring database by remote database chain. The Oracle database job scheduling method is used to obtain the monitoring index information in the monitored database, and the database memory performance is comprehensively evaluated by MPI (Memory Perform Index). The platform uses semantic capture layer and related analysis layer to distinguish user behavior, analyze user experience satisfaction, and realize the operation measurement of enterprise level database. The experimental results show that the operational measurement platform built by this method has high throughput, low memory occupancy rate, high measurement accuracy and good user experience.

Due to the discontinuity of support for one of the database versions most used by organizations, Oracle Database 11g, it is important that companies that still use this version, pay attention to the next upgrade from Oracle. This work was elaborated by means of exploratory research, using as methods and research techniques the documentary and bibliographic analysis, with the purpose of providing steps with techniques and methods of how to proceed with two oracle projects, one of migration from the Linux operating system Red Hat 4.4.7-3 for Oracle Linux 7.7, and a version upgrade from Oracle Database 11g to Oracle Database 19c, presenting strategies using tools and following Oracle's recommendations. This study was built based on real demands that companies have been facing with this great dilemma, the discontinuity of support for the Oracle database 11g version. The observed results were, official support from Oracle, architectural change in order to be prepared for a supposed intervention with updating and migration of services to the cloud.

Oracle is one of the largest vendors and the best DBMS solution of Object Relational DBMS in the IT world. Oracle Database is one of the three market-leading database technologies, along with Microsoft SQL Server's Database and IBM's DB2. Hence in this paper, we have tried to answer the million-dollar question “What is user’s responsibility to harden the oracle database for its security?” This paper gives practical guidelines for hardening the oracle database, so that attacker will be prevented to get access into the database. The practical lookout for protecting TNS, Accessing Remote Server and Prevention, Accessing Files on Remote Server, Fetching Environment Variables, Privileges and Authorizations, Access Control, writing security policy, Database Encryption, Oracle Data Mask, Standard built in Auditing and Fine Grained Auditing (FGA) is illustrated with SQL syntax and executed with suitable real life examples and its output is tested and verified. This structured method acts as Data Invictus wall for the attacker and protect user’s database.

<p>In recent years, the DWD has significantly expanded free access to its climate observations. A first step was a simple FTP site with the possibility to download archives with different data categories, e.g. national and international station-based meteorological data, derived parameters, gridded products, and special categories like phenological data. The data are based on the DWD's observation systems for Germany as well as on the DWD's international activities.</p><p>Based on the consistent implementation of OGC standards, an interactive and user-friendly access to the data has been created with the development of the DWD climate portal.</p><p>In addition to browsing, previewing, running basic analysis and downloading the data, the available OGC services enable users to set up their own services on the DWD data. Along with the free and extended access to the data and services, the users' demands on the availability, quality, and detail of the metadata also increased significantly. Maintaining and linking metadata to the opendata and services remains a challenge. However, INSPIRE and WIGOS are paving the way to a unified solution and overcoming the problems.</p><p>Another challenging requirement was to provide interactive access to long time series from gridded products to the users. To accomplish this, we have moved away from a previously file-based approach to storing the raster data as a georaster in an Oracle database. This design allows us a combined analysis of raster and station data not only in the climate data portal but also in the central climate database.</p><p>The presentation will provide a technical and functional overview of the DWD climate data portal.</p>

This study aims to create an integrated geographical information system (GIS) database of natural resources represented by mining activities in the Red Sea area in Sudan. GIS is a vital tool to help the decision-makers in managing and classifying these resources in terms of quantity and quality within the concept of sustainable development. The paper extracts some models of investment map indicators. In addition to that, it conducts a study and research aimed at developing a mineral resources management and discovering and identifying the new areas of mineral wealth in GIS database. The motivation of this study stems from the fact that countries with these types of wealth can greatly grow their gross domestic product (GDP) through the optimum management and governance. Most of the least development countries (LDC) can focus on the search for alternative natural resources (beside other conventional resources, i.e., agriculture) to support their economy. Red Sea region is one of the great regions full of natural and mineral resources (specifically gold and minerals), beside its strategic location on the way of most of the global trade transaction path. This paper designs and implements GIS multiple database layers. The multiple layers were modelled to overcome the technical difficulties that result from processing of large quantities of tempospatial information. The database was built by using an Oracle database system due to its capability of multilayer design.
