This article aims to review the implementation of Fatwa No. 21 / DSN-MUI / X / 2001 concerning General Guidelines for Sharia Insurance in Insurance Institutions. Sharia life insurance is a type of life insurance whose application is based on the provisions of Islam. PT. Prudential Life Assurance is a sharia life insurance company. In carrying out its activities to develop customer funds, PT. Prudential Life Assurance invests. In practice, the investment and insurance percentage determination is carried out unilaterally by the agent. Determining the percentage of this investment will affect customers' cash value claims that do not match the illustration. More specifically, in this connection, the author will analyze two aspects. First, the analysis of Fatwa No.21 / DSN-MUI / X / 2001 regarding the General Guidelines for Islamic Insurance on the implementation of the investment system at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Ponorogo Branch? Second, the analysis of Fatwa No.21 / DSN-MUI / X / 2001 regarding the General Guidelines for Islamic Insurance on the payment of cash value claims for customers at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Ponorogo Branch? The author's type of research is field research using qualitative methods, while the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The analysis used uses the deductive method, namely a discussion that begins with presenting arguments, theories or provisions that are general and then put forward a specific fact. From this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the investment system at PT. Prudential Life Assurance at the Ponorogo branch is only limited to administration. Where the agent determines the percentage of insurance and investment unilaterally to get a hefty fee, this is not following the DSN fatwa No.21 / DSN-MUI / X / 2001, which reads "investment must be made under sharia." Meanwhile, regarding the payment of cash value claims from customers that do not match the illustration, it follows the DSN fatwa No.21 / DSN-MUI / X / 2001, which reads "different claims in the amount according to the premium paid."Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi Fatwa No. 21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 tentang Pedoman Umum Asuransi Syariah Pada Lembaga Perasuransian. Asuransi jiwa syariah adalah jenis asuransi jiwa yang penerapannya berdasarkan ketentuan Islam. PT. Prudential Life Assurance adalah perusahaan asuransi jiwa syariah. Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya untuk mengembangkan dana nasabah, PT. Prudential Life Assurance berinvestasi. Pertama, analisis Fatwa No.21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 tentang Pedoman Umum Asuransi Syariah Tentang Penerapan Sistem Investasi Pada PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Ponorogo? Kedua, Analisis Fatwa No.21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 tentang Pedoman Umum Asuransi Syariah Tentang Pembayaran Klaim Nilai Tunai Bagi Nasabah Pada PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Ponorogo?

The relevance of the topic of development of theoretical and methodological approaches to investment system regulation under influence of unproductive capital outflow is justified by significance of financial capital movements from groups of countries to others, caused by inappropriate institutional support for strategic investments. Aim of the proposed research is the development of methodological approaches to study and regulation of investment system development that allow to provide analysis of actual modern tendencies of investment system development, to estimate the influence of capital outflow on financial provision of investment process and to design regulating framework for shortening of unproductive financial capital outflow. The work is dedicated to research of theoretical, methodological and applicable basis of investment system development regulation in aspect of reducing of unproductive financial capital outflow with calculation of possible effect from involvement of reduced volumes of capital outflow into investment process. The research methodology, which is based on sustainable development and principle of balance of the stakeholders’ interests, includes approaches of system, theoretical and empirical analysis that allows us to identify the sense and structure of investment system in a sample of Ukraine and other 11 countries. Due to the statistical and econometric methods the estimation of the dynamics and regularities of capital investments are explored and the role of financial capital outflow in economic development of the country is estimated as percentage of GDP and as potential implicit resource that can be involved in investment process. The authors propose the methodology of investment system research and regulating from positions of institutional support embittering for renewal of invested capital and for attraction of new strategic investors. The provided systematization of theoretical positions in the sphere of investments and capital migration allows to obtain the definition of sense of investment system, to discover the regularities of its development and to identify the phenomenon of unproductive outflow of financial capital. It is found that the main criteria of unproductivity of capital outflow is excess of losses and expenses for national economy, caused by such migration of resources, under possible benefits. Conclusion. The hypothesis of existence of direct positive dependence of unproductive outflow of financial capital from growth of the national economic is proved in a sample of Ukraine due to the use of empirical statistical study method. It is identified that the key factor that provokes capital outflow is inappropriate institutional support for strategic investments. The proposed model of estimation of correlation between capital investments and value added allows to calculate the possible economic, social, and budgetary effect from involving into economy of Ukraine investments saved from outflow, that can result in more than 22.6 bln USD of value added growth.

Background: Globalised and industrialised food systems contribute to human and planetary health challenges, such as food insecurity, malnutrition, and climate change. International trade and investment can serve as a barrier or enabler to food system transformations that would improve health and environmental outcomes. Methods: This article used health impact assessment (HIA) to analyse what we know, what we don’t know, and what we don’t know we don’t know about the role that trade and investment might play in food system transformations to improve human and planetary health. Results: Evidence exists for the link between trade and investment and the spread of unhealthy food commodities, efforts to impede nutrition labelling, and increased concentration of ultra-processed food and beverage product companies. The role of trade and investment in the reduction of animal sources in human diets is emerging and may include challenging measures that restrict the use of terms like ‘milk’ and ‘burger’ in plant-based alternatives and the promotion of plant-based foods through non-tariff barriers and targeted efforts at regulatory harmonisation. Trade disputes may serve as the forum for battles around state discrepancies in the safety and acceptability of technological innovation in the food supply, as was the case with hormone treated beef between the European Union (EU) and the United States. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) obligations are unambitious but represent welcome progress in balancing public and private interests. Finally, introducing greater policy flexibility, transparency, and participation provides opportunities to shape a modern trade and investment system that can respond to future food system challenges in a timely fashion. Conclusion: Research at the intersection of trade and investment and food systems should address emergent food systems issues, particularly those that intersect health and climate, while policy efforts should be future-proofing the flexibility of the trade and investment system to enable food system design that supports improved human and planetary health outcomes.
