This research surveyed and mapped the juvenile delinquency risk areas in Bangkok, to establish environmental development measures to reduce the risk. This qualitative research was conducted in the Geographic Information System area using surveys of Bangkok Metropolitan Police Divisions 1–9, 36 in-depth interviews with non-commissioned and commissioned police officers and two official seminars. Finally, the research results were used to develop an online map in the Google Maps system. The analysis of the environmental problems of the juvenile delinquency areas' survey map revealed four main juvenile crimes: 1) drugs, 2) property3) assaultand4) motorcycle drag racing; they also identified 30 risks areas most of which were slums, secluded alleys with inadequate lighting, entertainment venues, and convenience stores open 24 hours a day.

At a cyclist drag racing champions greatly affect the speed of the bike, especially on the use of racing bike helmets. If the aerodynamic force from the racing bike helmet is getting smaller than the use of helmets on the bike racing will be more optimal and will affect the rate of the racer. In this study, numerical simulations were used to investigate the magnitude of the drag force that occurs around the surface of the helmet. With CFD software, 4 variations of attack angle 0°, 10°, 20° and 30° and variations of Reynold number 7.14x104, 1.00x105, and 1.16x105 are simulated to determine the flow characteristics of each state. The simulation results show that large area vortex is formed at the bottom of the helmet curve and dominates at the attack angle 30°. The result of the drag coefficient generated at the angle of attack 0° to 20° tends to decrease but at the attack angle 200 and 30° the drag coefficient increases.

Drag racing is a type of motor racing in which automobiles or motorcycles (usually specially prepared for the purpose) compete, usually two at a time, to be first to cross a set finish line. Drag racing has existed in both street racing and regulated motorsport forms since automobiles and motorcycles were developed. Few youth in Bangalore resort to street racing form at nights in peripheral ring road, which is illegal. Here, we are presenting a case of a 19yr old boy, who died at a drag race finishing line. The present case emphasizes the need for regulating drag racing in India and to form strict guidelines for the same.
