Purpose–This study is to explore a way toretainthe strengths and eliminatethe weaknesses of the existingarchitecture oflocal OS and cloud OS,then create an innovativeone, which is referredto as semi-network OS architecture.Method–The elements of semi-network OS architecture includes networkresources, localresources, and semi-mobile hardware resources; among them, networkresources are the expanded portionof OS, which is used to ensure the scalability of OS; local resources are the base portion of OS, which is used to ensure the stability of local computing, as well as the autonomy of user operations; the semi-mobile hardware resource is OSPU, which is used to ensure the positioning and security of dataflow.Results–Thefat client OS relies on the network shared resources,local exclusive resources,and semi-mobilehardware resources (OSPU), not relies solely on a single resource, to perform its tasks on a fat client, in thisarchitecture, most of the system files of OS on a fat client isderived from OS server, which is a network shared resources, and the rest of system files of OS is derived from OSPUof a fat client, which is a non-network resource, so the architecture of OShas "semi-network" attribute, wherein the OSPU is a key subordinate component for data processing and security verification,the OS server is a storage place rather than operating a placeof system files, and system files that stored on a server can only be downloaded to a fat client to carry out their mission.Conclusion–A complete OS is divided into base portion and expanded portion, and this "portion" division of OS enables a fat client to be dually supported by remote network resources and local non-network resources, therefore, it is expected to make a fat client more flexible, safer and more reliable, and more convenient to be operated.

The process of freezing fish always requires a cooler as a temporary storage place for fish. The ability of the storage to maintain cold temperatures is a serious problem to be considered so that the freshness of the fish can be maintained. Therefore, an appropriate technology is required to support the cold chain system so that fish quality can be maintained. The purpose of this study was to test the thermal conductivity of composite materials for fish storage insulation from a mixture of rice husks and polyurethane so that the price of the box can be reduced but still maintain the quality of the fish. The composition of the composite material was made with a volume ratio of 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:1.5, and 1:2. The thermal conductivity test of the material uses the ASTM E1225-99 standard. All test results were compared with 100% polyurethane material. The results of testing the thermal conductivity of 100% polyurethane material obtained 0.023 W/m.C. From all the test results, the material that is most likely to be applied to fish cooler box insulation is a 1:1 composition having a thermal conductivity value of 0.067W/m.C. Materials with this composition do not affect the expansion of the polyol and isocyanate reactions. This composition is the most economical to be used as insulation for fish storage boxes which can save the use of polyurethane by 50%.

General Store is one of the important sections in Hotels that are included in the accounting Deparment. A general store is a storage place for all operational items of the hotel. Each hotel makes its own efforts to keep the inventory of the hotel which will become the guest necessities. This research aims to know what efforts are made to maintain the quality of hotel operational goods through the role of the general store section at The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta. Is in accordance with the standard or does not give special treatment to the operational goods (ignored). The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews. Interviews were conducted with general store staff, cost control staff, and trainees of food beverages at The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta. The results of the research show that The Hotel Phoenix Yogyakarta made positive efforts that can reduce damage to goods stored in the general store and always ensure the goods that come to the guests are in good condition so that guests will feel satisfied.

Pharmaceutical specialists play the leading role providing informations and recommendations how to use drugs. In national regulatory instruments have requirements to implement pharmaceutical information and counseling. Besides pharmacists, patients can get advice of medical specialists who prescrib drug therapy. So, a patient is informed on the rational using medicine by 2 specialists. In such a situation, is important to division the areas of responsibility in the explaining the rules of use of drugs. The Purpose of the Study. Analysis of the legal framework in the field of consulting the patient during medicines sales. A readiness pharmaceutical specialist to provide informations prescribed medicines in accordance with the law has been assessed. Material and methods. An assessment of the regulatory framework for pharmaceutical information and counseling services was given. Questionnaire face-to-face survey of 154 pharmaceutical workers of the Novgorod region was carried out and the readiness was analyzed their readiness to provide information and counseling services in case of saling a prescribed drug according to the legislation. Results. Almost 30,0 % of pharmacy workers indicated that it is not always necessary to explain a doses of medicine, as this information is communicated to a patient by a doctor. 13.63% of respondents, releasing a drug prescribed by a doctor, always report information on the conditions of its storage place, the rest is given only in case if a buyer requires or if it is necessary to observe a special temperature for drug storage. At the same time, 22,73% of pharmaceutical chemists always inform patients about possible drug interactions. Conclusion. During the study, problems were identified in the implementation of the labor function to provide information services by pharmacy workers.

Abstract Giuseppe Ros, an Italian diplomat in China during the period of the Republic of China (1912–1949), was famed for his book collection, which was very rich but only seen by few. During the years of turmoil in China, Ros’s collection went through great hardship and was lost, remaining an unsolved issue today, it could not be found anymore in its entirety. Nevertheless, according to the diaspora course of the collection, the overview and the storage place of the collection at present can still be speculated at a certain extent of precision. After years of study the author has come up with the conclusion that Ros’s collection can be grouped into five categories: 1) The earlier collection, stored in the National Library in Beijing, made up of books written in foreign languages; 2) A number of Chinese maps of the collection are retained in Dalian Library; 3) Ros’s partial collections stored in Guangzhou, now conserved in Guangzhou and Taiwan; 4) A special section on Hainan historical data is kept in the Sun Yat-sen Library in Guangzhou; 5) Scattered parts of the collection are currently stored outside China. This paper offers an insight on the usually neglected figure of Giuseppe Ros by outlining the main features of his outstanding collection of books.

Useful data sets can be used as information to solve problems or share knowledge with others. In the case of companies implementing the new system, many input errors, or not knowing the workflow of the program, are experienced repeatedly by the same person or people in the same department. Besides that, with the entry of new employees, it takes time to adapt and how to solve the problem. To solve it, a place is needed to record problems and their solutions, or share knowledge, both for old and new employees as 'First Aid'. Knowledge Management System application is expected to help solve the problems as a place to collect data which contains errors, cause and solving; business flow; user authorization; etc. The data used, using data from a collection of tickets, personal messages or e-mail, and knowledge owned by the user, will be entered into the database as a storage place for knowledge. In the input process, each word will be broken down based on the character 'space', tokenizing, filtering, and VSM and then entered into the database. Users can search for information or knowledge by entering keywords or sentences according to user needs, then the input will be processed by tokenizing, filtering, and calculating the length using VSM. After getting the input length, the results will use the TF-IDF algorithm and cosine similarity, and the system will display the results in list form and see the details if the results from the list are selected.

A process behind the realization of the design of a lightweight combat vehicle, of course there is a designer thinking idea, and it becomes an interesting meaning when described through the reading of the ideas and ideas that accompany the prototype work. The research method used is deductive descriptive research methodology, descriptive research is intended to provide an idea that supporting creativity can be used to apply the concept of creative thinking in an effort to generate ideas in product design, and provide the idea that the same system can also be used as a storage place for knowledge from ideas. the idea. Deductive research, research that starts from several theories, namely the theory of product development, innovation and creative thinking theory, then develops the three concepts and applies the concepts to draw conclusions. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif deduktif, penelitian deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran bahwa kreativitas pendukung dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menerapkan konsep berpikir kreatif dalam upaya menghasilkan gagasan dalam desain produk, dan memberikan gagasan bahwa sistem yang sama dapat dimanfaatkan juga sebagai tempat penyimpanan pengetahuan dari ide-ide tersebut. Penelitian deduktif, penelitian yang dimulai dari beberapa teori yaitu teori tentang pengembangan produk, inovasi dan teori berpikir kreatif, kemudian mengembangkan konsep ketiganya dan menerapkan konsep untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Illegal possession of water transport and theft (stealing) of sea or river vessels as a kind of criminal business is almost as profitable as illegal possession of motor transport. The nature of the group with a clear planning, the hierarchy of the participants and the distribution of roles often characterize such crimes. However, the investigation of such crimes in practice causes difficulties involved, including the fact that most of them are made without witnesses by virtue of localization of water transport facilities. In this regard, the establishment and analysis of the elements of the forensic characteristics of such crimes as the systems of information about the forensically significant signs of this category of criminal offenses, and the logical connections between them, which contribute to the effective solution of the problems of investigation, seems relevant. The method of illegal possession of water transport, as a key element of the forensic characteristics, is characterized by the presence of a thorough preparatory stage, which includes the establishment of the characteristics of the storage place of the water vehicle, the selection of tools and technical means for entering the storage facility (parking, mooring), its transportation, etc. The characteristic features of the offender is the presence of certain watercraft management skills, knowledge of its technical equipment and operating features. Most of these crimes are committed in groups. Between the personality of the offender and the victim, the presence of certain ties (professional, personal, friendship, kinship, etc.) is often stated. The characteristics of a typical trace pattern of the thefts under consideration are determined by the specifics of the environment in which they were committed. Since the overwhelming majority of such crimes are committed in poorly populated places and places with little infrastructure, not ideal (testimony of the victim, eyewitnesses), but material traces (traces of weapons, criminals, video recordings, etc.) acquire special significance for the investigation. The situation of the crime characterize the place and time of the commission. Basically, the thieves of water transport are activated at night (with the onset of dusk) on the territory of hangars, garages, summer cottages, sheds, berths, parking lots, piers, bases of security firms, places of storage or temporary stay, etc. Obviously, most of all boats are abducted from unguarded objects.

Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan tingkat pertama yang dapat membantu mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal serta memiliki peran penting dalam pelaksanaan rekam medis (Kepmenkes RI, 2009). Puskemas Alai merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Padang. Puskesmas Alai dalam memberikan layanan asuhan Kesehatan kepada masyarakat selalu menggunakan berkas rekam medis sebagai tempat penyimpan informasi pasien. Berdasarkan Permenkes No.269/MENKES/PER/III/2008 Tentang Rekam Medis maka dinyatakan rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Berkas rekam medis tersebut harus dapat disimpan dengan baik agar Ketika dibutuhkan lagi bisa didapatkan dengan efektif dan efisien dan kemanan berkas rekam medis tersebut bisa terjaga dengan baik. Untuk penyimpanan berkas rekam medis agar sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditentukan maka dibutuhkan rak penyimpanan yang mampu menyimpan semua berkas rekam medis. Menurut Internasional Federation of Health Record Organization (IFHRO) kebutuhan rak rekam medis dapat dianalisis. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut maka Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini merupakan sosialisasi tentang metode analisa penghitungan kebutuhan rak rekam medis di Puskesmas Alai. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi bagian rekam medis dalam kegiatan pengadaan kebutuhan rak rekam medis pada Puskesmas Alai Padang. Puskesmas Alai in providing health care services to the community always uses medical record files as a storage place for patient information. The medical record files must be able to be stored properly so that when needed again they can be obtained effectively and efficiently and the safety of the medical record files can be maintained properly. For storing medical record files to conform to predetermined standards, a storage rack is needed which can store all medical record files. According to the International Federation of Health Record Organization (IFHRO) the need for medical record racks can be analyzed. Based on this explanation, this Community Service Activity (PKM) is a socialization of the analysis method for calculating the need for medical record racks at Alai Public Health Center. The results of this outreach activity can be used as input for the medical record section in the procurement of medical record racks at Alai Padang Health Center. In this research, the design of innovative promotional packaging made of carton, which was made from the invasive, non-native acacia is presented. The entire planning process was based on the principle of ecological design. One of the main objectives was to create an innovative and versatile ecological product, a calendar that does not require any adhesive in its composition. The basic, mechanical, surface and structural properties of the ecological carton with a high grammage made of acacia compared them with the most commonly used one-side coated white cardboard made of wood fibres has been analysed. The result of this work is the environmentally friendly multi-purpose promotional packaging, the calendar, which could also be used as a storage place for pens and other office supplies.
