Internal conversion of the anionic GFP chromophore: in and out of the I-twisted S1/S0 conical intersection seam

The Z–E photoisomerization quantum yield of the HBDI− chromophore is a result of early, non-statistical dynamics around a less reactive I-twisted intersection and later, statistical behavior around the more reactive, near-enantiomeric counterpart.

Statistical dynamism of the city clinical hospital in the city of Vladimir in the provision of emergency first aid in the period from 2007 to 2016

This article examines «City Clinical Emergency Hospital» of the city of Vladimir efficiency statistical dynamics. The main idea is in understanding that the quality of surgical patients care directly dependents on the time limit. Evaluation of the effectiveness of emergency medical care by Vladimir CCH ES allows seeing the demand from the population. The author’s attention is paid to the selective study in dynamics for 10 years, which indicates that the mortality of patients admitted to surgical departments in the first day from the onset of the disease, and patients admitted later than 24 hours increased in comparison with previous years. It is obvious that the level of lethality of patients with acute surgical pathology is influenced by the time of admission to the hospitals which largely determine the prognosis and outcome of diseases.

STATISTICAL SIMULATION OF FIBRE STRAIGHTENING DYNAMICS IN CARDING ON ROLLER MACHINE

The article analyses the straightening of fibres in the working areas of roller carding machines. The initial assumptions and parameters are given, which were used to develop a computer model for statistical simulation of the process, taking into account the elastic-viscous properties of fibres and their interaction with neighbouring fibres, based on the methods of statistical dynamics. The dynamics of changes in the straightening of the fibres depending on their initial straightening and the number of passes of the fibres through the working zones are studied. It is established that the partial restoration of the tortuosity of the fibres due to their elasticity does not allow for their complete straightening, regardless of the number of repeated passes of the working areas of the machine.

Analysis of the own capital of Ukrainian enterprises and features of its management in the conditions of the new economy of the global market

The article notes that the concept of "equity" in the studied literature is considered from the standpoint of economic, accounting, legal and financial management. The analysis of the dynamics and structureof the balance sheet of enterprises by type of economic activity of Ukraine for six years shows an increase inthe balance sheet currency by 90%. An analysis of the statistical dynamics of changes in the structure ofequity of enterprises by type of economic activity of Ukraine over six years shows that since 2014 the structure of registered capital, additional capital has changed dramatically and there is uncovered loss, which hasa negative tendency to increase. The low value of retained earnings and the emergence of losses justifiesthe need for an effective system of equity management, because it is due to this component there is the increase in equity and expansion of economic activity. Tasks for effective management of own capital of enterprises have been defined. The stages of the system of effective equity management of enterprises havebeen proposed.
