The multidimensional integral equation of second kind with a homogeneous of degree (−n) kernel is considered. The special class of continuous functions with a given asymptotic behavior in the neighborhood of zero is defined. It is proved that, if the free term of the integral equation belongs to this class and the equation itself is solvable, then its solution also belongs to this class. To solve this problem, a special research technique is used. The above-mentioned technique is based on the decomposition of both the solution and the free term in spherical harmonics.

Public support is one of the major challenges for maintaining a sustainable nuclear power program for any country. Although Bangladesh’s decision to build its maiden nuclear power plant (NPP) has received significant scholarly attention, the study regarding public perception is largely ignored. To fill this gap, this study investigated how Bangladeshis view the government’s decision to build NPPs. The study evaluated Bangladeshi youth’s knowledge, belief, and attitude toward the development of nuclear power. Applying the survey research technique, we found that 49% of the 450 respondents were positive toward NPPs, while 12% had no idea about NPPs. Women, in comparison to men, were found to have less knowledge of nuclear energy. Additionally, 41% of the respondents believed that the decision for establishing the country’s first NPP at Rooppur was right. However, 54% of the respondents expressed concerns over the safety, security, and sustainability of NPPs. Most importantly, a significant distrust among the respondents was observed in the capability of the regulator and operator for maintaining the NPP in a safe, secured, and sustainable manner. The study concludes that more policy actions are necessary to increase public support for nuclear power.

The article focuses on the origins and evolution of the Indo-Persian decoration "Paisley," as well as the use of this flowery linear pattern on textiles such as shawls, table wraps, and carpets. Paisley has gone through many stages in its evolution, including the Iranian art period and the Indo-Subcontinent phase (Mughal era). The intrinsic nature of the decoration is shown via a comparative research technique that defines Indo-Persian motif features. This article looked at the primary ornamental elements of the paisley pattern, which are floral and geometrical in nature, and how they are used in Iran and Kashmir. Finally, this article discusses how, because of Paisley's growing and blooming character, it is often a prominent ornament in the most important works of enrichment and plays an accentuation role in the decoration of textile surfaces. Paisley, a masterpiece, is especially linked to techniques for conveying the aesthetic brilliance of the pattern used in many cultures.

In this study we applied the sociometric research technique of the student class to identify the sociometric status of students characterized as victims of bullying. The sociometric position and the perception of the bullying victim status were tested by applying the sociometric test on a sample of 31 students in a humanities class (11th) of a high school in Brăila, Romania. The results of the self-esteem measuring instrument were also used by applying the Rosenberg technique. The results of the study showed that there was a visible difference between the rejected number 6 (Isp = 0.4), for which 2 votes and 14 rejections were expressed and the rejected number 2, chosen by 3 colleagues and rejected by 4 (Isp = -0.03). Also, the grouping of those with Isp = 0 in the category of the indi ff erent ones

Prosopography, otherwise known as collective biography, is a method that has been widely used by historians but is less well known as a sociological research technique. In this article, we review definitions and uses of prosopography, its advantages and limitations. We describe steps in the method with reference to a study of the Beechworth Asylum cricket team in rural Victoria, Australia, and show the extent of members’ involvement with activities in the town. Prosopography is shown to be a useful tool for sociological research, while findings of the study add to the limited literature about staff in Australian asylums.
