This article presents the simulation of operation of 10 MHz resonance frequency quartz crystal microblance device QCM in case of fluid domain (blood, water, high viscosity fluid …). Because QCM device operates in piezoelectric substrate, simulation has to use the structure-electric couple field element (SOLID 226). Determination of behaviors of device in the case of fluid domain is important for applications. Couple field method (structure-fluid) including finite element method and computational fluid dynamic method was used to determine output signals. The loading quantitative method on surface’s devices was built for the applications in biological and chemical sensors.

Based on ANSYS, a finite elements method study is conducted on couple fields of fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger. On the basis on the calculating results, the paper tries to analyze and evaluate the reliability and parameter sensitivity of the couple field of fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger, so as to present references for the reliable design on the intensity of mechanical equipments.

In this paper, a two-dimensional axisymmetric thermal stress coupling model of mechanical seal’s rotator and stator components was established by ADINA, simplification and appropriate boundary constrained condition of stator and rotator was obtained by analyzing the contact state among the seal rings. It’s shown that the contact surface is equivalent to a resource of constant thermal, temperature of contact surface rises step by step and the location of the maximum temperature getting close to the midpoint within the contact surface according to the sliding time, the temperature gradient decrease along the worksheet so that the temperature decrease accordingly in a parabolic isogram.

In the friction stir welding process, a nonuniform and high generated temperature is undesirable. Unstable temperature and distribution affect thermal and residual stresses along the welding line, thus necessitating mitigation. This paper presents a simple method to prevent significant temperature difference along the welding line and also to help nullifying some defect types associated with this welding, such as end-hole, initial unwelded line, and deformed areas. In the experimental investigation, a heat and force thermocouple and dynamometer were utilized while couple-field thermomechanical models were used to evaluate temperature and its distribution, plastic strain, and material displacement. The suggested method generated uniform temperature distributions. Measurement results are discussed, showing a good correlation with predictions.

Electrode plate is a key component of membrane reflector which is light enough and deployable for launching into the space for large aperture telescope. But due to complexity of the control and structure design of electrostatic membrane reflector, it is difficult to begin the trial research. In this paper, firstly, the electrode plate type about the electrodes distribution is analyzed and designed. Then, ANSYS parametric design language is used to analyze the electrostatic-structure couple field in a numerical method and by which interval distances among the electrodes is determined. Finally, prototypes of the electrode plate and the electrostatic membrane reflector are manufactured. And the following work about the control and measurement of the stretched membrane shape shows the work in this paper is feasible and effective.
