The purpose of this study is to analyze policies on the prevention and handling of forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province and analyze the factors that influence the prevention and handling of forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province. The study used qualitative research methods, with research informants consisting of the Governor, the Head of the Forest Service, the Head of the Environmental Service, Community Leaders, and the people of Central Kalimantan Province. The data collection technique is done by observation, interview, and documentation study. At the same time, the data analysis used is an interactive model analysis consisting of data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2003 and Governor's Regulation No. 24 of 2017, the policy of preventing and handling forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province was carried out in two stages, namely the prevention policy and the policy of handling forest and land fires. However, in its implementation, it prioritizes the policy to extinguish forest and land fires because it has more economic, social, educational, and health impacts. Efforts to prevent and handle forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province are constrained by inadequate human resources, limited budget, and lack of facilities and infrastructure.

The management of zakat essentially covers the purposes and usefulness of communication. An informative, persuasive and entertained zakat message provides a person with the potential for zakah to believe it is an obligation. Furthermore, the sense of confidence that makes them stirred to practice and with pleasure and feel secure after the zakat fulfilled. The problems raised in this research are: 1) How is the communication strategy used by NF Zakat Center in collecting zakat in Central Kalimantan, then the next issue 2) How marketing activities conducted by NF Zakat Center, and 3) How NF Zakat Center utilize zakat to the mustahik. This type of research is a qualitative research conducted in two stages of preliminary research and advanced research. The data source of the researchers comes from a collection of NF Zakat Center archives. Data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data management techniques and data analysis is done to answer the questions.The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy implemented by NF Zakat Center in the effort to collect the funds of the people in the form of zakat, infaq and charity is through interpersonal communication in order to foster good relationship with muzakki, candidate muzakki and the mustahik. NF Zakat Center maximizes the collection efforts through online and online marketing activities by regularly to visit each others  and utilizing social media channels. The programs and activities of empowerment in strategic and targeted areas have a positive impact in supporting the efforts of raising people's funds by the NF Zakat Center in Central Kalimantan. Keywords: Communication Strategics and Zakat

AbstractBoteng Tunggul is one of the traditions of the East Lombok community which has unique wisdom values. This tradition is always carried out at the traditional ceremonies of the East Lombok people. In the process of implementing the Boteng Tunggul tradition, it becomes a tradition that has elements that can strengthen the civic culture in it. This research will explore the role of the boteng waiting tradition in strengthening the civic culture for the people of East Lombok. This study uses a qualitative approach to literature study methods. In this research, we will use the first data source. The data collection technique is done by using literature studies. In doing data analysis technique is done by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found the entanglement of the Boteng Tunggul tradition by strengthening the civic culture in the people of East Lombok. In the stump, boteng tradition becomes a culture that can sustain citizens in it as a form of realizing the identity of the indigenous people of Lombok. This tradition is always carried out by the people of East Lombok by instilling the values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, responsibility, and tolerance in it. As well as this has illustrated that the civic culture can be strengthened by preserving and advancing this tradition.---------------AbstrakBoteng Tunggul merupakan salah satu tradisi dari masyarakat Lombok timur yang memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Tradisi ini senantiasa dilaksanakan pada upacara adat masyarakat Lombok timur. Dalam proses pelaksanaan tradisi Boteng Tunggul menjadi tradisi memiliki unsur yang dapat memperkuat civic culture didalamnya. Penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi peran dari tradisi Boteng Tunggu untuk menguatkan civic culture bagi masyarakat Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif.  Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan sumber data pertama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan studi literatur. Dalam melakukan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan keterkaitan tradisi Boteng Tunggul  dengan memperkuat civic culture pada masyarakat Lombok Timur. Pada tradisi Boteng Tunggul menjadi kebudayaan yang dapat menopang warga negara didalamnya sebagai bentuk untuk mewujudkan identitas masyarakat adat Lombok. Tradisi ini selalu dilaksanakan masyarakat Lombok Timur dengan menanamkan nilai kebersamaan, gotong royong, tanggung jawab serta toleransi di dalamnya. Serta hal ini telah menggambarkan bahwa budaya kewarganegaraan dapat diperkuat dengan tetap melestarikan dan memajukan tradisi ini.

The tradition of deer hunting is an activity undertaken to catch deer using dog help, followed by many people and led by the handler. This paper is the result of a study that explores in depth the procession of deer hunting tradition, the meaning contained in deer hunting, and the public’s view of deer hunting activities in Kluet Tengah District. This research is a qualitative research and data collection technique is done through observation and interviews of key infomation which know about deer hunting tradition, such as deer handler, customary figures, adat leaders, community leaders, and experienced people and directly involved in the implementation deer hunting traditions, and literature studies. The results show that the hunting tradition is still frequently performed by the Kluet community, especially in the wake of the commemoration of the big days that will be carried out by the community. Hunting tradition also has taboos that must be obeyed by hunting members to avoid misfortune or misfortune. According to society’s perception, deer animals have guards in the form of spirits who have the power to wound anyone who harassed his home and animals. For this reason, before a hunting activity, the handler must perform several stages and ritual processes to ask not to be disturbed and given his animal. The process of burning keminjon, preparing tools, searching for perjak, seeking bekih, and profit sharing. The results of deer hunting are always shared with all the people present during the division process, although he did not participate in the hunt

One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.

The principle of good governance is difficult and controversial. Governance opens new space which provides a concept that allows us to discuss the role of government in coping with public issues and the contribution that other players may make. It opens one’s mind to the possibility that groups in society other than government. Good governance is responsive to the present and future needs of society. Strengthening local governance can be ensured through the importation of the component of good governance at the local level. This paper intent to  examine spaces where principles of good governance are required to apply to ensure better service delivery system at Union Parishad. This paper has been followed by social survey method. The data collection technique of this study has covered quantitative technique. Union Parishad as a local self government body ensuring community participations, people can approach and communicates clearly to their representatives and regularly issuing its progress report to the people for their transparency. Besides, dealing with convicted corruption was found most effective in manner.

This activity was motivated by the low economic status of the village community, which is located far from the center of the district capital. On the other hand, there is potential for the development of kelor (Moringa) in the village. This community service was carried out with the aim of improving the community's economy through Moringa agribusiness in Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunung Kidul Regency. This activity was carried out in January-June 2020, in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunungkidul Regency. This activity was attended by the people of Danyangan Hamlet, both men and women. The male participants were those who make a living as farmers. While the female participants were housewives who do not have any permanent livelihood. The number of primary participants were 10 people who were community leaders in Pilangrejo Village. The implementation stages of activities include kelor planting and seedling, training on post-harvest processing, and providing production tool. The implementation of this activity is based on subsystems in agribusiness, namely the upstream (input) subsystem, on-farm subsystem and downstream subsystem. The results of this activity can be said that the piloting of Moringa agribusiness can be one solution that can be done in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Gunung Kidul Regency. The benefits that can be obtained in this activity include the sale of Moringa powder and the use of Moringa as the main menu in the community's food pattern.

Indonesia Society is currently faced with a moral crisis, whether it occurs in young children, adults up to the parents. Morale is greatly needed by the community, in the form of religious humanist communities that are far from the attitude of rebellion, criminality, and selfishness. However, the reality as it is still far from the expectations of society. This is due to many things one of which is a lack of awareness in education, parenting parents are not good, and the bad environment. This is contrary to the notion of humanistic education. Humanistic Education upholds human values capable mencipkan dynamic society there is no issue that destroys human dignity. In this case, the author want to learn about the development of the religious humanist education in the community. The point of this study was Tegalrejo Datinawong district, Tripe regency, Lamongan. Community development humanist religious: first, the people who develop humanity values (honesty, compassion, fairness and mutual respect) and remain in a religious framework in accordance with religious values (habluhablum, hablu minal nature and habluminallah), Second, deciding religious humanist communities were starting from community leaders or leaders who were in the village Tegalrejo, among other village leaders, clerics, religious teacher/cleric as a motivator. Third, measures to develop human society among other religious communities develop positive values, teach moral message to the community, until finally awakened humanist and religious communities.

The goal is this research to see the symbols of figurative language and to analyze the meaning and significance of symbols figurative language in the wedding ceremony manjapuik marapulai in Paninjauan village, Tanah Datar district, West Sumatera. The research employs qualitative study using content analysis (symbolic) and analysis of Roland Barthes semiology be the significance of the two stages (two orders of signification) denotation and connotation, as well as mythical as the development of connotation. The study found that symbols contained in panitahan at a ceremony manjapuik marapulai conform with values and philosophy of Minang adopted by local community. Symbols are included in the 15 sentences that comes from nature, conform with the philosophy of alam takambang manjadi guru as the sentence Tantangan kato ayam lai barinduak, which is a lesson from nature that chickens need of parent in guiding his life as well as humans who need parents in shows about customs. One sentence that comes to the religious teachings of Islam: Adat badiri di nan patuik, syarak mamakai pado dalil, limbago duduak bajauahan, tarapak sambah ka tangah, taunjuak ka muko rapek, the doctrine greeting to people who attend an event. Then 11 sentences that comes to tradition, philosophy, ideology and ethics of society as a sentence Pusako duduak di nan rapek, kato surang dibulati, kato basamo dipaiyo, direnjeang kato jo mupakat which is the ideology of the people in Paninjauan village that is discussion.

Developing powerful communications technology has created unlimited free communication. The negative impact of this phenomenon is when a culture that is not good from the outside is swallowed out by children who are still young. As a result, it will easily experience cultural dislocation. One of the legacies of local wisdom that are not interested in the midst of the community is the Javanese dolanan song. Therefore all efforts must be sought from the very beginning. These efforts can be done through various ways, including habituation of children to play and sing songs (songs) dolanan Javanese, which actually contains a lot of character values. This study included a descriptive study, a case study at PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This study aims to describe; 1. Describe the form of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 2. Describe the strategy for implementing character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 3. Describe the results of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In collecting data, the author uses the method of interviews, observation, and documentation as a data collection technique. The technique chosen in data analysis is data reduction, data display and conclusions or verification. From this study it can be seen that: 1. the form of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is a local widom-based character education (local wisdom) in the form of Javanese dolanan songs. There are three dolanan songs used for character planting, namely Sluku-sluku Bathok, gundul-gundul Pachol and Menthok-menthok. 2. The strategy for the implementation of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is to use reflective methods. This can be proven by giving an explanation of moral values ​​to students, after the song is finished the song is sung both in class before the core lesson begins or while playing outside the classroom. 3. The results of character education at PAS Islam Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Kindergarten have fulfilled the values ​​of the basic characters, namely: a. Respectful and polite character through greeting each other and shaking hands. b. This character of independence and responsibility can be seen from throwing garbage in its place.

Since the enactment of decentralization local government have been granted the authority to organize, protect society etc. Given the authority that Central Kalimantan provincial government issued a policy (Pergub No. 15 tahun 2010 on guidelines for land clearing and yard for the people) to protect the local community in the tradition / habit of farming by burning forests to customary provisions. The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the extent to which public policy relevance since the issuance of the policy in 2010-2015 and to what extent these policies protect the local wisdom. the method used is descriptive qualitative study, using the study of literature in the process of data collection. Results and discussion of these studies show that 1) in 2015 created a policy that is no longer relevant because the whole area of Central Kalimantan is 15.3 million hectares, 12.7 hectares (78%) is controlled by plantation companies. 2) goodwill by the Government of Central Kalimantan to protect local communities need to be given appreciation. But this policy could apply / relevant if it is done before the 90s because many forests and local people still farming to meet food needs.
