Abstract This paper discusses "Halaqa", which aims to create a culture of learning by sharing experiences in sessions where people interact with one another and encouraging the free flow of ideas among the teams. This inspires young professionals to enhance the learning curve, seek new ideas and develop a culture of creative problem-solving pathways. As a definition, "Halaqa" is a platform for sharing ideas and experiences. The session is planned bi-weekly targeting young professionals in the Petroleum Engineering function. The topic of the session can be presented by (i) a senior or an experienced professional as a part of coaching or (ii) a young professional as a knowledge sharing methodology. The sessions are interactive allowing open discussions for the deeply inquisitive minds. The sessions also provide support with unpacking complex and sticky issues, helping young professionals to replicate the best practices for the efficient and effective delivery of the project. Each session usually takes about an hour including discussions and the points are documented properly for the retention of knowledge. "Halaqa" is a new concept in the asset and has the potential to be replicated in the entire organization. The uniqueness comes from the fact that it provides a platform to interact and collaborate to pursue common objectives. The relationships that are created through these interactions are crucial as far as the learning of young professionals is concerned.

Esports is often described as a growing industry ripe with financial opportunities for young professional, competitive gamers. However, these claims rarely consider how income is distributed amongst players. This study uses prize earnings data from 2005 to 2019 to examine labor market inequality and related social inequalities and social stratifications. Lorenz curves and Gini coefficients show that inequality has increased in the labor market overall and the labor markets for the five top games based on total prizes awarded ( Dota 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, League of Legends, StarCraft II). Competitors can expect to earn more today than in 2005, but median incomes have shown sporadic and inconsistent growth compared with top incomes. Moreover, most competitors earn less than the US poverty threshold. Comparing the earnings of the top female players to the whole labor market shows that gender inequalities exist in median incomes and the likelihood of earning more than the poverty threshold. The esports labor market is an engine of inequality that provides opportunities for a few (primarily male) competitors while building a growing class of lowly paid players who support the interests of game designers and event organizers.

The study of works of the Romanticism period and the formation of appropriate ideas about the romantic musical style is an effective way to activate the creative thinking of young professional musicians, stimulates their artistic initiative, and makes up for the shortcomings of the technological approach. Thus, the performer gets the opportunity to realize the correct reading of the musical text, resourcefully participates in the creation of his own parts and makes stylistically competent interpretations. The creation of F. Chopin had an undoubted influence on the creation of the figurative and meaningful image of the era in which the composer lived. Using some aspects of the method of semantic analysis, the authors of the article tried to consider some features of Chopin’s musical thinking and discover the relationship between the complex of expressive means used by the composer and the meanings expressed by them, thus trying to achieve a more in-depth understanding of the style of Romanticism.

The present paper deals with the pedagogical framework of poly- / multicultural education as a factor that significantly influences the formation of poly- / multicultural competence of a foreign language (FL) teacher. The relevance of addressing poly- / multiculturalism in the pedagogical plane is due to the current need of societies to bring up a young professional, who would become aware that today poly- / multiculturalism and polyethnicity make an integral part of the modern global world in general and the educational process, in particular. The research aims to explore and establish the ways of creating pedagogical framework for (i) popularizing the idea of poly- / multiculturalism, and (ii) forming relevant students' skills and abilities in foreign language (FL) instruction; to determine the extent to which the engaging mentoring teacher in the educating role may influence their poly- / multicultural competence.  To this end, poly- / multicultural competence is seen prerequisite of a FL teacher's professional competence. Experiment is the main method of the research. Assessment of the experiment effectiveness was carried out with the involvement of surveys / questionnaires, conducted in stages, along with observation as a method applied.

Abstract Objective Various nutritional strategies are adopted for athletes to maintain and to improve performance during the competition season. Betaine may enhance performance during a competitive season by increasing the testosterone to cortisol ratio and reducing systemic inflammation. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of betaine supplementation on the bio-motor abilities in young professional soccer players. Methods Twenty-nine young professional soccer players (age, 15.5±0.3 years) were matched by position and randomly assigned to one of two groups for 14 weeks: betaine (BG, 2 g/day; n=14) or placebo (PG n=15). Diet was standardized by a nutritionist, and measures of muscular power (countermovement jump: CMJ), change of direction: modified 5-0-5), acceleration (10 m sprint), sprint performance (30 m sprint time: SpT), muscular strength (leg press and bench press one repetition maximum: 1-RM), repeated sprint ability (running-based anaerobic sprint test: RAST), and aerobic capacity (30-15 intermittent fitness test) were assessed in the pre (P1), mid (P2) and post (P3) season over the course of 5 days. All subjects participated in one soccer match and five training sessions per week. Results Significant (p < 0.05) group x time interactions were found for maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max), anaerobic peak power, and muscular strength favoring BG at P2 and P3 compared to P1. There were meaningful (p < 0.05) group x time interactions for CMJ, SpT, and peak power during the RAST that favored the BG. Conclusions 14-week of betaine supplementation increased predicted 1-RM, VO2max, and repeated sprint ability performance in youth professional soccer players. Betaine supplementation seems to be a useful nutritional strategy to improve and to maintain performance during a competitive soccer season.

A unique clinical observation of the intravital diagnosis of hypoplasia of the right coronary artery in the young professional athlete is presented. This observation demonstrates the importance of carrying out stress tests during the dispensary examination of athletes, as well as modern methods of diagnosis of pathology of coronary arteries.
