The purpose of the research is to assess the efficiency of enterprises by the means of analysis of the functioning environment, which made it possible to identify reserves for improving the results of their economic activity. For the first time, it was proposed to use the positioning (relocation) technique of enterprise positions, although previously the method of analysis of the functioning environment was used to determine the technical inefficiency of business entities. Based on the calculated line of technical efficiency on the actual results of the enterprises, a new line of technical efficiency was constructed by moving their positions to improve the income (revenue) from sales of products and labor costs of hired workers and capital (fixed assets) in the context of maximizing profits in the environment functioning of economic entities. It is proved that improvement of the position of an enterprise allows reducing expenses not only on capital, but also on wages of hired workers. Despite the ability to reduce capital expenditures and thus increase the cost of wage labor, almost all enterprises prefer saving capital over the possibility of investing in wage earners. The results of the study can be used by managers in planning the ways to achieve profit in the context of the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise.

The dependence of rotational correction terms of the effective dipole moment of H2O molecule on the vibrational quantum number v2 which corresponds to the large amplitude motion is obtained in the numerical calculations. Different dipole surfaces of H2O molecule as well as different intra-molecular potentials were used. The effect of the rotational corrections on the calculated line broadening and line shifts by Ar, Kr, H2 and He pressure was analyzed. It is shown that this effect is significant for a shifting of pure rotational lines and rovibrational lines for which the difference in rotational quantum number Ka from the initial and final states of the transition greater (or equal) to three.

This paper represents the line parameter measuring results base on pulsed DFB quantum cascade laser with tunable in the spectral range of 1248-1257 cm-1. The transition is in the υ4 band and P (8) branch which is lying in the line position of 1253.46436 cm-1based on HITRAN simulation. The calculated line intensity is 1.85×1020 cm-1/cm-2molecule and the pressure broadening parameters in N2and Ar are 0.061± 0.003 cm-1atm-1and 0.086 ± 0.007 cm-1atm-1respectively.

If the number and the location of each cell in the array is determined, the space array processing gain is constant in designing the uniform line array in isotropic acoustic field. However, the spatial distribution of reverberation field will affect against the array gain, when the arrays are in anisotropic reverberation field. Reverberation is the unique interference of active sonar, and the energy distribution of space in reverberation field is anisotropic and random. Therefore, the arrays gain problem can be get in researching on the correlation between arrays in the reverberant field. In this paper, the calculation method is simple and useful which is calculated line array gain using the correlation coefficient in the reverberant field.

Experimentally and theoretically determined line strengths are presented for E,F1Σ+g(v′ = 0, J′ = J′′) – X1Σ+g (v′′, J′′) (2 + 1) REMPI transitions in H2, HD, and D2. The experimental technique employs a hot filament source of internally excited hydrogen that allows experimental determination of line strengths for the low rotational states of highly excited vibrational manifolds (v′′ ≤ 4). The line strengths are found to depend only weakly on J′′ for the states measured here, and theoretical results indicate that the line strengths depend strongly on v′′. These values are combined with previously measured and calculated line strengths for these transitions (K.-D. Rinnen, M.A. Buntine, D.A.V. Kliner, R.N. Zare, and W.M. Huo. J. Chem. Phys. 95, 214 (1991)), resulting in a more complete compilation of REMPI line strengths for molecular hydrogen. Key words: hydrogen, spectroscopy, REMPI, line strength, multiphoton.
