In this study, we present a univariate probability distribution through application of the three Sub and Super Exponential heavier-longer and lighter-shorter tails fitting. This univariate family includes the Lognormal, Gamma and Weibull distribution, the adequacy of the distribution tails is obtained by adequate Fitting Tests and descriptive Criterion. It emphasizes on tail values and is independent of the number of intervals. In this regards the time series analysis for the last three centuries of the logarithm population data sets over to Karachi region (from1729 to1946 and from 1951 to 2018) is used, which contains irregular and regular length and peaks, That peaks /tails fitting is attained by methods for validation and normality tests and defined by stochastic depiction. In other hand, Weibull and Lognormal distribution tails are found as heavier distribution by two validation tests (Maximum Likelihood Estimation and probability of correct selection), In the final section, the univariate probability distributions are used to Monte Carlo simulation for generating the actual population data, it indicates that the heavy-tailed Lognormal and Weibull distributions are also fitted contract than the more commonly seen lighter tailed Gamma distribution. So, the Monte Carlo Simulation performs the appropriate Lognormal and Weibull distributions for irregular and regular data and generate data values (298 and 69) from duration of 1729 to 2020 and 1951 to 2020. AbstractThe work mainly focused on a validation of the method for determining the content of salicylic acid and individual unknown impurities in new pharmaceutical product—tablets containing: 75, 100 or 150 mg of acetylsalicylic acid and glycine in the amount of 40 mg for each dosage. The separation of the components was carried out by means of HPLC, using a Waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm) as the stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of 85% orthophosphoric acid, acetonitrile and purified water (2:400:600 V/V/V). Detection was carried out at a wavelength of 237 nm, with a constant flow rate of 1.0 ml min−1. In order to verify the method, linearity, precision (repeatability and reproducibility), accuracy, specificity, range, robustness, system precision, stability of the test and standard solution, limit of quantification and forced degradation were determined. Validation tests were performed in accordance with ICH (International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use) guidelines. The method was validated successfully. It was confirmed that the method in a tested range of 0.005–0.40% salicylic acid with respect to acetylsalicylic acid content is linear, precise and accurate.

In order to place a product on the market that is completely safe for users, the manufacturer must go through certain steps: design, prototyping, execution and prototype validation through experimental methods, obtaining documents that allow to sell the product from certain public or private companies (for example homologation certificate) and series production. One of the most important steps is the validation tests of the prototype because it will depend on them that the prototype corresponds to the design requirements.

This study aims to develop a Schoology-based e-learning media and to find out the validity and response of users (teachers and students). The method used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The implementation stage was not carried out due to the limitations of the research. Validation tests carried out by material and media experts as well as limited trials on students and teachers were obtained using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The validation results from material and media expert showed the percentage of 93.23% and 90.69% in the valid category. The results of trial by student and teacher responses showed the percentage of 94.40% and 93.12% in good category. The Schoology-based e-learning media on ion equilibrium and buffer solutions is valid and suitable for use in online learning.

Improving the quality of learning in the current 4.0 education era can be done through learning materials, one of which is monographs. According to their learning achievements, monographs can increase students' insights based on relevant literature studies and the latest research results following scientific developments. This monograph can support agriculture in Indonesia in the Agricultural Geography. It helps students in applicative ways to understand material related to the use of dryland, especially for students who live where the use of agricultural land is in the form of wetlands or swamps. This study aimed to develop a monograph of Lahan dan Petani as a learning material for agricultural geography using the Sadiman model. In this study, validation tests were carried out by material and media experts who are competent in their fields. The developed monograph was declared feasible as a reference book to support the Agricultural Geography course. It can contribute to education, especially in increasing students' knowledge contextually about dryland agriculture.

Aim: The current experiment was to develop and validate a straight forward RP-HPLC methodology for the determination of Cilnidipine. Methodology: UV spectroscopy was used to estimate Cilnidipine. Action separation of Cilnidipine was achieved by employing a C18 column. Mobile phase combination of methanol: water (90:10 v/v) was tense at the flow of 1 ml/min. Detection was performed at 241 nm. Validation parameters were evaluated in line with the International conference on harmonization (ICH) Q2R1 guidelines. Results: The standardization curve was linear within the varying concentration of 2-10 mg/ml for Cilnidipine with parametric statistic (r2) equal to 0.999. The tactic was found to be accurate (101.66% recovery), precise (intraday, 1.65 and inter day, 1.38) and robust (% RSD was calculated to be 0.66, 0.58 and 0.81 for variation in mobile phase composition, wave length and flow velocity respectively) for the analysis of Cilnidipine. Conclusion: The developed method has passed all the validation tests and can be successfully applied to estimate the presence of Cilnidipine in bulk as well as in pharmaceutical formulations.

Abstract In this work, the AAPM Medical Physics Practice Guideline 5.a (MPPG 5.a) validation tests package was used to evaluate the dosimetric performance of a new version of the Eclipse treatment planning system (TPS) algorithms. A series of tests were developed and comparisons between TPS calculated and corresponding beam data measurements have been performed for basic beam validation, heterogeneity correction and IMRT/VMAT dose validation tests. Measurements were performed using a Varian IX Linear Accelerator with the 6 MV, 6MV FFF and 18 MV photon beams, and 6, 9, 12, 16, 20 MeV electron beams. Results for basic dose validation tests yielded differences within 3% for all point doses and pass rate greater than 95% for all depth profiles using 3%/3mm criteria. For testing the ability of the TPS in accounting for tissue inhomogeneity, corresponding comparisons were performed with the presence of a heterogeneous media to simulate an air inhomogeneity. Results showed a mean deviation between the TPS calculated and measured of 1.9%, reaching a maximum of 2.8% for the AAA algorithm. For IMRT/VMAT validation tests, our local criteria passing rate of 95% was used, but no consensus of the tolerance exists. Our results agree well with the data reported accuracy in previous studies of Eclipse TPS. In summary, the AAPM MPPG 5.a validation tests are a valuable package for evaluating dose calculation accuracy and are very useful for TPS upgrade checks, commissioning tests and routine TPS QA.

In this paper, we follow the Test-Driven Development (TDD) paradigm in the development of an in-house code to allow for the finite element analysis of finite periodic type electromagnetic structures (e.g., antenna arrays, metamaterials, and several relevant electromagnetic problems). We use unit and integration tests, system tests (using the Method of Manufactured Solutions—MMS), and application tests (smoke, performance, and validation tests) to increase the reliability of the code and to shorten its development cycle. We apply substructuring techniques based on the definition of a unit cell to benefit from the repeatability of the problem and speed up the computations. Specifically, we propose an approach to model the problem using only one type of Schur complement which has advantages concerning other substructuring techniques.
