The technique of collecting data uses the method of interview, observation and documentation. Data analytical techniques use descriptive analytical models. The results of the study show that from contex evaluation (1) the principal tasks and functions of the principal have been well implemented, but have not been maximized. Likewise the teacher has made the administration of learning well, still needs to be improved in the learning and assessment process. From the input evaluation, the teacher and student manual was not carried out because the books were not available in a timely manner. Teacher and principal training is running well Based on the results of the contex evaluation, the learning process is going pretty well. While the assessment process is going well. The results of the evaluation of the results obtained are that many school residents are happy with the presence of K13 after running in the third year. Abstract: In this article we approach the relationship between curriculum, culture and territory, within the context of school geography in East Timor, problematizing the coloniality present in different moments of constitution of this discipline. Based on the post-critical and post-structuralist perspective of Ernesto Laclau's Theory of Discourse, we understand that the development and implementation of a curriculum are fraught with discursive disputes between political contexts, institutional conceptions and social actors involved in this process. Methodologically, based on a documentary survey, interlocutions with Timorese education professionals and the analysis of the Geography Student Manual (10th year of schooling), we verify that this discipline, historically, has been geared to meet to the maintenance of Portuguese colonization, of the Indonesian territorial occupation, and currently, it is linked to a foreign geographical perspective, through a curricular reform conducted predominantly by Portuguese Cooperation. We consider, therefore, the importance of the timorization of school Geography, as a decolonial path, which may contribute for Timorese teachers to be protagonists in the processes of elaboration, implementation and curriculum evaluation, enabling the construction of other forms of representations, meanings and geographic knowledge in the face of prescribed curriculum content. Keywords: Geography Teaching; Curriculum; Space practices; Decoloniality; East Timor.

Prototype of face recognition based attendance application that has been developed to overcome weaknesses in DTETI UGM student manual attendance system has several weaknesses. These weaknesses are a decrease in facial recognition accuracy when operating under conditions of varying environmental light intensity and in condition of face rotating towards z axis rotation centre. In addition, application prototype also does not yet have a database to store attendance results. In this paper, a new application prototype has been developed using Eigenface face detection and recognition algorithm and Haar-based Cascade Classifier. Meanwhile, to overcome prototype performance weaknesses of the previously developed application, a pre-processing method was proposed in another study was added. Processes in the method were geometry transformation, histogram levelling separately, image smoothing using bilateral filtering, and elliptical masking. The test results showed that in the category of various environmental light intensity conditions, face recognition accuracy from developed application prototypes was 16.71% better than previous application prototypes. Meanwhile, in category of face slope conditions at z axis rotation centre, face recognition accuracy from developed application prototype was 38.47% better. Attendance database system was also successfully implemented and running without error.

One part of the subjects of national education is Islamic education. As for the grouping of Islamic teachings in the form of subjects in Madrasah ranging from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), and Madrasah Aliyah (MA), there are subjects devoted to religious specialization. At the level of Madrasah Aliyah (MA), the specialization of the Religious sciences was developed in the form of study-specific subjects and there were also subjects that served as supporters such as the subjects of Islamic Cultural History. In this paper, the author analyzes the student manual for the subjects of Islamic Culture History class XI (Scientific Approach Curriculum 2013) using an analytical study approach in terms of the order of subject matter in the book and the double movement hermeneutics study approach ala Fazlur Rahman. The results of this study explain that the SKI subjects have been elaborated with clear and detailed indicators, but the subject matter of the SKI has not provided an analysis description for the development of scientific insights of students in answering the actual problems, for example, the plurality that characterizes the Indonesian nation. Therefore, the SKI study must involve Fazlur Rahman's hermeneutic analysis and Nietzsche's critical history analysis to read past phenomena to build on current progress in accordance with the mandate of National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003.
