Abstract The courses of civilization and culture are covered within the content of many departments of the Chinese language in Egyptian universities, but only on miscellaneous information and selections chosen randomly from the chapters of the cultural and history of China. Inspite of its practical functions in general, educational and research process of the ancient culture of these Egyptian and Arab academic institutions require specialized scientific treatment in the coming days, to explore an educational approach to “culture” as a fifth language skill, and thus benefit from Chinese and international efforts in teaching the language and its culture.

The objective of this article is to analyze the contribution of radios in agricultural advisory services and agricultural extension in the Western region of Cameroon. The study is focused on 3 of the 8 divisions of the region, those having around 70% of the radios of the region were particularly investigated, and it is about Menoua, Mifi and Bamboutos Divisions. With the help of structured questionnaires and interview guides, surveys were conducted with 13 radio broadcasters, 17 agricultural advisory agents and extension workers and 35 farmers' organization managers. The findings show that the region has 24 radio stations, divided into 3 main categories: public (12.5%), private (41.66%), and community (45.83) radio stations. The emergence of these radio stations had several reasons, amongst which the main are: the need to promote the activities of the rural areas (85%), inform, sensitize and advice the farmers (15%). Radio broadcasters are predominantly male (85%) having completed higher education (85%). They are made up of trained journalists (54%); on-the-job facilitators (31%) and agricultural technicians (15%). The content of the proposed programs cover training (50%), the raising of awareness (18%), advertisement (17%) and miscellaneous information (8%) on agricultural development and practices. The programs involved two categories of actors: farmers whose interaction with the radio is either by call (47%), text messages (7%), or by listening (46%); then the agricultural advisory agent for whom it is a flexible and indispensable tool for the execution of their various activities. Despite some infrastructural and logistical difficulties being encountered, the radio has effectively contributed to the improvement of agricultural activities in the region

Given the glorious achievements China boasts in the construction of ancient buildings, developing digital image technology for exploring the existing ancient buildings is of great significance, which cannot only analyse ancient civilization thoroughly, but also provide a reference for the field of modern architecture. It is efficient and accurate to collect information of ancient buildings by using modern digital image technology. However, it also has the drawbacks of having enormous sources which cannot be directly applied to image transmission. How to simplify the miscellaneous information resources and combine them with the ancient architectural culture is the key and difficult points of this study. In order to overcome the problem caused by incomplete information and lack of cultural concepts in ancient architecture construction, this paper explores the cultural connotation of ancient architecture from two aspects—material culture and intangible culture. When high-quality ancient architectural culture is demonstrated through modern digital image technology, ancient architectural culture is further promoted with the help of a variety of media platforms, so as to provide a reference for the inheritance and development of Chinese ancient architectural culture.

In this paper, we investigate an H∞ miscellaneous information feedback controller (HMIFC) for active suspension system stabilization. An auxiliary feedback signal is introduced in the control channel via a wireless communication network. Under this scheme, the onboard measured signal and network transmission signal are simultaneously used to improve the control performance. To handle the impact of network-induced delays, a delay-dependent stability criterion for the closed-loop system is derived based on Lyapunov theory and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) method. By considering an augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) and a relaxed integral inequality, a new existence condition of the miscellaneous feedback controller can be obtained. Compared with the traditional H∞ controller, the designed controller can acquire better ride comfort subject to the same constraints. Finally, comparative simulation and experimental results prove the effectiveness of the presented H∞ miscellaneous information feedback controller.

The Prohibition of Rivalry after Ending of Work Relation and Professional SecretSummaryThe prohibition of rivalry after ending work relations is becoming more and more popular instrument in polish economy used in various parts. Employees during doing their official duties have an access to miscellaneous information being more or less important to employer. An employer who doesn’t want to risk, signs an agreement of prohibition of rivalry with the employee, which bans him or her taking part in a competition activity during or after ending work relations.By signing the prohibition of rivalry the employer indirectly protects his professional secrets. Nevertheless, it’s neither main nor direct aim of this agreement. The prohibition of rivalry, according to the 1011 article of labor code, forbids taking competition activity against the employer or working for other subject. This prohibition can include not only period during work relation, but also determined time after ending of work relation as well, when the employee has an access to some crucial information, the leak of which could cause the damage to the employer (article 1011 of labor code). An employer drawing this agreement binds himself to pay a compensation to the employee for obeying the rules included in the agreement.A professional secret can be defined as a piece of information which leak could make the damage to the employer according to the 100 § 2 article of labor codex. It can be every information connected with employer’s activity which security is legitimized by his economic interest. The elementary duty of an employee is to keep such information in secret since breaking the duty of keeping it in discretion leads to punishments described in labor codex, including disciplinary dismissal. In case of causing any damage to the employer’s interest there is a compensative responsibility.Next step to explain the problem is an interpretation of the company’s secret, which is elucidated by act on elimination of unfair competition from 16.04.1993. This interpretation is important due to the fact that the legislator orders to the employee to obey the secrets of company in regards to other regulations (in article 100 § 2 point 4 of the labor codex). In accordance to the 11 article of this act, the secret of company is defined as information of technical, technological, information and organizational character which cannot be revealed to the public or any other information of economic value. In order to keep them in discretion a trader is obliged to take necessary actions, since they should guarantee the security of the secret and protect them from non-authorized people. The prohibition of rivalry after ending work relations wasn’t created directly to secure the secrets of the employer. Legislator clearly distinguished information considering the prohibition of rivalry from those considering the employer’s secrets. The agreement of the prohibition of rivalry leads only indirectly to protection of the employer’s secrets, because a legislator as a subject of prohibition didn’t indicate secrets, but a competition activity.A very important fact is that the agreement of the prohibition of rivalry is used also in these employments, where the employer is not the trader, but the not economically active object in a strict meaning. Besides, prohibition of rivalry is the agreement between both sides of employment, so the employer and the employee indicate the scope of duty on their own. A secret of the employer is protected in legislation in labor code, in act of elimination of unfair competition and other acts. Therefore the protection of both concepts is different and indicates that they are not the same as the employer who signs the prohibitions of rivalry after ending the work relation is protected anyway. The aim of prohibitions of rivalry is to protect fair competition, which is not preserved by other regulations. Employer doesn’t get ipso jure protection of information connected with fair competition which are not secrets. And this information is protected by the prohibition of rivalry after ending work relation.

The article studies the space images as the basis for mental space represented in the Ukrainian media. The study of concepts of Ukraine’s mental mapping is extremely important for the modern Ukrainian society, since it allows to understand and outline clearly the key problems of self-identification of Ukrainians, to identify and eliminate the acute problems of national confrontation at the level of perception of the state as a cultural phenomenon, gradually form awareness of integrity through rejection of manipulative images. The objective of the study is to identify the key spatial contexts (mental maps) for the Ukrainian information space, and geographical myths that determine self-awareness of citizens in the regions. In the process of scientific research it was used hypothetical-deductive and analytical methods as well as the method of system approach. In general, the study is a part of a comprehensive research devoted to special nature of space images in text communication, including belles-lettres and media communication. In the author’s opinion, the particular space concepts as the basis of mental space of information consumer specify interpretation of this information and create an opportunity for miscellaneous information manipulations. In the article it is used the concept of a mental map, which is the key one for the theory of space mental mapping. The mental maps of the Ukrainian media scene show a clear opposition of “east”- “west” in the context of positive/negative and axiological positions; as well as fixation of particular geographic myths that are perceived as an axiom, not becoming a subject of understanding and re-assessment in the altered reality both for ordinary information consumers and also for the authors of media texts.
