Aiming at the problem of low baud rate of traditional high-resolution image synchronous acquisition fuzzy control method, a high-resolution image synchronous acquisition fuzzy control method based on machine learning is designed. By detecting the fuzzy edge information of high-resolution image, the fuzzy membership function of synchronous acquisition quantity is proposed, and the gradient amplitude of synchronous acquisition quantity of high-resolution image is calculated. The unsupervised learning algorithm based on machine learning is used to cluster the fuzzy control data, so as to determine the fuzzy space of synchronous acquisition quantity of high-resolution image, and calculate the fuzzy feature similarity, the fuzzy control of synchronous acquisition quantity of high resolution image is realized. Experimental results show that the controlled wave rate in this paper solves the problem of low wave rate in 255.63 bps/h-271.33 bps/h, and significantly improves the control accuracy.

The fuzzy topological space was introduced by Dip in 1999 depending on the notion of fuzzy spaces. Dip’s approach helps to rectify the deviation in some definitions of fuzzy subsets in fuzzy topological spaces. In this paper, further definitions, and theorems on fuzzy topological space fill the lack in Dip’s article. Different types of fuzzy topological space on fuzzy space are presented such as co-finite, co-countable, right and left ray, and usual fuzzy topology. Furthermore, boundary, exterior, and isolated points of fuzzy sets are investigated and illustrated based on fuzzy spaces. Finally, separation axioms are studied on fuzzy spaces

Abstract To choose the best policy of the water resources allocation, considering both the quantitative and qualitative factors based on the possible uncertainties, there has always been a significant problem in the dry lands from perspectives of the decision makers. In this paper, using Game Theory concept, a novel hybrid approach of the Game Theory based fuzzy logic is proposed to reconcile conflicts among stakeholders of dam reservoirs who have their own different strategies and utilities to choose the best policy in order to gain the highest profit regarding the situations they deal with. In the proposed method, after the fuzzification of decision makers’ strategies, a matrix called a “priority matrix” is formed in which a combination of their strategies and priorities is presented as the matrix elements. Based on the concept of Nash equilibrium, an optimized scenario is elected from among the bargaining scenarios constructed via the integrated strategies. This method has the privilege of providing a game space in which a large variety of strategies and priorities of many decision makers can be modeled in a fuzzy space of variables to reach a point of agreement. In this study, the 15-Khordad Dam of Iran is selected as a case study area which faces problems such as salinity, low quality water, and conflicts among stakeholders. The results of the study indicated that the proposed method could be led to an optimized strategy for the water resources allocation.

<p>It is well-known fact that fuzzy interval-valued functions (F-I-V-Fs) are generalizations of interval-valued functions (I-V-Fs), and inclusion relation and fuzzy order relation on interval space and fuzzy space are two different concepts. Therefore, by using fuzzy order relation (FOR), we derive inequalities of Hermite-Hadamard (H·H) and Hermite-Hadamard Fejér (H·H Fejér) like for harmonically convex fuzzy interval-valued functions by applying fuzzy Riemann integrals. Moreover, we establish the relation between fuzzy integral inequalities and fuzzy products of harmonically convex fuzzy interval-valued functions. The outcomes of this study are generalizations of many known results which can be viewed as an application of a defined new version of inequalities.</p>

Recently, neutrosophic set is considered as one of the prominent tool to deal with human cognition in three-way fuzzy space. This set has given a way to characterize the human cognition in conscious, unconscious, or indeterminate state. The problem arises when a person realizes all of three states independently as silent mode. It is observed at voting time of Indian democratic system where some people vote in a favor of a party, do not vote in favor of a party, being absent and choose none of the above. The last consciousness is turiyam state which is independent from all. It also observed at time of feedback or rating given by an expert towards which used to based on internal communication rather than true, false and uncertain activity. The internal communication which prvodies the opinion towards rating about any organization or employee is called as Turiya or Fourth dimension cognition. This paper tries to introduce this fourth dimension of human cognition as a new set called as Turiyam set with its graphical visualization via an illustrative example.
