The demand for automated game development assistance tools can be fulfilled by computational creativity algorithms. The procedural generation is one of the topics for creative content development. The main procedural generation challenge for game level layout is how to create a diverse set of levels that could match a human-crafted game scene. Our game scene layouts are created randomly and then sculpted using a genetic algorithm. To address the issue of fitness calculation with conflicting criteria, we use weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) in a single-valued neutrosophic set environment (SVNS) that models the indeterminacy with truth, intermediacy, and falsehood memberships. Results are presented as an encoded game object grid where each game object type has a specific function. The algorithm creates a diverse set of game scene layouts by combining game rules validation and aesthetic principles. It successfully creates functional aesthetic patterns without specifically defining the shapes of the combination of games’ objects.

Neutrosophic set (NS) is an extensively used framework whenever the imprecision and uncertainty of an event is described based on three possible aspects. The association, neutral, and nonassociation degrees are the three unique aspects of an NS. More importantly, these degrees are independent which is a great plus point. On the contrary, neutrosophic graphs (NGs) and single-valued NGs (SVNGs) are applicable to deal with events that contain bulks of information. However, the concept of degrees in NGs is a handful tool for solving the problems of decision-making (DM), pattern recognition, social network, and communication network. This manuscript develops various forms of edge irregular SVNG (EISVNG), highly edge irregular SVNG (HEISVNG), strongly (EISVNG), strongly (ETISVNG), and edge irregularity on a cycle and a path in SVNGs. All these novel notions are supported by definitions, theorems, mathematical proofs, and illustrative examples. Moreover, two types of DM problems are modelled using the proposed framework. Furthermore, the computational processes are used to confirm the validity of the proposed graphs. Furthermore, the results approve that the decision-making problems can be addressed by the edge irregular neutrosophic graphical structures. In addition, the comparison between proposed and the existing methodologies is carried out.

<p>The concept of a neutrosophic set, which is a generalization of an intuitionistic fuzzy set and a para consistent set etc., was introduced by F. Smarandache. Since then, it has been studied in various applications. In considering a generalization of the neutrosophic set, Mohseni Takallo et al. used the interval valued fuzzy set as the indeterminate membership function because interval valued fuzzy set is a generalization of a fuzzy set, and introduced the notion of MBJ-neutrosophic sets, and then they applied it to BCK/BCI-algebras. The aim of this paper is to apply the concept of MBJ-neutrosophic sets to a $ BE $-algebra, which is a generalization of a BCK-algebra. The notions of MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebras and MBJ-neutrosophic filters of $ BE $-algebras are introduced and related properties are investigated. The conditions under which the MBJ-neutrosophic set can be a MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebra/filter are searched. Characterizations of MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebras and MBJ-neutrosophic filters are considered. The relationship between an MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebra and an MBJ-neutrosophic filter is established.</p>

PurposeThe Chinese believe that “man will conquer the sky” and “fighting with the sky brings endless joy”. Considering that disaster assessment can be regarded as a two-person, zero-sum game problem between nature and human beings, this paper proposes a multi-attribute decision-making method based on game theory and grey theory in a single-value neutrosophic set environment. Due to the complexity and uncertainty of the decision-making environment, the method builds a decision matrix based on single-valued neutrosophic numbers.Design/methodology/approachFirst, the authors use the single-value neutrosophic information entropy to calculate the attribute weights and the weighted decision matrix. Second, the optimal mixed strategy method based on linear programming solves the optimal mixed strategy for both sides of the game so that the expected payoff matrix can be obtained. Finally, grey correlation analysis is used to obtain the closeness coefficient of each alternative based on the expectation payoff matrix to identify the ranking result of the alternative.FindingsAn example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, and its rationality is verified through a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the various aspects.Practical implicationsThe proposed decision-making method can be applied to typhoon disaster assessment. Such assessment results can provide intelligent decision support to the relevant disaster management departments, thereby reducing the negative impact of typhoon disasters on society, stabilizing society and improving people's happiness. Further, the method can be used for decision-making, recommendation and evaluation in other fields.Originality/valueThe proposed method uses single-value neutrosophic numbers to solve the information representation problem of decision-making in a complex environment. Under a new perspective, game theory is used to handle the decision matrix, while grey relational analysis converts inexact numbers to exact numbers for comparison and sorting. Thus, the proposed method can be used to make reasonable decisions while preserving information to the extent possible.

Abstract With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, there is a growing demand for high-quality point of interest(POI) recommendation. The POIs visited by users only account for a very small proportion. Thus traditional POI recommendation method is vulnerable to data sparsity and lacks a clear and effective explanation for POI ranking result. The POI selection made by the user is influenced by various contextual attributes. The challenge lies in representing accurately and aggregating multiple contextual information efficiently. We transform the POI recommendation into a contextual multi-attribute decision problem based on the neutrosophic set (NS) which is suitable for representing fuzzy decision information. We establish a unified framework of contextual information. Firstly, we propose a contextual multi-attribute NS transformation model of POI, including the NS model for single-dimensional attributes and the NS model for multi-dimensional attributes. And then through the aggregation of multi attribute NS, the POI that best conforms to user's preferences is recommended. Finally, the experimental results based on the Yelp dataset show that the proposed strategy performs better than the typical POI recommendation method in NDCG, accuracy, and recall rate.

Hypersoft set is an emerging field of study that is meant to address the insufficiency and the limitation of existing soft-set-like models regarding the consideration and the entitlement of multi-argument approximate function. This type of function maps the multi-subparametric tuples to the power set of the universe. It focuses on the partitioning of each attribute into its attribute-valued set that is missing in existing soft-set-like structures. This study aims to introduce novel concepts of complex intuitionistic fuzzy set and complex neutrosophic set under the hypersoft set environment with interval-valued settings. Two novel structures, that is, interval-valued complex intuitionistic hypersoft set (IV-CIFHS-set) and interval-valued complex neutrosophic hypersoft set (IV-CNHS-set), are developed via employing theoretic, axiomatic, graphical, and algorithmic approaches. After conceptual characterization of essential elementary notions of these structures, decision-support systems are presented with the proposal of algorithms to assist the decision-making process. The proposed algorithms are validated with the help of real-world applications. A comprehensive inter-cum-intra comparison of proposed structures is discussed with the existing relevant models, and their generalization is elaborated under certain evaluating features.

Neutrosophy is a flourishing arena which conceptualizes the notion of true, falsity and indeterminancy attributes of an event. In the study of dynamical systems, an orbit is a collection of points related by the evolution function of the dynamical system. Hence in this paper we focus on introducing the concept of neutrosophic orbit topological space denoted as (X, tNO). Also, some of the important characteristics of neutrosophic orbit open sets are discussed with suitable examples. HIGHLIGHTS The orbit in mathematics has an important role in the study of dynamical systems Neutrosophy is a flourishing arena which conceptualizes the notion of true, falsity and indeterminancy attributes of an event. We combine the above two topics and create the following new concept The collection of all neutrosophic orbit open sets under the mapping . we introduce the necessary conditions on the mapping 𝒇 in order to obtain a fixed orbit of a neutrosophic set (i.e., 𝒇(𝝁) = 𝝁) for any neutrosophic orbit open set 𝝁 under the mapping 𝒇

Neutrosophic set theory is a generalization of the intuitionistic fuzzy set which can be considered as a powerful tool to express the indeterminacy and inconsistent information that exist commonly in engineering applications and real meaningful science activities. In this paper an interval neutrosophic linear programming (INLP) model will be presented, where its parameters are represented by triangular interval neutrosophic numbers (TINNs) and call it INLP problem. Afterward, by using a ranking function we present a technique to convert the INLP problem into a crisp model and then solve it by standard methods

Neutrosophic cubic set (NCS) can process complex information by combining interval neutrosophic set and single-valued neutrosophic set. It can simultaneously describe the uncertain and certain part of information. Prospect theory (PT) is based on bounded rationality and can reflect decision maker’s different risk attitudes to gains and losses. Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution (MARCOS) method can measure and rank the alternatives according to compromise solution. Considering the bounded rationality of decision makers and compromise solution of alternatives, this paper combines the PT with MARCOS method to neutrosophic cubic environment to solve multi-attribute decision-making problem. First, the theoretical basis of NCS is introduced. Second, the PT and MARCOS method are combined. To reflect subjective views of decision makers and the objectivity of decision-making information, this paper uses geometric average method to combine subjective weights (calculated by the best-worst method) and objective weights (calculated ed by the entropy method). Then, the PT-MARCOS method is applied to a decision-making problem. Further,a sensitivity analysis is conducted to study the influence of different attenuation factor values and different expectation coefficient on the ranking; and through comparative analysis to illustrate the superiority of the PT-MARCOS method. Finally is the conclusion.

The Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator has a good aggregation effect. It can capture the relationships between multiple input parameters, and the neutrosophic uncertain linguistic numbers can well represent some indeterminate and incomplete information. In this paper, we combine the MSM operator with the singled-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic set and propose some MSM operators based on single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic environment, such as single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Maclaurin symmetric mean(SVNULMSM) operator and single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic generalized Maclaurin symmetric mean(SVNULGMSM) operator. First of all, according to the neutrosophic set and uncertain linguistic numbers, we propose the single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic numbers and give some operating rules. Furthermore, considering the influence of attribute weight on the results, we introduce the weighted SVNULMSM operator and weighted SVNULGMSM operator. Then, we propose a method to deal with MSDM problems and give the specific steps to solve the problem. Finally, an investment example is used to verify the effectiveness of our method, and the superiority of the method is proved by comparing with other methods.
