Latterly, the green synthesis of metallic nanoparticles has stock pile and terminal interest over the last decade due to their idiosyncratic properties that make them felicitous in various fields of science and technology. In this study the silver nanoparticles can be manufacture by using the leaf extract of Kalanchoe pinnata plant using microwave radiation method. The nanoparticles that are synthesized by plants are non-toxic and eco-friendly and it is characterized by using UV-Visible, FT-IR , X-ray diffraction (XRD) and TEM.The crystalline natures of the synthesized silver nanoparticles were identified by XRD and its shape was confirmed by TEM analysis. Anti-urolithiatic activity of synthesized silver nanoparticles was accomplished which reduces the growth of kidney stone which was appraisal by using the In-Vitro growth of urinary calculi.

Nickel mining in PT. Bintangdelapan Mineral District located in the village Fatufia Bahodopi Morowali, Central Sulawesi. The purpose of this research study sampling techniques and sample checks pit stock pile, and aimed to compare the levels of Ni, Fe. The authors limit the issues on comparative levels of Ni, Fe, based on sampling and sample checks pit mining production and production sample port stock pile, using the analysis tool Minipal. Field research methods consisting of the preparation stage, the stage of data collection, data processing stage and phase of Thesis. Results in getting the checks on the sampling pit, mining samples, and sample port is an increase in levels, this is because the mining PT. Bintangdelapan Minerals has applied to both selective mining mining methods. In this sample, the researcher applied sampling method and sample check stock pile pit nickel laterite operations in accordance with standard PT. Bintangdelapan Minerals, the data obtained is processed using Microsoft Excel and then presented in the form of reading SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution).

The purpose of the study is to assess the importance of stock pile sensor plays a pivotal role in the availability of yard equipment’s wiz reclaimers, stackers, stacker cum reclaimers. By increasing the availability of the equipment we can reduce the turnaround time of the vessel by which the customer satisfaction can be achieved optimistically. The stock pile sensor been installed for irregular contact of boom while reclaiming/ stacking, and to prevent damage of bucket wheel teeth from worn out. The stock pile sensor and inter lock system and chute block sensors ensures the reduction of over tons per hour issues arising from sudden stoppage of conveyors along the operational circuit under operations, chutes and tripper car discharge chutes over choked with cargo related issues, considering the parameters of man power, and time factors can be saved and can be used for other maintenance purposes and to get back the circuit into operational effectiveness increasing the availability of the yard equipment’s.

The recent advancement in technologies are generating huge amount of data and extracting information from it is being outpaced by data accumulation. The development of hybrid approaches by combining different algorithms for extraction of required from the stock-pile of data is a demand of the hour. One such algorithm is vector space model for inverted indexing that has been used traditionally for search engine indexing in computers. In bioinformatics also it has been used for assembly of DNA fragments generated after sequencing. But it has not been applied for retrieval of relevant protein sequence to the query, based on presence or absence of motifs and domains in it. In this paper the concept of inverted indexing has been applied on small motif/domain data of proteins contained in Motivated Proteins database at http://motif.gla.ac.uk/motif/index.html. The index has been built using 17 small hydrogen bonded motifs present in a dataset of 430 proteins. The entire dataset of 430 proteins has been divided into 19 classes. Seven classes’ example cyanovirin, antibiotic and concavalin etc. had very few instances (1 or 2), hence have been omitted from further studies. Rest 12 classes with more than 10 proteins were considered further for testing information retrieval (IR) strategy. The document vector of all the proteins belonging to one class was averaged and 12 queries with averaged vector were prepared for testing. The similarity coefficient (SC) was then compared between query and all the proteins of the dataset. This approach could successfully classify the query as belonging to the class from which it derived. To further validate the importance of document vector as novel attribute for classification, entire dataset of document vector was clustered to ten (10) clusters. Testing was then performed with similarity coefficient (SC) of the query with clusters obtained above. The allocation of cluster to the 12 query sequences followed the same pattern as done with relevant document search using inverted indexing approach. But clustering allocated the queries to only four (4) classes. Maximum number of query proteins (7 proteins or 58%) were found belonging to cluster 5.

We analyze the relationship between dynamics to stock prices and jet fuel prices, conditional on financial and company-specific variables, in the airline sector. In particular, our contribution to the literature is in the comparison between regular and low-cost airline companies. We run a set of fixed-effect regressions where the dependent variable, the stock daily return of the airline company (observed between 2008 and 2014) is regressed over three sets of explanatory variables (financial, company-specific and time variables). While large and small companies provide similar results, we find that the company price return – among different variables – correlates only with the jet fuel return and the stock market return. Our work also suggests that there is a difference between regular and low-cost companies. We speculate that this possibly arises because low-cost companies stock-pile in a more efficient way, which depends less on current jet fuel price. Our evidence then sheds light on the efficiency of the low-cost model and may suggest to export part of its practice among regular airline companies.
