 Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang sebagai salah satu lembaga peradilan yang saat ini sedang mengembangkan implementasi keterbukaan informasi publik, meski pada awal implementasinya sempat menghadapi kendala seiring dengan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten, disamping karena banyaknya peraturan yang harus diterapkan dalam keterbukaan informasi publik. Karenanya perlu kiranya masing-masing peraturan tersebut dapat diselaraskan dalam implementasinya di melalui sinkronisasi implementasi peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut.Kata kunci: implementasi, sistem informasi, administrasi perkara The Religious Courts of Malang Regency as one of the judiciary institutions that is currently developing the implementation of openness of public information, although at the beginning of its implementation had faced obstacles in line with the limitations of competent human resources, as well as the number of regulations to be applied in public information disclosure. Therefore it is important that each of these regulations can be adjusted in its implementation through the synchronization of the implementation of the laws and regulations.Keywords: implementation, information system, administration of things

A graph’s entropy is a functional one, based on both the graph itself and the distribution of probability on its vertex set. In the theory of information, graph entropy has its origins. Dominating David derived networks have a variety of important applications in medication store, hardware, and system administration. In this study, we discuss dominating David derived network of type 1, 2, and 3 written as D 1 n , D 2 n , and D 3 n , respectively of order n . We also compute some degree-based entropies such as Randić , A B C , and GA entropy of D 1 n , D 2 n , and D 3 n .

<p>This research aims to improve the results of activeness and learning outcomes Network System Administration through the application of Problem Based Learning Model with Mind Mapping method grade XI student TKJ SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. This research is a class action research (PTK). The study was conducted in two cycles consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject in this study is a grade XI student TKJ SMK N 1 Sukoharjo which amounted 35 students. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data validity test techniques use data source triangulation techniques and triangulation methods. Data analysis techniques use quantative descriptive analysis models. Based on the results of the research, it is important to know that the implementation of Problem Based Learning’s model with Mind Mapping method can improve the results of activeness and learning outcomes Network System Administration in XI-grade students of TKJ SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. Such improvement can be proved by increasing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor values at each of its cycles. on average the student’s cognitive test scores were 66.09 with a percentage of 31.43%. The student’s affective value of 68.75 can be categorized less, while the percentage of the affective distance is  61.43%. On average, the student’s psychomotor value is 74.9,  the percentage of student’s psychomotor submission reaches 62.86%. The percentage of the activeness student’s is 65% can be categorized less. On the I cycle, the average cognitivevalue of students reaches 75.57 with a percentage of the  71.43% compensation. The average psychomotor value reaches 80, the percentage of student’s satisfaction is 74.28%, while the affective value reached 75 can be categorized well with a percentage of the compensation of 73.57%, and the percentage of the activeness student’s 77.24%. In cycle II, the cognitive average value increases to 83.42 with a percentage of the 88.57%, while the affective average value increased to 87.5 can be categorized very well with a percentage of the compensation of 82.86% and the average value psychomotor increased to 83.33, student’s submission value was 88.57%. and the percentage of the activeness student’s 82,14%. The conclusion in this study is the application of Problem Based Learning’s model with Mind Mapping method can improve the results of activeness and learning outcomes Network System Administration XI students of TKJ SMK 1 Sukoharjo.</p>

Введено понятие эшелонной схемы построения коммутационного поля центрального узла систем IP-видеонаблюдения и выполнена соответствующая ей модернизация типовых принципов расположение образующего его оборудования. Обоснована возможность размещения оборудования центрального узла в 19-дюймовом шкафу шириной 600 мм при количестве телекамер вплоть до 480. Проведена оценка средней длины коммутационных шнуров и показано, что обращение к эшелонной схеме дает практически двукратное сокращение этого параметра, что улучшает условия администрирование системы. The concept of an echelon scheme for constructing the switching field of the central node of IP-video surveillance systems was introduced and the corresponding modernization of the standard principles of the arrangement of the equipment forming it was performed. The possibility of placing the equipment of the central unit in a 19-inch cabinet 600 mm wide with the number of cameras up to 480 was substantiated. The estimation of the average length of the patch cords was carried out and was shown that the use of the echelon scheme gave an almost double reduction of this parameter that improved the conditions for system administration.

Scientific (scientific and technical) multidisciplinary project activities for the formation of methodology of security and quality of life through the development of the noospheric education system require studying, developing, implementing and testing multivariate models and characteristics of modernized training system for specialists and professionals of a new kind, which are able to confront the global environmental challenges. Such training system provides the implementation of the system administration methodology of multuvariate noosphere-oriented training models (based on the principles of safety and quality of life), retraining, advanced training and training of kindergarden teacher – school teacher – university teacher – mentor – scientist – person engaged in study process. The study takes into account the next principles and approaches: 1) noospheric, qualchoice, futuristic, constructive-problematic, situational-innovative, energetic and goal-oriented, normative-axiological, culturological, system approach, information approach, synergetic, integrated, problem scenario approach, structural-functional, genetic and morphological, socio-cultural approach etc. as the scientific knowledge of the system state and development; 2) integrated methodology functions (critical and expert, criteria and indicative orientation (targeted), analytically relevant such as heuristic, instrumental, technological, predictive, philosophical, creative etc.) aimed at the prediction, remediation and prevention of environmental risks and civilizational development dangers. These functions include educational and research modules of noospherology, the system administration methodology, qualchoice (safety and quality of life), forecasting and modeling positive psycho-emotional development; 3)development of online workshop network to prepare job seekers (holders of educational and academic degrees) out of all stakeholder categories; 4) integration of the multivariate semantics of the higher education institutions and scientific institutions in the fields of ecology, environmental protection and balanced nature management, governance and public administration, pedagogy, contributing to the institutional modernization of cross-border collaboration at the global, regional, national and institutional levels, as well as administrative management of the portability of scientific-methodical and information-analytical network of logistics, based on the system of noospheric education on the principles of autonomy, accessibility, continuity, academic mobility, ethics and integrity, health of the nation in the consortium of universities for the sake of security guarantees and the quality of life in biosocial dimension.The modern methodological directions of safety and quality of life research are formulated in the global dimension. The current state of the problem is also characterized in the research. The target component of the actualized scientific problem is concretized due to contradictions, methods and means of research. The novelty and structure of the sphere of scientific research are determined. The author's interpretation presents the definition of "methodology of safety and quality of life on the basis of noosphere education", highlights the stages of research, proposes a hypothesis of scientific direction, its novelty and provides the conclusions to achieve the benefits of its relevance.Key words: methodology of education and science system management, noosphere development, safety and quality of life, human ecology, ecological and educational policy, qualitology, network associations, global ecological challenges and dangers, socio-ecological comfort of environment, harmony of perception and reflection of personality in conditions of civilization development bifurcation.
